LAST FAQ UPDATE: FEB 10, 2019

Q: Do you do requests/trades/collabs?
A: Requests are only open if I make a journal or post saying they are. Trades and Collabs are reserved for good friends and artists who I feel will honor their end of the work.

Q: Do you have any other social media?
A: At this time I do not, due to the nature of this account's content I do not associate it with any of the other platforms I'm on.

Q: How should I contact you about commissioning you?
A: I'd prefer you send me a note through furaffinity directly, and I'll typically answer within 3 days sometime between 11am-10pm(CT).

Q: What should I send in the message about the commission I have in mind?
A: Please just describe exactly what you want as clearly as possible. Being given creative freedom is also fine, just be aware that what I draw may not be something you expect and I'd prefer not to heavily edit it multiple times trying to guess what you want. References are everything! A proper ref sheet for the characters involved is an absolute must. Please check my commissions prices before asking for a quote so that we're on the same page when it comes time for the bill!

Q: What if I don't have any references?
A: At this time I won't be accepting commissions without references. I'm willing to work with you if you have a partial or vague ref so long as you provide detailed descriptions to help me.

Q: Can I repost my commission?
A: As stated in my TOS, you are allowed to post what you've commissioned! The only rule to this is to credit me in the description, please.

Q: Can my commission include your characters/sona?
A: Sure thing! SFW or NSFW is cool with me, I still reserve the right to refuse any request concerning my character's involvement.

Q: What won't you draw?
A: I'm open to drawing most things, but there are a few NSFW fetishes I am unwilling to draw. I'm not kinkshaming, I'm not judging, but I am not comfortable drawing the following:
- Scat/Watersports/Diapers.
- Ferals in nsfw context (I'm talking about nonverbal, nonanthro ANIMALS.)
- Minors (below 18) in nsfw context.
- Vore.
- Inflation.
- Mpreg.

Terms of Service and Rules

Payment /Invoice/Refunds
• Paypal only/USD.
• Upon winning an auction or commissioning work I will note you and require an email associated with your paypal to send you a DIRECT INVOICE.
• Once the exchange is complete, the invoice tracking label will be marked as processed, confirming that no tracking numbers are necessary.
• Payment is required before any work begins.
• The invoice sent through paypal is payment for the time spent producing digital products, not for physical goods unless stated otherwise.
• Once payment goes through, you may receive an email from paypal stating that no tracking number is required for the order - this is just an additional confirmation that it is digital products you are receiving.
• You are agreeing to pay the invoiced price for the production of your requested work.
• This is a contract and once you pay the invoice you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions that are listed here.
• Refunds are not offered for completed work.
• If I, the artist, is unable to finish the work, a refund will be provided.
• Time frame between 1 to 4 weeks.
•If 4 weeks passes and no work has been completed by the artist or there have not been any agreed updates this is a breach of contract. The client can ask for a full refund (if no work has been completed) or a partial refund (if some work has been done) at this time or continue to wait for art by their choice.

YCH Auction Rules
• If you are caught hiding bids or if you have to pull out I have every reason to block you regardless of the reasoning for having to do so. This is not unfair or out of heated views but only out of defense so that it can be prevented from happening again in the future. Please make sure you are financially secure enough to bid before doing so.
• Payment is expected within 72hrs on all auctions and commissions or you will be considered dropped out and will be applied to the above rule for future auctions.
• Snipe guards will vary depending on the auction and will be applied appropriately to the specific auction.

References and Editing
• YCH’s will not receive WIP sketches due to the nature of the art, it is important to have all accurate and detailed references presented to the artist, me, beforehand.
• Text descriptions of the character(s) will not be accepted, only image references will be accepted for use.
• You, the commissioner, are responsible for providing all the correct details and information for your request/commission/ych in one form.
• Completed commissions CANNOT be altered in any way by another artist or commissioner, which includes recolor or tampering with the lineart.
• I, the artist, will not be held accountable for corrections or adjustments in commissions due to unclear instructions or references. If the artwork needs editing or in the case a detail(s) were missed that are in the provided reference material edits may then be requested.

YCH Character Limits
• Specifications and limitations to characters will be listed per auction, it is the responsibility of the bidder to read each auction’s limits before bidding.
• Body size, weight, muscle tone, clothing, and poses may or may not be altered depending on the auction, the appropriate rule will be listed per auction in its limitations.
• Gender specific spots will not be negotiated on. Concerning Male/Female gender spots restrictions refer to having lower genitalia. This would allow male, female, herm, and trans characters based on their lower appearance. Any Gender spots allow for male, female, herm, trans, and genderless characters. Considering physically genderless characters (or sfw references), keep in mind that nsfw work will not be as applicable to those.

Artistic Rights
• I, the artist, reserve all artistic rights to commissioned work.
• I, the artist, may use artwork in online galleries and personal use.
• All winning bidders and buyers may use commissioned work or YCH pieces for personal display as long as the artist, me, is properly credited and linked in the description of the posted art.
• You, the commissioner, are not allowed to use purchased art for any form of profit or promotion unless agreed upon by me, the artist.
• You do not have the right to take any images or work listed in my, the artist’s, gallery and repost them at any time. Only those who have purchased the work and myself as the artist have the right to post said art.

Disclaimer
• Must be 18 years of age or older to commission or bid on NSFW artwork from this account and artist. I am not responsible for anyone who lies about their age.
• As the artist I reserve the right to refund a commission at any time if I feel I am unable to complete the commission or YCH.
• I reserve the right to update or present any of these conditions at any time or as needed to protect myself as the artist and you as the commissioner.
