Anyone I watch play on final fantasy? Especially with all the free trials about too. I play on Gilgamesh server, and have been loving it so far. My first MMO and it's been wonderful.

Hey all! Still trucking through increased hours. This was really unexpected, but it will be good in the end XD; But thanks for understanding and supportive!

I'd really like to get a scanner soon :| I feel like it would make my gallery 10,000 times more interesting. I hardly ever post simply because I hate posting photos. But that doesnt mean I'm not drawing! ^^;; So I'll probably look into getting one soon.

My offer of doing head shots and chibis for donations to him is still good as well. I will go to a friends to scan them so you can use them as an icon. 5-10 gets you a colored head shot, 13-15 gets you a colored chibi. Okay, so art is resuming normally soon! AC commissions will be knocked out soon too :) When I finish I wanna open for some experimental type things, and start working on broadening my art a bit.

HAY SO....I wanted to share some of my older pieces with you :) I doubt most people remember, or even were aware of my older works. I don't post things that are for me hardly ever anymore, so my characters never see the light of FA and it's sort of sad!! So I figured I'd dig up some older crap and put it up here. May scrap them later, but for now enjoy! Once commission work is caught up I'll try and get to working more on my characters, which really need more development.

Well another AC has come and gone! The blur and excitement has faded back into real life, and this week will be the dreaded lag week back into real world and work :P

This AC was very different from my last two. I was everywhere but nowhere, if that makes sense. I didn't suit very much at all, and I didn't get to chill in the zoo as I had hoped. I did however do so much and ran around with my friends, and was super social this con.

Thursday we arrived, after a pit stop in Point Pleasant/Gallipolis to see the Mothman museum and and visit my grandmother. Once we got into Pittsburgh it was kinda late and we were laggy haha. They dropped me off so I could go ahead and pick up my badge. Good thing I pre-Regg'd the Reg line was soooooo long 6.9

Friday! I was in artist alley most of the day. The super lovely was my neighbor, and it was great talking with her, as she is someone I admire so much ;3; AA had a slow start, but in the end I did well! I appreciate each and everyone of you who came by to talk, and look at my work, and even commissioned me. You all made my con what it was and I can never thank you enough for that <3 I will be working on your stuff shortly :)

When I was packing my stuff up found me and we exchanged our Attack on Titan badges we had made for eachother prior to the con. I LOVE her badge so much ^-^;;

Also came by my table and it was a treat to talk with her! :D I also saw her later in the con, in the art show too. Shame we didnt get to sit and talk, but the 2nd time I was really anxious and babbling haha so ;__; I suck lmao, but i loved talking with her!

I also commissioned for a badge ;; It is so beautiful!! I have always wanted to own something by her and she is such a sweetheart.

After dinner at the Fish Market we decided to get ready for the fireworks and suit a bit. I was trying to find folks to drop badges off to, and wanted to check out the Zoo. Noticed was there and super shy me tried my best to not be weird, when I gave him the surprise badge. I hate being so shy ;3; Artist Alley makes me interact with people (Which I love!!) But otherwise Im all ;__; when it comes to talking to people I admire :P

In the evening I was to tired after taking off my suit to venture back to the Westin so we had our own art jam and delivery food brought to the Omni Lobby :P

Saturday!! OHhhh saturaday....

