Back in black (sort of)
Posted 14 years agoSo I got back finally from my missions trip. Do you know how long it takes to travell 700 miles In a car that is only doing the speed limit? Well if you don't know I will tell you, it took our group just under 13 hours to travel from west Hartford to chapmanvile west Virginia. Of course we stayed overnight. I do believe it was in Virginia that we stayed for the night. Anywho I was assigned because of my skills has a carpenter to finish a exterior flight of steps. But here is the catch, not being 18 I could not use the power tool unsupervised. Do you know how much of a handicape that was for me? To go from working at full capacity using all the tools without having to be watched to having to take an adult of of the job so I could cut a piece of wood. But that was what I did the first daythe rest of the week. My team replaced the ceiling in the living room and painted it. I was also told we were one of the most efficient teams that had for that week. So I'm finialy back in the good old homestead with my STEREO boy did I miss it and my kitty. So oh by he way if you want to go to a service project try looking up ASP.

Posted 14 years agoSo last nigh my friend stoped by with the new sound card I ordered from eBay. As soon as he left I took it to my computer and hastily put it in the reason being is I have had to live off of crappy onboard sound for a week. Then of course the reason the first sound card went was because of me anyways. The new card is working great thanks again Oliver (and if any of you are wondering what kind of card it is, it is a creative x-fi fatal1ty extreme). So that's all for now and I finally figured out how to put up journals ^_^ hopefully I'll be able to put art up soon.
