Post MiDfur and Birthday

Firstly, this Friday, the 19th, is my Birthday, my 19th, I can't wait, I'm trying to get together a few to head out to the movies for it. I can't wait to see what I get, sorry for surprising you all, MiDfur kinda distracted me
Speaking of which....
MiDfur was great!! I had a fun time, got to meet up with so many new faces and put many more to old names.
If there no joy greater than meeting a friend you haven't seen in a year? I can't think of one. I got to meet 2 and Kage, and now I'm prepared to say they are a good pair of blokes, 2 can put away enough beer to be aussie and I never saw Kage without a glass of white, even at the zoo....
Still it was a grand counterpoint to our Lord Chairmen Arcticpete, who always had a glass of red.
Still I must ashamedly say that there furs weren't the one I most enjoyed meeting. They're great, but I must put out meeting
Kraden and 
Carnival again as fine meetings, and to top that, Dr Kell Bengal, doctor in the field i'm studying, and he's a real doctor, and Jenner, another doctor and creator of the Doc Rat webcomic. These four furs were the true highlight for me.
mmm So much happened, I debuted my suit! and lost 2 toe claws, but ah well it was fun, I'm trying to get some piccies to put up. I went to my first Rave and confirmed that it's my scene, i danced in and out of suit and i'll try to get photos there as well.
I got numerous commissions that I'll put up as well as revealing my MiDfur X badges! O.o sooo much to do, but for my adoring fans I shall.
Oh yes for the furs who actually favorited my pictures, I kept meaning to get back to each and every one of you with thanks for the fave, but I regret I was slack, sorry to you all! -bows-

Mecha, MiDfur, Medic and more
Posted 17 years agoWuuf, i'm going to sleep after this, but I thought I'd post more while i wait for a suitable meme to appear in someone's journal.
What happened today? mmm I finally stopped oogling my commission, is it wrong oogle oneself?, and read the rest of the email it was sent in. I was invited to speak on the ACTfur podcast in a discussion on fursonas. . .

Question is can i be concise? Mecha is only 2 yrs old and already has quite a history. I'll do my best. To get the podcast it's http://actfuronair.podbean.com/ and if you want to listen live download homsar.tunaweb.net.nz:1337/mpeg3.m3u and tune in at 7pm EST. that's about 16.5 hours from now.
Ooh one thing, the file only works in winamp i'm told.
Other news, lets see... oh yes I'm going to Midfur, should be staying with a wulf at the Victoria hotel, should be fun hopefully not too hot. or should that be sizzlin :P. I'll whip out the cheap fursuit, really wish i had a better one, but Dandy if you read this please don't massacre me, it was your first suit, it was cheap, and I love the clothes and tail, but i wouldn't mind looking at a professionally made one sometime.
Ah yes, I got my lv 3 First Aid cert today, that was fun. It's also the only real skill I have that's useful at events. it's enough to set up and run my own first aid room. But here's the best part, MiDfur, guess who's the lucky fox in charge of first aid there.
That's right, I'm the medifox, and i hopefully should have a decent kit to work with. And mabe another first aider would be useful. Ah well, I'll see if i can dress for the part.
But what does a medic look like? I ask you my loyal, and currently quiet watchers, what do you think I should wear to stand out as a first aider at a furcon?

Wuuf, I put up a few images, and suddenly this page is a buzz, more so than my deviant art ever got. Maybe it's time I finally made something of this page and start chucking up my stories.
Hmmm, on the other paw, I'm lazy. Anyways thank you to every one! Though I think Kraden deserves the credit for the piccies.
I guess tradition demands I post something of real substance here, so I guess I'll go dig up some stuff and tell you a lil about me.
