Both here and deviantART there are a lot of different kinds of fandoms/art/styles... and between all of these, naturally, there's also Porn and Fetish.

The first thing you relate to fetish is obviously "foot fetish". What I don't exactly agree with, is why "drawing a (generally female) character showing her feet, not necessarily focusing on them", or is automatically related to "Foot fetish" as the same level as several (in my opinion disgusting) things like "bondage, dirt and other perverted things"... the reason is simple: You like feet? okay. Are they a part of the body? yes. Like hands, eyes, lips, arms, butts, breasts, belly, etc...? YES. So... if you kiss a girl's lips (or you draw a kiss scene) you automatically have a lips fetish, right? NO. ;D

Same thing is for explicitely sexual scenes. Do you see a difference between a drawing in which two characters are almost raping each other and a picture in which two characters are making love, showing their sentiments? Yes. Or again, to relate it again with the fetish topic... Do you see a difference between a footjob drawing focused on feet and a random penis and a footjob drawing focused on the action itself and the reactions of both the characters (especially if there's love instead of lust)? Yes!
In the second cases, there's generally a focus on the sentiments shown by the character... and I wouldn't call that porn (or fetish) because "Porn" is just about "Sex". With giant baobab-penis and huge "hot-air balloon"-boobs.