So I was feeling kinda bleh in the morning and didn't want to suit so I decided not to do the parade. Well I was up early enough to go to the dealers den and head back and change for the Squeaky photo shoot. We went in there...and couldn't get out because the parade was going on!! Cue instant instant anxiety because I'm supposed to be in charge of this event ;___; I contact everyone and explain the situation, thankfully they are all understanding but as I'm trying to leave I can't find the stairs in the area across from the headless lounge. I know there are stairs but its so crowded, and there's no way I would get an elevator. The person sitting next to the elevator was of no help, saying "there are no stairs on this level" UHHH YES?? And Im almost next to full blown panic attack at this point running around with my head chopped off crying...and I run into someone I really dislike :| Like literally accidentally run right into them. Thankfully and came up right as this happened, and helped me more than they probably know haha ;u; Finally find the stairs and journey to the Omni. Am starting to calm down, change into my basic suit parts. In changing I put on an undershirt, stuff my paws/sleeves into the head and go back out with just my phone so Im not carrying everything. Update everyone tell them Im heading back. Get out of omni to realize...I dont have my t shirt and am in a spaghetti strap shirt :] YEAHHhhhhhhhh haha I just...started laughing at that point. was my fill in for the shoot but...man...I felt so awful....
All I gotta say is the family is the best people ever ;; and honorary YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST and I wanna say how thankful I am for your patience ;3; I cannot wait to see the pics and as soon as they are up will let you know!! <3<3<3

So after that I go back to the room and just chill as best as I can because I needed to calm down. We had to get ready for the photoshoot, and the mature gallery art show to end. So I notice someone has outbid me yet again, so I place another bid. as the ropes are being closed said person comes in to place a bid which means the piece I was bidding on is going to voice auction. Okay sure, inconvenience but I really wanted this thing haha XD

So after that we head towards the Mango shoot, and I run back into ECMajor to tell him that the piece i was bidding on is going to Voice Auction ^^;; Thankfully I wasn't as awkward this time :p

Mango shoot was cool! She's always so sweet, and there were so many people in attendance. I loved seeing all her works, and we got such cool wood etched pendants to wear!

Afterwards we went to dinner at this amazing Chinese place called Chinatown Inn. It's always homemade and fresh and it's such a treat o3o They also have nice drinks. Got a bit tipsy because I was anxious for the voice auction later D:

Went back to the Westin and located where the Mature Voice auction was going to be held. Dunno how many of you know but I have bad anxiety issues, and everything that had had just made me a ball of stress. I thought the person bidding on "my" piece was behind me, and he knew Eric and Jenny who were seated beside me, so it made me even more stressed ;3; The auctions started rolling, and more people kept trickling in. I believe ECMajor himself was even there (in suit?) and my friends all came to cheer in the back All where there ;3;

So I wait...and wait...as each piece comes up and passes...and eventually they say they are down to the final three, and each one was framed and I knew it wasn't /the/ piece. I would have sobbed right then and there if it wasn't for calming me down, and reassuring me it would be okay. After those three came and went and it was obvious the piece wasn't there we went down and talked to someone and was told "Maybe it got over looked" and I was like...well I really want to bid on it because I'm sure all the bid sheets were full. I felt like such a fool. Was I mistaken? Poor came and didn't even get to see the bid war (Which I imagine as an artist is pretty fucking awesome ha) I get to talk to the head of the auction and he tells me someone had came and described the same thing, for the piece. He had his contact and called, and he came back. We had a bid war, and ultimately I won!! I felt like there should be confetti and sparkles flying from the room. That's how it was for me. I got a Victory!Kiss from Anyhow and that was worth it :P I couldn't believe it but maaannnnn that was the most epic thing ever haha. People may not know but, as a collector bid wars are super intense for me. I've never been to a live auction before and was scared out of my mind but the weird events just...out did me haha. I've never even been in the art gallery for more than like...10 mins in passing to look at the pretty work, but Ive never felt compelled for bidding. The piece I was bidding on was important to me for a number of reasons but TLDR; one of my favorite artists, drawing one of my favorite video game charas who rarely gets appreciation.

After that I went to Tonic for the first time ever and got Victory!Drunk with friends lmao. The most awesome of cheerleaders. Had a great time but was suppppppperrrrr tired.

Sunday!! Pack up and check out. Put our things in the Omni storage while we hung out a bit more, but then headed back with Got home and crashed XD;; bed was soooo nice.

Anyway overall it was a very good con, usually we stay till Monday but for a number of reasons could only do Sunday this time. It was lax though and I enjoyed it.

I felt like I missed many people ;3; I was all over the place this con, and as always I am sorry if we didn't get to cross paths. Im hoping to attend Furpocalypse this year as it seems most of the family will be there!

