It seems to be refering to the pure anatomical visual of a character without going into enough depth as what counts as childlike.

It would be cool to have better prevention of pedophilia, but this feels like false action thats just causing confusion.

Also it feels like they have a problem with pokemon and digimon content in general thats not clear. If there's a direct issue with one of the largest parts of the furry fandom, there should be something more substantially said about it.

I just think it's funny that they made a whole pokemon line based around having big, burning feet that kick good and are also rabbits. They also each have distinct patterns on their soles.

I'm not saying this is intentional, but someone at gamefreak had to have known who this would appeal to

Do you guys ever look through other people's favorites to find artists you might be interested in?

So I've noticed a few things I've drawn have ended up on e621. I'd probably be fine with that, but they have pretty negative reception. e6 seems like a pretty vanilla porn site, so I might try and ask them to remove my art from since people aren't comfortable seeing it.
