Not one of these guys apparently thought twice about making them and one must draw the line between creative and offensive. You do NOT under any circumstance make fun of a tragedy and because these costumes are even using the fake pilot names from the TV station prank, it's a blatant disrespect tor the victims. It'd be entirely different if they dressed as ordinary pilots and speaking of which, these guys apparently ARE pilots and therefore should be ashamed of themselves. I'd fire them personally if I were the airline industry they work for.

Why should the person sending the text, whom would be completely unaware of where the recipient is be held responsible for whatever happens to the recipient? It's not the sender's fault that the driver read the text instead of focusing on their driving.

What's wrong with these people? Unlike other fast food restaurants, this one is DEFINITELY one to blame for obesity. It's already caused one heart attack in a customer. It needs to be shut down for good.

Remembering Air France Flight 447
General | Posted 12 years agoToday marks the 4th anniversary of this crash. For those unaware,
Air France Flight 447 was an Airbus A320 aircraft that was traveling from Rio De Janiro Brazil to Paris France when at around 2:10 AM, it disappeared. Turns out the plane had ended up at the bottom of the Atlantic after entering what is known as a Stall, where the plane's nose is up high enough to reduce lift on the wings. The pilots had no idea this was occuring because the pitot probes were malfunctioning due to being covered in ice. Furthermore, it was pitch black outside and they were in a deadzone so they had no way to contact anyone at Air Traffic Control. To add to this, they were recieving error messages as a result of the failed pitot probes (24 in a matter of 4 minutes) that were telling the pilots that the plane's automated systems were failing. Since the pilots had no training in reacting to this type of situation, the plane fell from the sky, hitting the water perfectly flat. It took around 2 years to find the wreckage due to how deep the wreckage was and of course the lack of cooordinates. This all began because the plane's onboard radar didn't detect the bigger storm that was behind the smaller one, leading the pilots to believe the storm wasn't big enough to be a problem.

Skittles Original Replaces Lime with Green Apple
General | Posted 12 years agoSeriously? There was nothing wrong with the Lime flavored skittle. Now I may have to sift through every pile of Skittles I get from the bag and filter out all green apple Skittles. Now yes I have a bag with this Skittle inside and will try it but I don't think I'll like it and will end up likely not buying Skittles anymore after this bag and filtering out the green apple skittles (ie throwing them out) in each pile I get.