When I posted an example of an attack on titan themed badge, it seemed to generate a lot of interest, so I'd like to open for a couple, while I continue to work on owed que work.

There's a few options I can do;

$20 - Bust badge. Will include expression/mood of your choice, characters name, and uniform/insignia of your choice

$30+ - Full body badge. Includes full body in military uniform in pose/expression desired, and name 5 dollars extra if you want 3-D maneuvering gear.

$40-50 - Deluxe badge "Mini portrait" - You can give me free reign to come up with an idea, or give me your own idea. Because the idea can vary, the portions of the character can vary, but the badge will include detailed cutting, with parts sticking out of the frame, name in some fashion.

So FWA! What turned out to be a planning nightmare for many reasons turned out to be one of my most enjoyable conventions ever.

I roomed with my boyfriend, and a few of his second life pals, who turned out to be amazing folks. I really regret not hanging out more, but I was really busy all convention ;;

I worked the artist alley, and I gotta say its probably the most enjoyable thing at cons, even more so than suiting. I love interacting with people, and I just enjoy making art for people and actually being able to see their reactions.

It actually really surprises me when people recognize my name, or say they've got friends with art from me. I'm always humbled that people come back to commission me again as well ;; ksdgjdjg everyone was such a pleasure to meet and work with, so thank you everyone who stopped by to chat, and thank you to those who bought art!

I didn't get to suit as much as other cons, but my friend wore her (first time suiting ever XD) and my boyfriend wore her some as well. I suited for the parade, and a bit on Sunday, otherwise it was them in Lila XD

One of the many joys of FWA, was meeting my long time friend Toz! Toz and I met forever ago (5+ years) on the pkmncollectors livejournal community. She was so fun to be around, and we got to bring some choice pokemon toys that we took photos with (Kinda a tradition in the comm, when you go on vacation to take pics with your travel buddies :) ) This was her very first furry convention, and I am happy she had a great time, we are already planning on next year.

Another awesome thing I did was meet up with Jeani and I met awhile back, when she first commissioned me. She has stood out as an amazing repeat client, and I always enjoyed working with her. I wanted to get nice photos with her, and despite the FurShoot booth being broken into (Yes!!) Sunday we did get photos with them, and that was such a treat!!

There were so many amazing people that made my convention great, despite the same hotel issues it did seem to be a bit better than last year. At least next year it will be in a hotel that is equipped for a convention :)

I am so stoked, and have had a wonderful time. I have two badges I need to finish, and two that I need to mail because we couldn't catch eachother.

That being said, my original que is going to be worked on, and I am really back in the swing of things.

hey guys, just wanted to check in and give some updates! It's snowing like crazy here so I've got some down time.

I wanted to say I've been struggling with motivation for art for awhile now. It's probably no secret as my gallery hasn't been updated in awhile. That's not to say I have forgotten about anyone, but really I do feel bad for the delay.

I want to say if anyone at anytime wishes for a refund please do contact me and I'll be happy to set up something for you.

If you still wish to have art, please understand I am going through a trial and error period where I am experimenting and trying new methods. I want my art to be pleasing, and I want nothing more than to make my clients happy, and deliver the best product I am able to put forth.

Hey all. Long story short I'm really sick, and have been working non stop until about last week. Now with the holiday season behind me my hours are less which is good for art catch up! Right now I'm really sick though, I'm actually on anti biotics for a nasty sinus infection that started off as the flu x__x I feel like a zombie!!

Hey guys, I've just gotten back from MFF recently, and I'd like to share an important story with everyone who brings anything of value - whether it be monetary, one of a kind, or sentiment to you please don't make the mistake I did.

Now before I go into details, I am NOT bashing the hotel we stayed at. For all intent purposes they handled this the best they could I believe, and it's still being followed up with their insurance department. So I'm not trying to bash this particular hotel, it could happen anywhere, and at any hotel.

