I feel that whoever takes over this website should have Neer's mindset. One focused on keeping a place for porn. It's a weird thing to say, but in this world of credit companies pushing purity, a place where people can just post their raunchy ass bullshit is what we need. Our ability to share disgusting bullshit should only increase with time. The Internet is for Porn. And FA, like Atlas' finger, holds up this lofty truth.
I want FurAffinity to be like Something Awful, or Newgrounds, an eternal defiance, a permanent mark on the internet. And if it does kick the bucket, for at least the domain and a backup to be made, so should some rich, jackass Furry want to foot the bill himself, let 'em.
There's a lot of 'dead' accounts here, including historic Furries, and simply those who never had a reason/chance to make any non-FA account. For this website to die, history must be bulldozed, and graves uprooted.

To put my money where my mouth is, I put my money in their wallets. I request that, if your financial situation allows, you do the same, to show the people currently cleaning up the unfortunate mess a passing can cause that we're in this together, and we want this weirdo's memory to stand forever.

There will be a slight delay in CMF as I work on a slight side project.
The project is a Snoot Game Ending 1 thing that grew beyond its initial scope of being a one-off lark for specific practical purposes.
I am not sure if I'll be uploading it here.
I have no idea when this project is done. Looking at 10 or so chapters, but that's no guarantee and its gorwing over time.

ACTUALLY IT'S "HAO" AND THAT XINGQI IS FOR WEEKDAYS BUT I'M TRYING TO CONFUSE THE CHINESE CIA!!!
Props to the people who find the jokes I tried to make but seriously I do not know enough Chinese to get this 100% right but it's fun.

Also I almost know how to make SHI-AR-KE-BA-TI, but I don't know any good, off the cuff characters to write it out.
Some attempts with Google Translate spits out: 沙二克拜特 (shā èr kè bài tè), because just going with sharkbait literally feels out of character.
That said, it makes more sense for Asian TV to just write it out in the English Alphabet, and for Japan especially it's basically a MUST to not translate everything.
But that's enough thinking.

I got a few in mind.

One's to get a job, but frick, I doubt that's really a resolution.

I plan to lose some weight and get into exercise, which manifests as increasing my fruit intake, cutting out the candy and doing my daily Ring Fit combined with a good walk. If I can reach day 300 in Ring Fit by next year I'll be happy.

I want to increase my writing or drawing productivity. While drawing is just... kind of a pain to get ideas and drive for, if I stumble across a "nice pic" I'll write something for it to let out the energy and hone myself. And maybe just put a doodle on canvas at least once a week.

I want to finish something big. Given the limited avenue, I think I'll just finish and run at least 2 games with a TTRPG system I had rattling in my brain. It'll be a finish project, something to look back on. I consider it complete when I've run two games for testing and would not feel terrible handing it off to some stranger and expect them to run it out of the box.

Nice.

It's just a lot of sketch stuff I dunno if it's worth uploading.

I feel like I should put this here more for archival purposes than any sort 'thing you should know about', because this is one of the rare constants in my life.

That and I don't make a lot of journal entries, so this'll be around for a good while.

On June 16th I'd made an attempt on my life. For the most part, I never made this particularly visible here, but I still feel it's a relevant detail to toss out here.

Only a few people really know or knew, but it just doesn't sit right to try and sweep it under the rug with the slag I've been getting for it.

So there.

Aside from that, I've gotten a job. For now. I appreciate not being broke. It's kind of nice. And somehow, having more money has made me more conscious of my spending.
It's great. :O

However, my dietary habits have been going down as have my sleeping habits, and my art's just been down the crapper as a result of that latter bit.
But I'm working on it. Let's hope I can keep it up.

Someone told me that I can't do art if I feel bad, so I'm probably not going to make anymore before it's all over anyway.
So if you were hoping for any... uh, bad news.

Say what you want, but when people die, your only option is to be there fast, or to use archive.org and hope their page is open to unregistered users.
As is, there's really no proper system for this stuff. Marking a user 'deceased' doesn't really cut it.

Or better, when anything else happens, like a long-winded argument.
This feature could literally be as barren as a page that just prints ALL OF THEM.
Even Page-Shouts doesn't show you more than the X-last. That's not good.

That's 6 a month.
So, at least I'm somehow consistent.
In fact, any effort in posting is entirely wasted, since I got less than the overall trend. Spooky.

Someone's getting a goshdang new tablet for drawing, so at least that's one less big concern.
It's a Wacom Intuos Small. Less vertical workspace (by like, a centimeter) but wider.
Neither of which do anything for me. I draw with my wrist still, so I really only need this tiny workspace.

I'm holding onto my Bamboo as long as it'll last. It is a good boy and deserves that respect.

Not a dime left after the insurance companies came after me.

Just figured I’d compile and share these. The degree to which the edge is near is getting kinda scary.
