Posted nearly-half-o-hour agoThat's right, the spooky scary socialist running for the mayor of New York City won. I say "spooky scary" with a heavy amount of sarcasm as his policies (as demonstrated by European walkable cities) are actually proven to benefit the people.
And yet all the conservatives and Republicans have been clutching their pearls while voting for politicians and presidents that have done nothing but give tax breaks to the millionaires and billionaires - totally ignoring the working class and everyone else that MAGA claimed to care about (but didn't) - hell, even shutting down the American government and fucking people over who rely on SNAP benefits because the Republicans want to defund health care and won't compromise on being evil despite the Democratic senators trying to find a middle ground (because they're cowards). I wonder whatever happened to the Epstein files that Trump claimed he'd release... Huh.
So of course Donald Trump and Elon Musk endorsed sex pest Andrew Cuomo - who was funded by DoorDash which relies on a dangerous lack of regulation - instead of Zohran Mamdani.
And now Dick Cheney is dead. If there's a hell, I hope he's burning for the rest of eternity due to being responsible for over a million dead Iraqis. Fuck you Dick Cheney, may you rot in piss.
And fuck any conservative Republican-voting MAGA-dipshit furry in this community. Had surgery to remove a tumor
Posted 2 months agoFor the past year after an injury I acquired due to a physical disability (my tendons can't do their job so my muscles over-work themselves), I had a (non-cancerous, AFAIK) tumor in my left forearm muscle.
The surgery was 100% successful and I am now healing well. ❤️

Remembering Doug Winger on his 10th year anniversary
Posted 5 months agoThis June the 23rd will be the 10th year since Doug Winger passed away.
He was (and still is to many) the O.G. hyperfur. His art and musings influenced a great deal of us, and his work helped both normalise and popularise hyperfurs early on.
I humbly ask that we all participate in remembering him and his legacy by drawing art of his mainstays (Pandora, Pup, Minerva Mink, etc), or really anything big wobbling and hung in his memory, and post it all this June 23. I've been trying to poke peeps with the #RememberingWinger hashtag - but if you use a different hashtag when posting Winger tributes, I'll be fine with that too!
Thank you for considering any of this. I didn't personally know Doug, but I would be remiss if the furry community let this important date slip by and forget an artist that did so much for many.
If you can also spread the word at all, I would be just as thankful.

Nazifurs and You: How to Not Be Complicit
Posted 5 months agoThe best thing you can do when being commissioned is being aware of nazifur groups and doing a quick name search to check if they're a nazifur - and then declining them if they are one.
The second best thing you can do after being commissioned by a nazifur and finding that out afterwards (they tend to hide the fact that they're nazifurs because they are cowards) is to just delete the offending images from your gallery.
And while not everyone is always in the financial situation to do so, it is highly encouraged that you send their money back. If they can litigate because their "feewings" got hurt (remember that they are manipulative scum), they will.
If necessary, you can even DMCA them if they ever try reposting your work. They do not own your illustrations. They do not own the copyrights to your work.
In fact, just deleting the commissions spends less time and energy than writing up a cringing thousand-something-word essay defending your inaction.
But instead you spin up some sob story PR campaign (while weirdly focusing on the fact that prior customers want nothing to do with you anymore) and say:
"...you do it best by formally DMing them--since you're asking for their time and attention--bringing a concise commentary and backing up claims with convincing arguments. Not by putting them in crosshairs, dropping dunk-lines, rants, or unsolicited warnings right in their public-facing lobby, their shout pages, etc., where you can maximize your chances of being seen by everyone."
...but that's the whole point. People warning others of nazifurs want their message to be seen by everyone. You've already been notified in person and haven't taken action (your journal was posted only after it all came to light). The nazifur commissions are still in your gallery, days after the fact.
As a reminder: nazifurs and their ideology is explicitly at odds with our way of life - they want us dead simply because of our sexualities, genders, races, and even for being furries. And no, being anti-fascist, or "Antifa", doesn't make one the instigator/oppressor - or whatever DARVO rhetoric a cowardly fascist would pull.
Another apologist (perhaps even a cryptofascist) also commented:
"And what's wrong with taking money from them anyway?"
You're not just taking money from nazifurs. You're trading your goods/services in exchange for their money. If it was as simple as findomming the fash into submission, then that would be that - however this is not the case, as you're producing more imagery that depicts their nazifur OCs. This simultaneously validates their misanthropic beliefs and also popularises them by direct association. More art of them enables them.

Hoboy do I need to write more! Hopefully I have the time to write a few more raunchy fanfics and such. I mean, how else is Rule 34 going to survive? It's all skin and bones! 1: Maja (and one other character, TBD because it could be literally anyone) are in a futuristic-but-oppressive fortress city when a massively mutagenic hyper horny hermification virus breaks out once again (the city was built as a last defence against a planet literally drowning in cum). The law enforcement of the heavily-curfewed technocracy tries to control the outbreak by terrorising its citizens, but unbenknownst to the officers who manage to capture the affected individual(s), a few stray flecks of hyper-virulent spunk manages to splatter Maja and one other character. At first, the two characters go about their days not knowing just how much they will change... And the sexcapedes only grow from there.
2: Maja is a pilot and captain of a long-haul reactaur-propelled cargo starship. What Maja doesn't realise is that the reactaur at the centre of the starship is scheming up ways to get Maja massively pregnant. Yes, you heard that right - the reactor at the centre of the ship is a taur, and said reactaur is dangerously close to overload.
3: Maja can't make ends meet so she takes a taur transport TF course to be a ride-on taxi but the bills keep coming, so she invests in dairy production add-ons, then multi for more seats, then hyper for more milk... Featuring runaway TF and destruction of the capitalist hellscape that is the whole country, paying back the hubris of all the self-interested greedy corporation owners who thought they wouldn't have a situation like this unfold~

