Also, I just noticed that I spent all night playing Tales of the Abyss. Got to about 100k chips in the Kettleburg Casino before realizing all the items you can get in the Casino suck and only are useful for completing the collection book (which I did not know had existed until a few minutes ago).

At least I shows that damn poker table who's boss.

In other news, I'm currently still working on my VCV bank for Gregory, as well as trying to find a UST or at least a MIDI of イケ恋歌 (Ikelenka if your comp derps on Japanese). I wanna make Gregory sing that soooooo bad. So catchy~.

Also gonna get me a ticket for Otakon and go with a bunch of friends. It'll be my first con ever, so hopefully I don't get stomped to death just to wait in line for a venue or something. XD

Well, that's pretty much it. Gonna go borrow Kyary's assault rifle so I can shoot myself some onions as well.


[Amendment] As if my prayers had been answered, I managed to find a MIDI for イケ恋歌! I'll have to work on making it into an actual VSQ and/or UST so that it mimics the lyrics and not just a bunch of A's in Utau. UTAULOID AWAAAAAAAA~~~Y!

So apparently,  drpickelle is doing an art contest, of which the journal about it is here I'm gonna try and throw my ticket into the pot and hope I get Gregory Greenfield drawn.

In other news, I'm gonna try this weekend to quickly knock out a long-time-coming essay on the Art of Video Games exhibit I happened to go to several weeks ago. The most exhausting part of the trip was actually trying to get in line for lunch at Union Station during LUNCH HOUR than the long 8+ block walk from there to the Smithsonian.

After that, I'm gonna work on my Furloid s'more while contemplating on taking Drawing 101 next Spring/this Fall.

Oh, and I finished the first part of the Legendary staff quest in WoW. Go me! :D

Nope, not one bit. Spent most of my time sleeping or catching up on my anime episodes.

Oh, and I went to see the Art of Video Games exhibition at the Smithsonian Art Museum in DC Friday. It was amazing, to say the least. I actually can't put into words how superb the whole thing was (although the most exhausting part was getting in line to get lunch at Union Station than the 8 blocks I had to walk to get to the Museum).

Overall, I feel it was a good Spring Break. Yup.

Work on my UTAU to make his bank a VCV instead of a CV one.

And if I have time, I'll work on making an English bank for him.

College work, WoW, playing around with Utau and making a voicebank (its mad fun, albeit most of it confuses me to no end), and learning new recipes.

...that you just went looking for something you had lost a long time ago? I did. I was cleaning my family room a day or so ago and found my USB Jumpdrive that I used for high school. It had all the stories I had written from 10th-12th grade. Reading them now brought back memories. Ah, when I still had an imagination. Nowadays I can't write due to a humongous writer's block (paired with having been sick up until a few months ago), so to read them now is kind of refreshing.

...I accidentally rip the page.

Then I go drink some juice. :|

Well, just got home after a weekend of fun at Rehoboth and Lewes, DE. Did miss out on the fireworks and the doo-dah parade, but oh well. I did get GTA4 on the way home (I heard that it was a good game, and it was only about $20, so...), and getting ready to play it.

Also, I got to swim in a pool after being ill for a long while. Felt good to float and swim for a change. Hope to get another chance before summer ends! :D

Now to figure out how to use my scanner without having IT blowing up in my face like that one time I tried making meatloaf in my kitchen. o.o

...how when you want some potato chips, so you go to the kitchen to get some, but find out someone already ate them?

...how when you expect to cook something really yummy for dinner but end up just microwaving a mediocre TV dinner instead?

After having a lovely trip to the hospital several weeks ago, I've been on these meds to help me get back into health. It's been about almost 4 weeks or so now, and I've gone from 97 lbs. to close to 130 lbs. Dangerous, I know, but the meds DID have that little warning there that said weight gain was a side effect.

To be honest, I kinda am glad i put on the weight. I looked like a skeleton (according to one nurse during my hospital visit). Now I don't feel as tired anymore, and I can safely go out of my house without worrying about things.

And now, back to normalcy I go. Hopefully I can get back into the swing of things and get back into college this fall! :D

...and now I'm hungry.

Wish I could learn to cook and stop having to eat microwaved stuff. >:(