When we were checking out our bellhop "T" showed up promptly and loaded everything onto the cart. He stood in our doorway for a few minutes, and it was rather awkward as we realized he wanted a tip. Mind you we do generally tip, and would have gladly tipped "T" when we got down to the hotel lobby and had the time to break our bill. One of our roomates was forced to give a 5 dollar tip, so he would leave. I'm including this as this is exactly what happened. I cannot say for sure this had anything to do with the events following it...but it was strange as no where have I ever been to a hotel where the bellhop stands in the doorway for 1-2 minutes and makes awkward remarks as we are scurrying to pick trash up and look for items we may have missed in packing...

Anyway so "T" leaves and we shortly follow. I'd say no more than 10 minutes passed before we left the room for final. On our way to the elevator we noticed a stray Copic marker, and thought that was rather odd. Friend even jokingly said "Oh hope it's not yours"

Well...when we got down to our luggage to my shock and horror my marker bin (a custom built box that has individual slots for each marker, and locks on each side) had been dumped, and sloppily put back on top of the luggage. Markers where sticking out of the slots everywhere.

I had to quickly get myself together and talked with the Manager. After some back and forth, she found out that "T" says the markers fell off the luggage cart, and he picked them back up. That's fine and dandy but...

1) based on the marker we found RIGHT outside our hotel room it happened right there? Probably? Why not...knock on the door and say I'm sorry this is what happened...and take care of it?

and

2) "T" left the markers (luggage in general) unattended, and just...sticking out everywhere literally for anyone to see.

After counting my markers, a grand total of 142 were gone.

This..as many of you know is not something to be taken lightly. I was completely honest with insurance in that I had mixed Prisma and Copic, and had no way of knowing the exact amount of which is which, only that my box holds x amount, and x amount is missing. Also that they are used items.

I'm willing to bet 8 out of 10 con goers know what a Prisma or Copic marker is, and what their value is. The way those things were sticking out and just...on top of the luggage makes it easily accessible for anyone to just grab them and go. No one was standing out there, not a single mention or any sort of apology.

So...a long story short. If it's important to you...do NOT place it with Bellhops. Yes..this is a "horror" story, this is not typical. Again I am NOT bashing the hotel, it was handled the best they could, however "T" is another story I could keep going on about. The management staff handled it well.

But as con goers, we understand the value of these markers, or of these fursuits, or special plushies/sketch books and what not. Others may not. I had to specifically tell management the value of these markers to get them to understand that oh hey, this isn't just some crayola crap you can buy for 20 dollars and have hundreds of them. 20 dollars may get you 2 Copics. Anyway...

Valuable lesson learned, at a horrible price for me. I hope this can be a lesson for others as well.

Just wanted to give an update, I have a new job. It's retail and as most know this is the crazy time for retail jobs! What that means is I won't be to active on here until at least after the Holidays.

Chances of going to MWFF are slim to none now, but that's really okay. I need a job hella badly and this will be good. Still trucking with school as well, so really my free time has just be crunched haha.

As far as commissions go I am making slow but steady pacing. I've not forgotten anyone, and if anyone needs to contact me feel free to do so via notes or quickest way - email (manedcorgie@gmail.com) I've mailed everything that has been finished, so everyone should have their items now :)

Commissions are closed until after the Holidays, or at least until I get things caught up. But Realistically until after the Holidays.

Okay so I opened up on Twitter for a few Halloween icons, there seemed to be a lot of interest, so if you'd like one here, now that they are finished Im taking on a new batch here!

This week is the last week for Halloween badges!

I'm offering a very limited run of "Halloweenie" Gore/Monster badges. These badges feature your character of choice gored up and monsterfied (or just one or the other!) They are done stylized as well, with large limbs, paws ect. Be as specific as you want, or give me free reign to come up with something spooky! :D

They feature gel pen accents, and come with Xacto cutting for more details. They are done on bristol board, and colored with primisa + copic markers

Who all is going? I'm still sorta on the fence but I'd like to know who's going :) Also does anyone have any selling experience? What's artist alley like compared to other conventions? I'm interested because I'd like to sell there ^-^
