So I've been toying with the idea of making an art book recently.

It would be ALL kinbaku/shibari.
"Kinbaku is a Japanese style of bondage which involves tying a person up using simple yet visually intricate patterns, usually with several pieces of thin rope"
If you're not sure what this means you can check out pics here (PLEASE BE AWARE THESE IMAGES CONTAIN NSFW RESULTS!!)
So characters tied up in different poses and ropework.
Initially it'd be all male characters, but if there's not enough people interested, I'd pick other characters too.

I'd be wanting to use characters other than mine, but I want to get a certain feel with the overall look of the book?
So I might be a tiny bit picky about which characters to include (if your character doesnt fit what I'm looking for, you wont be contacted later)

There will be a total of 25 slots. 5 of those would be double page spreads.
You'd get the full illustration to keep as with a normal commission, and a free digital copy of the art book in PDF format.
You have the option of getting a physical copy of the book for an extra £10

Q: Would the poses be random or may we suggest a pose?
A: If you have a pose in mind then I'm 100% fine to work with that!

Q: Any idea how long it would be till you contact those who's characters you're interested in?
A: It depends on how much interest people express here in the journal. As soon as there's enough interest to potentially fill all the slots then I'll contact people. (so spreading the word might help it be sooner rather than later) but a very loose estimate would be maybe a month? Payment would be taken before work would start on your particular image!

Q: Can we link to multiple characters and you just pick your favorite?
A: This would be great! feel free to link to as many characters as you want!

Q: When will I get the finished picture and can I post it?
A: You will only be allowed to publicly post the low resolution version of the image once the entire book is ready for print. You will not be allowed to publicly post the high resolution version to protect from unauthorized reprints (as is standard with any commissions from me) and encourage people to buy the book.
I'm still working out if I'll give people their finished image as I finish them or if they'll be sent out in bulk once all are finished. It depends on what logistically makes more sense.
More information on this will be provided once I'm sure the project has enough interest and is definitely going ahead.

Unfortunately the damage from Gizmo's tail extended into his bowels and they ended up putting him to sleep as it was too severe for him to recover from. My brother isn't being charged for the treatment that was given.

Gizmo was warm and happy in his last days, and that's all we could have asked for.

My brother's cat, Gizmo, had his tail injured somehow (we was missing for a few days before he was found and we're not sure what happened) and found by a neighbour, and without paying for emergency treatment for him, Gizmo will have to be handed over to the RSPCA and may well be put to sleep. The injury is treatable if my bro can get the funds together. He can usually afford everything for his pets but recently problems keep popping up and wiping out his savings.

To help combat the rampant under pricing that's become all to common recently (mainly on Facebook but it's visible on all sites), a group has been made for artists to advertise their commissions and for commissioners to find artists to buy from.

There is a minimum price threshold for commissions posts ($10 unless it's a special sale on your regular prices, then it's $5. Minimum offer when you're looking for people to commission is $20), and posts must be approved by an admin, they will only be denied if they're inappropriate, or if we feel you're unfairly undercharging for your work.

The group is not a social group, it's only for buying and selling, or getting advice about selling your work.

Which is pronounced the same way as the Kei in my name.

Masa (Masahiko) was a character.
(I still have Masa as a character but he isn't my Fursona in case that slipped by)

(outside the furry fandom I've been called Kei by everyone as a nickname for about 7 years, literal only reason I didn't use Kei as my name here at first (4 years ago) was because I didn't want people connecting me at first but now I literally don't care about that lmao)
