After almost a week in the hospital my mom took a bad turn and passed away peacefully today.

I know it has been a while since I posted a journal but yeah, I am still looking for an apartment and maybe a new job. I still write, though not as much as I should and still open for talking or RP, even though I am pretty busy these days.

Finally a few good things to look forward to. I'm ready for Comicon. And the taste of the Danforth food festival will return for the first time in two years. My mom and sister have both been doing good and are seeing improvement in their battles with cancer. My nephew returned from his trip to Dubai last week which got unintentionally extended when he tested positive for covid at the airport and had to stay in isolation for a week. It sadly took him about another several days to contact his grandmother for some reason. I am still writing though not as much as I should and I'm working even though I absolutely hate where I work. I also am looking to move soon so wish me luck in that.

It's my birthday at the end of the month. Who's going to get me a gift? lol 😆

I was supposed to get a massage after work but there was an accident that slowed TTC and I'm late and now have to walk like a mile cause next bus is half an hour. So instead of getting rid of pain and stress I'm adding to it. *flops and passes out* @.@

So I got to go to Fanexpo after it being canceled last year. It had limited access but still got to get loads of comics and meet celebrities like Christopher Sabat (Dragon Ball franchise and other anime) Robert Patrick (Terminator 2) Steven Amell (Arrow) James Marsters (Buffy and Angle) and William Shatner. Had an awesome time and can't wait for the event to get more normal again.

I'm sorry to those of you I know on Second Life but I just can't be bothered getting on there anymore. I have work and when I'm home if I'm not gaming, which is most of the time, I watch anime or one of my DVD shows. SL is far too much modding to end up just standing and waiting to talk to someone. I do still like everyone I met there but I got no time for SL.

I got my second vaccine yesterday. =^¥^=

My aunt passed away yesterday after a long battle with cancer. :(

I get my first vaccine today and oddly enough I have to go to my old neighborhood to get it.

OMG, finally cleared out 9 years worth of old notes, why don't they just remove themselves after a week or so :p

Well, it's the second one during a pandemic but hope you are are enjoying time with your family.

So I guess the cat finally got the restraining order. Good for her. :p
Really though, I can't say I'm all that sad or surprised by this, more surprised it didn't happen sooner. I know some people may have been a fan but let's face it, the guy was a sexual predator. In any other show you would have hated him. I couldn't help finding the typical "If you don't like it, don't watch." response kinda dumb. You obviously don't realize this was likely because parents who grew up on Looney Toons didn't want their kids growing up on the same kind of thing and considering WB is trying to keep the show alive for a new generation, they can't just say "If you don't like it, don't watch."

I would like some more pics of my fox either being micro or macro, anyone interested in making me huge or tiny let me know ^_^
