Posted 8 months agoI locked my Twitter, removed it from my pages, deleted the app off my phone, and will no longer be using it. I can't stand watching what's happening with my country right now and watching the daily Nazi parade on "X" made me want to puke, so it's better to just move on. Elon and Trump are toxic plagues upon humanity and so is anyone that supports either of those two turds.
I understand that a lot of people don't live in the USA or "don't care for politics", but as someone who does I can no longer be in a space like Twitter/X and seriously don't wish to have a single Trump/MAGA/Republican fan within spitting distance of myself, so if that happens to apply to you uhhhhhh..

Blender Render Commisisons
Posted 3 years agoI've been working with and learning Blender since earlier in the year, and I've gotten to the point where I've started to take render commissions (usually involving my quadrupedal and anthro Malfaren models) pretty regularly. Most all of that render spam has been posted on my Telegram channel and my BlueSky, but I do intend to take some of my favorites and post them here eventually. You can find some of those examples already in my gallery.
My prices are pretty simple:

Solo Character: $60 USD
Two Characters: $120 USD
Extra Characters: $60 USD
Complex / Custom Specific BGs: Case by case (Expect $50+)
Complex model reworking might lead me to charging a bit more. I much prefer models that are already Blender ready and don't require a ton of tweaking to get to work, but sometimes it works well and other times it takes a lot more effort to fix little issues here and there.
If you're at all interested you can Note me here and I'll get back to you promptly to answer any questions and give a better quote depending on what you want. Feel free to include screenshots of your models or references of what you're looking for so I can have a quick general idea as to what you'd like to see and if I can competently pull it off. About My 3D Model
Posted 3 years agoI've gotten loads of PMs, Notes, and comments asking about the use of my feral model by Zairiza ( 
) -- whether for public renders/animations or personal use. While I've given it out to a couple of creators, I'm pretty selective with the folks I hand it out to for a variety of reasons. I wanna make sure those that I give it to create the kind of content I enjoy and wouldn't use my likeness in content I'm not a fan of. There's also just the desire to keep the number of people who have my model to an easy to manage amount so I can keep up with who has what. The few folks I've declined or haven't responded to-- please don't take it personal. I'm just a bit picky and protective.
That being said, I have had a few people request the model only to be declined or not answered in some timely manner, then go off to the animators that have my model already and ask them for it instead. As far as I'm aware, none of them have given out my model (partially thanks to me being selective about who gets it, I imagine) and have informed me of the few that have tried doing this.
In case it needs to be said: I do not want my model given out by anyone other than myself. If I've given you my model or eventually give you my model, and you're asked for it by someone, the only thing I ask you to do is refer them to myself if you even feel it best to reply. It pays to know who is trying to sneak around and get things they are told I do not wish to give them. There is nothing wrong with asking-- but there's also nothing wrong with me politely declining you or just not answering (usually reserved for the random empty accounts that just go "i can have model?"). Respect that, and please respect the people who make the renders and animations and do not bother them for it.
In other news, my feral model is about to be upgraded with some neat new features and some needed fixes and QoL improvements, and I'm excited to see what the creative folks that have been playing with my old version can do with it. Gonna be some spicy kind of content I'm sure.
EDIT: My model hasn't been stolen or downloaded by anyone that wasn't supposed to get it (AFAIK)! Sorry if this was a confusing journal? I didn't think it was, haha.

Status Update - 2021
Posted 4 years agoTotally not just a convenient way to push the last journal back some. Cough.
2021 is almost over and what a year it's been. Started it off by getting perma-banned on Twitter (what fun that was) for having a profile picture with my mouth open (seriously), got unbanned after two months, started dating for the first time in almost a decade, had a whole lotta nonsense go down with some unsavory types, but also got to meet my boyfriend in person for the first time-- and visit him again before the end of the year. For no reason beyond that, I say this was a great year.
Course it came with a lot of crap. Covid hit last year, as everyone knows, and I lost my job thanks to it. UI was extremely good for me considering the low cost of living and the slave wages I was being paid beforehand, so I got a lot of things I really needed taken care of and had it relatively easier than I imagine a lot of people did during it all. Unfortunately, that assistance came to an abrupt early end around June of this year and I've been surviving off savings since. Not in any sort of dire position yet, but job prospects around here are slim and I've gotta get something rolling sooner or later.
I've been heavily neglecting posting stuff on FA this year, mostly because I just have had almost no motivation and been busy with lots of other things coming up. I've suddenly tried to get some of that knocked out (as some might notice) and am slowly working through all the various artworks I've commissioned or been gifted in the last while. The generosity a lot of artists and fellow commissioners have showered me with by doing gifts for me or including me in their art pieces has been pretty overwhelming, to say the least. I can't thank these folks enough.
As I mentioned above, I started dating CovertCanine back in March of this year. It's been an absolute joy and I couldn't be happier. We met up in June and again here recently in November/December and all I can think about is how excited I am to see where our relationship takes us. I don't think I could ask for a better partner. Might just be madly in love with this boy. On top of that I've met so many insanely awesome folks this year through places like VRC, Twitter, ect. As well as retained a big batch of awesome friends who want nothing but the best for me. Needless to say, I consider myself insanely lucky on that front!
I'm not sure what's to come in 2022 but despite the stress mounting over money I'm optimistic and grateful for the blessings I do have. There was a lot of shit this year and the year before that could have messed me up bad, but I've come out on top of that and feel good about things. I've had loads of support from friends and strangers alike, and while I wish could individually thank them all right here, I don't think I have the time of day to do it. It's meant everything to me, so from the bottom of my heart to all those who've sent me well wishes, assistance, a shoulder to lean on-- thank you. Thank you so much.
Hope everyone has a great holiday and a Happy New Year. Be safe and responsible and all that jazz, but have fun too! After the last two years, you've definitely earned it.