For some, it's spooky because of ghosts, skeletons, and bad tasting candy (corn). For others it's spooky because it's a constant reminder that with old age comes having a brain that gets used to not having novel experiences which makes time feel like it's slipping by quicker as you accelerate towards the end of your life.
Memento mori.
Of course, while we're all still alive we can all still be horny gremlins. Which brings me to the point of this journal! I have a fursuit. I also want to take more photos of me in my fursuit now that I've gotten comfortable with the nearly-two-grand camera that I managed to get.
So! That brings me to my proposition: What memey or otherwise Halloween-style lingerie should I wear in my fursuit for upcoming Halloween? I know there was that one bat/devil/anime stringkini with cute little bat wings for nipple pasties I saw a while back... :>

Bucketlist of Creativity (bad ideas galore)
Posted 2 years agoAKA "shit I wanna do and hopefully can make if the herd of cats that is my brain agrees on a single thing to do" even though they're all bad ideas and probably have a ton of scope creep (but I still wanna make 'em as they tickle my brain in a way that gets my creativity juices flowing):
• SNES-style Animal Crossing multiplayer game where you're the animal people
(basically a more in-depth instant messenger ala Telegram/Discord with spriteart graphics)
• Text Adventure "slice of life" simulator (you can expand the game with .txt files containing combat/exploration/etc dialogue)
• Choose Your Own Ending style story with a scifi setting
(this would be a downloadable PDF with clickable self-referencing links and the story is a mix of Aliens, Lost in Space, Farscape, etc - but highly erotic for the fun of it)
• Choose Your Own Ending "found footage" style book
(I actually print the pages myself and make it a real physical book that looks like it was recovered from a mutagenic land of sexual corruption)
• DOOM 1993 multiplayer scifi shooter with heavy emphasis on transportation (vehicles that require pilots)
• Dungeons and Dragons but as a card game and not using WotC-copyrighted content so it's easier and quicker to pick up and play
• Mario Kart game but with LEGO (think Sonic Robo Blast 2)
• Fund an anime intro-style OVA animation featuring Maja and more of my weird characters

• Text Adventure "slice of life" simulator (you can expand the game with .txt files containing combat/exploration/etc dialogue)
• Choose Your Own Ending style story with a scifi setting
(this would be a downloadable PDF with clickable self-referencing links and the story is a mix of Aliens, Lost in Space, Farscape, etc - but highly erotic for the fun of it)
• Choose Your Own Ending "found footage" style book
(I actually print the pages myself and make it a real physical book that looks like it was recovered from a mutagenic land of sexual corruption)
• DOOM 1993 multiplayer scifi shooter with heavy emphasis on transportation (vehicles that require pilots)
• Dungeons and Dragons but as a card game and not using WotC-copyrighted content so it's easier and quicker to pick up and play
• Mario Kart game but with LEGO (think Sonic Robo Blast 2)
• Fund an anime intro-style OVA animation featuring Maja and more of my weird characters

Ideas on how to make the world more chaotic
Posted 2 years ago• The first button pressed on an elevator is now the last stop (each new button press is added to the top of the queue and bumps the rest of the queue down)
• Bus buttons now can stop the bus at any place even without a bus stop. Pressing and holding the button locks out anyone else from pressing theirs; bus stop signal is only given on releasing the button.
• Traffic lights only begin to change when all waiting drivers put their vehicles into park and have closed their eyes. If any of them open their eyes while it's orange, it resets the timer. No external or internal assistance can be used otherwise it resets the timer (ie: no "Good Samaritan" pedestrian shouting that the lights are green or electronic dash device that beeps/buzzes when it detects a green light)
• Rubbish/Recycling bin collection days are randomised every week. If your bins are detected to be outside on the day before the random week day, your bins don't get collected.
I guarantee that these changes will improve the quality of life for everyone who has brainworms (me).

Ideas to improve FA and accessibility
Posted 2 years ago• A privacy option setting for Display Favourites that allows you to show adult favourites to mutual followers.
• BBCode hints/reference button next to the Bold/Italic/Underline buttons to reduce formatting guesswork.
• Multi-file uploads (a bit of a pipe dream knowing FA's backend) so multiple YCHs don't spam notifications.
• Additional categories such as "Animation" and "Downloadable Game" (or at the very least HTML5 file support)
• PDF support. Please. I need to be able to view PDFs without having to download them just so I can read smut.
• Notes auto-responder with filtering so you can permanently get rid of "hi do u rp" low-quality messages/spam.
• Tags/search term blocklist so I don't have to see things I really never don't ever want to see. Ever.
• OH GOD PLEASE LET ME FORCE-DISABLE COLOUR FORMATTING I CAN'T READ YELLOW TEXT WITH THE LIGHT THEME AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-
Other than that, 10/10 would recommend using FA!

• RP status/availability next to Accepting Trades/Commissions
• Anonymous Favourite (shows your name as only "Anonymous faved YourArt" to the artist and doesn't show your favourite to other users viewing your Favourites)
• Spotlight Favourite (opposite to the above; notifies your followers that you favourited an upload)
• The ability to directly reply to a shout on your page as if it's a comment that you can reply to (saves the awkward back-and-forth between two completely disjointed shoutboxes)
Fixes FA needs:
• Light theme preview description is still dark, almost unreadable due to black text on dark grey background
• Light theme News banner is still dark, almost unreadable due to black text on black semitransparent background element
• Stats page breaks formatting after the first 394 characters - even breaking urls/iconusernames in half, however links are still treated as clickable (DANGEROUS: CAN BE USED TO INSERT MALICIOUS URLs)
