YOU ARE THE PERSON WHO OWNS THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT, CREDIT CARD, AND/OR BANK ACCOUNT AND IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.
WILL COMPLY WITH, AND BE BOUND BY, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS OF SERVICE”).

if you are going to copy, trace, or use my art in any way just credit me as the original inspiration/creation to the art you are manipulating, I have no control over the commissioned art as you PAID ME to do it for you.
You can use it for personal/commercial relations (advertisement, merch, etc..) since the art I am giving you is a product as that is the legal way to do it realistically.
You are not able to use the artwork/design in any shape or form if you have NOT paid me.
Do not use my/others ocs/paid art from me for personal use(exp; Nft, merchandise, etc...)
I DO NOT ALLOW NFT USE ON MY ART EVEN IF COMMISSIONED!
I will not draw fetish art including feral animal/child pornography, any fetishes relating to diapers, adult babies, cubs, babyfurs, Rape, AND SCATT.
I can draw vore,NSFW/SFW, BDSM, and other fetishes that are in my comfort range(Please ask before commissioning me!)
I have the right to refuse service and goods to be sold to you
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, disparage, and blackmail/frame me.
All art I complete is going to be publically displayed and used as examples with the link of YOU being the owner of the character!
Chargebacks and/or non-consensual refunds are not allowed
I will be able to revise aspects of the drawing/character lightly, heavy revisions will be an additional charge.
Communication is needed through the entire process and verbal discussion
all payments must be made after I am completed with the work!
It may take up to two months to complete
