I haven't figured out how commissions work on here. I'd like to advertise on the FA server, but it says I HAVE to link HERE...and I can't get an image to work on the commissions thing. I don't even know where to upload it.
But anyway, if you go to DA, I'm offering a sale on digital full body commissions with and without background and sketches for 50% off now through July 4th at 11:59PM EST.

General | Posted 5 years agoEveryone's opinions on everything that's been going on in the world are just as valid as anyone else's regardless of how I personally stand on them and whether or not I agree with them.
But I have feelings on the matter too, and I've been keeping quiet because I hate conflict and I hate upsetting people.
But bottling them up isn't going to help me any, it's making me depressed when I turn that anger inward. I don't want to start a big stink, a big conflict, melt down or anything like that, I don't want to call out names, name call or anything. But I do want to say how I feel about all this without kicking the proverbial hornets nest, because my feelings on it are valid too. But so are yours, and I want to be respectful of everyone here without sacrificing my own feelings on everything.
All the hate, name calling, finger pointing, the "I'm right you're wrong, now shut up" needs to stop. It's disrespectful, it's immature, and it's not helping anyone. It's not helping to stop racism and it's not helping to stop the pandemic.
Now I said my piece for now, and hopefully I didn't start any dumpster fires, that's not my intention. I just want to get my thoughts out in a respectful way without calling people out and starting any fights and starting any conflicts.
And if you're upset about this, well I can't help you then. That's on you, not me.
'Nuff said.

General | Posted 5 years agoBack in June 1991, a certain way past cool game about a certain way past cool blue hedgehog was made.
That hedgehog was none other than Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog! Created to be the mascot for Sega to compete with Nintendo's portly plumber Mario, Sonic was designed to be a hip, cool icon of 90's culture.
To celebrate the anniversary of Sonic's concept and creation, I've decided to celebrate "Sonic Month."
So expect a bunch of Sonic stuff from me all month long...of course I'll be posting Sonic stuff anyway...but this month is dedicated to Sonic!
So here we go...I'll just start with the classic title screen from Sonic 1, the game that started it all!:

General | Posted 5 years agoRIP DeviantArt. I can't stand the vomit inducing diarrhea dump of a new interface. One minute in already made me feel like a trip around the mountain...perhaps even worse. It took me a minute after clicking off to recover from the headache.
I said I was going to stay there and look at comics but...I just can't.
I'll be around here for the moment. Though if I want to post stuff that's not "furry related" I'll need to find another art site for that. I have Pixiv and ArtStation and Twitter for now.

Cheap Commissions
General | Posted 6 years agoSo...since switching jobs money's been really tight. I'll be looking for a new job shortly once I get confirmation that I have earned my Bachelor's degree and hunt for a school that will let me teach on a provisional license.
That said, I'm willing to do cheap commissions to earn some extra money in the mean time.
I'll do written or drawn commissions, sketches, etc. I might also offer cheap adoptables for five bucks a pop if anyone's interested.
Here's a price list:
$10.00 for one character, full colored/shaded with background.
$5.00 for one character, full colored/shaded without background.
Add $1.00 per additional character.
$7.00 for pencil shaded, one character with background
$2.00 for pencil shaded, one character without background.
Add $.50 for each additional character that's pencil shaded.
$1.00 for simple sketches and head shots.
For other traditional mediums like paintings, depending on the size of the painting and complexity I'll likely charge $20.00 for painted commission on canvas, plus a shipping charge to send it to you.
I'm also open to written commissions or if anyone knows of any free lance writing companies that are actually legitimate, please send them my way.
Written commissions are going to be .25 cents per word. You will have full control and critique over written commissions and let me know if any changes/editing need to be made.
The only thing I won't do is porn or nudity. For written commissions, no erotica. I'm just not comfortable doing those things.
LGBTQ stuff is allowed and welcome. Romance is allowed, so long as it's cute puppy love sort of things like holding hands or snuggling under mistletoe.
I specialize in furry and Sonic style, I'm getting better with TLK style. Humans are going to be a little on the cartoonish/anime side of things.
