My computer finally kicked the bucket, it’s been having some issues with the graphics card but now it’s completely dead, surely it’s an easy fix but i cannot afford it rn.
it’s still a somewhat usable computer but the screens all glitched up and it’s unusable regarding drawing yknow?
i’ve taken it to geek squad and they said it’d be about $150 fix and my bf has also tinkered with it and said it’s rather dead lol.
but!! good news is my bf is willing to lend me his computer for a week starting on friday, and i’ll use that time to grind out what i have in my commission queue. but after that i’m done with commissions period.
i plan to get a part time job along with class, maybe then i’ll be able to repair my computer.
until then if any current commissioners want a refund, that’s fine with me. i’m willing to refund in full if i haven’t started your piece yet. just ask me about it.

heya, this is just kinda a follow up on the previous journal.
i've settled into my grandparents and got my computer properly set up! so i'm back in business regarding commissions!!
classes are real nice and easy, it's only 9-12 but i gotta take public transit home sometimes. (aint that bad tho, im rather used to public transit considering i used to take a 5hr train/bus ride to visit my bf every weekend lol)
however, my plan is to not open commissions again for a while after clearing what's currently in my queue since after school i want a real job to help me save up for adulty life.

for those of you who don't know (i doubt y'all do, since i don't really like being super public about my private life tbh) but i dropped out of high school when i was 18 because of my mental health, and ever since then i've been at home trying to recover. it's something that i've been dealing with all my life, but i had eventually snapped and i was bedridden for weeks, almost a month, causing me to drop out of high school.
so after almost 2 years of therapy, getting a proper diagnosis of PTSD, adrenal fatigue, and various other things, getting on and off of medication, i am finally heading back to school! i will be taking a couple classes that'll help me get my GED.
this is just me essentially saying i'm gonna be on a hiatus, along with going back to school i am also moving in with my grandparents to get closer to my classes.
i will still be able to work on commissions though! it'll just take me a while to get situated for the move, moving my computer and getting internet set up will take a while and whatnot.
all this will be happening tomorrow and i am very excited actually!
i've hit a lot of bumps in the road in my recovery, and in no way am i completely better, but i feel like i am at a point where i can start taking more bigger steps! thank you for being patient with me!

i've decided that i'll open a sale on valentines for content where you can get a piece with +1 extra characters for the normal price instead of usually charging extra! (meant for couples but it can be for anybody tbh)
so an example would be, a normal nsfw sketch with one character is $20, but making it two characters makes it $30, so for this sale there's no extra charge, leaving it at $20 for two characters.

Everything is open except for stickers, I'd like to pace myself and take one pack at a time since they take more effort.

My computer is still busted and the repair guy said it'd be $300 to fix it, which, I cannot afford.
I found it would be much cheaper to just buy the parts that needed to be repaired myself and put stuff together on my own, so I'll do that when I can.
But for now in order for me to work on owed commissions, I've been using my brothers computer which isn't as good as my own computer.
I'm still on a semi-hiatus because of computer issues, but then also I have my new job which limits how much time I have to work on commissions.
I can't give an estimated date as to when I will have my computer back, but its hopefully soon!

i had recently got a new job, i dunno my hours yet but it'll still impact how fast i am with commissions.
