Here's a legitimate question I have. If, you are an American, and you have an idea for a Anime or Manga you wish to submit it to a Japanese publishing or production company for review to possibly be turned into a Manga or Anime? And you can't draw human figures much less an entire book? How would you go about it? Should you submit it has a Author in Japan or find a American Publisher willing to work in Manga and/or Anime format? Thoughts?
