I recently opened up talking to my old friend  tinintri again. We got in a BAD fight many many months ago. We stopped talking. I got tired of it today. I looked at her FA site and reminded me of what great friends we were, and I wanted to be again. We talked to hours tonight, and we agreed to talk again. It was great to speak to one another again, and I can only hope our friendship will be fully renewed some day.

ARTIST OF THE MONTH (OCTOBER):

 lucah

As you can remember from last month, Lucah has been an amazing commission artist and a good friend. Recently, she has been diagnosed with a serious chronic illness that will make her life very hard, and has tugged at the heart of many of her friends, including me. Part of this makes her hands shake constantly, but I was amazed to find out she's still drawing! I offered to cancel my commission since it's really complicated and hard, but she doesn't wanna stop. She doesn't wanna stop drawing, as hard as it may be.

Her determination and hope to carry on with her passion of art, has really inspired my sympathy, and I wish her the best. At the very least, she deserves another month of the Maxine Artist of the Month.

September: Lucah

I decided to keep tabs on who i've commissioned for art and who i'm trying to contact. Not as much for you guys to see, but for myself as well. There are so many artists i'm trying to contact right now, I constantly forget and don't reply their emails. I think that's why I have missed a few commissions like from Elton. That's it for now. The wait till I re-contact is a hard judgement to make since alot of artists start taking commissions, but don't update their FA page. ARTIST OF THE MONTH (SEPTEMBER):

Lucah has been a model commission artist. Her professionalism and skill have been amazing. She's been working hard, and steady. She doesn't leave you waiting, and keeps a good record of who's next. She's also very kind and understanding. Artists like her are what watchers like me apprishiate.

It's been a while since my fursona left SL. I'm still working with a few artists on some commissions of Maxi and have decided to bring her back as her tabby cat.

While SL holds no future for my fursona, my new friendships and support from my loving, beautiful, and simplypurewin girlfriend have helped me start to learn to draw again.

Thank you to  spunky ,  lucah and  os for being such good new friends to me and for being so professional. If only more furry artists were as kind and responcive as they are.

Keep and eye out soon for new commissions as well as my futile attemps at being an artist. No, I don't have a 3 year old brother, that's me drawing. D:

I announced on SL a couple weeks ago that I will no longer be on SL as Maxine. Well, that's only half true. After a misunderstanding between me and others, it seems I won't be on SL AT ALL. I've offically signed off. I'm sorry I can't announce it on SL, but I'm afraid to even go on to say goodbye.

This is something I don't really want to do at all, but I have to do. It's hard to say this since I can't get into details, I just hope that I may be able to keep in contact with some of you.

I don't have the time to thank everyone individually but I do wanna thank everyone. All my friends who have been there for me for years and have helped me and been my best friend I can ask for. I'm sorry to be doing this to you all. I hope that you can forgive me and will not forget me so that someday we can all hang out again. I also hate having to leave AX behind. I was very proud on being one of the first who helped found such an awesome place on SL.

We did it! Our ad on FA is finally up and running! It's helped get many people to come see our awesome club in Second Life so far. I'm glad it's working out so well. Keep an eye out for it, you may see a familur face. :3

I just got out of the shower, and I had a revelation about my new tattoo.

I was thinking about the pheonix tattoo I wanted to get, and I thought more and more about what the bird represented in myth. Then I thought about what the pheonix may represent in two different religions. Christianity, Hind/Budditsm. I realized that the bird can be made to combine all three into a wonderful and very beautiful representation of the meaning of life, and I decided it would be a perfect tattoo.

The bird is born from it's own ashes. It's own ashes could be soiled from the fires of hell themselves (christianity). Born from hell, the bird is born a sinner and proves himself and his soul through the trials of life, building up spiritual strength which makes him stonger. The more karma the bird builds through life (hindi), the stonger and bigger it's wings get, being able to fly closer to heaven. If it's not strong enough to fly to heaven when it dies, it will fall to the ground, and it's soul will dive through the soil back to hell, to be reborn again and try once more to lead a life that will help get to heaven.

I know this is kinda a strange way, but it's suppost to be a metephore for life, combining two beliefs. I know there isn't any religion that has any such legond combining both these beliefs, but I thought it was a very romantic way of expressing the struggle of life, and would make a perfect tattoo reminding me of that.

I hope it makes sence.

It's been a while since i've been able to get any work done, but this weekened and next i'm hoping we can finish writing issue 1. I appoligize to all our fans who have been waiting so long. Our day jobs and real lives take priority and constantly get in the way.

I've decided to help Tini the best I can to find her an artistic partner for the AX comic.

I'm hunting through FA and the internet for furry artist of a special breed. Ones who have skill and tallent, but have yet to be discovered or started something really big. Someone who'd love to find a place they can start to move forward. I hope one them will apprishiate the project me and Tini are trying to do.

There's someone out there. I know it.

Ok, so recently I was talking with Tini about...something and she commented about how my FA is FULL of....well... her stuff. Well DUH cause you draw me alot birdhead. Made me think it'd be just about time for me to be seen by the eyes and pens of other artists, simply cause i'm curious what they would do with her.
