I feel FA would save their servers so much pain and just allow people to change their usernames, rather than have them make new accounts. Then end up with 100s of 1000s of dead accounts lol

I've had this thing for... oh boy, at LEAST 4 years. Not as long as I wanted it to last but it's finally giving me some serious hard drive 'not found' error attitude. It's happened over the course of 3 computers (2 laptops and now my new pc) and usually just uninstalling and reinstalling the driver has fixed this issue... but it seems like it's finally letting me know it's time to let go LOL.

I've been planning to get the Cintiq 13HD once I finished paying my credit card off, but that's still about a month off. So I guess unless it resolves itself I won't be drawing for awhile longer @_@

As with every new year, my gallery is getting wiped out. If you have a piece of artwork by me that has not been saved to your personal storage, get it now. I'll be doing it all Sunday (3/12).

I will also not be doing commission work for a... long time. I need to figure out my art style and refine my skills. I haven't drawn in ages and my work has gotten very sloppy. For now, I will just be focusing on personal artwork of my characters and my headworld: Albanar.

A work in progress for sure, but this next Tuesday I'll be purchasing a nice 18x18x24 exo for my gargoyle gecko Honey Bear to move her in to and then I'll be purchasing a beautiful crested gecko (possible male) to place in Honey Bear's old enclosure. He'll be the start of my first breeding project once my BF and I move into a house which will either happen later this year or the next.

Okay I can understand if they've had past experiences that have built up and the hack was the breaking point. I get that.... If FA had financial information on it as well, sure I can get that, like credit cards, etc (that's you're own fault if you posted stuff like that lol) If you post your Paypal email on a submission/journal, that's at your own risk as well, but since they're view able by everyone, a hack of the site isn't going to change whether or not your paypal is as risk (unless you used the same Pw for that... but then that's your own fault lol you shouldn't do that... big no no).

Besides those things... why are people getting their panties in a wad? Sites get hacked all the time? If DA got hacked I could understand since they have financial stuff on their site, but FA? there's just art... I don't understand? Yeah... sucks I had to change my PW but w/e. Not sure why people would waste their time hacking FA out of everything else they could have hacked but.. ya know... whatever floats their boat i guess? lol

Anyways... I'm staying. Even though I'm not really an active artist. I enjoy FA and Weasyl far more than DA (because DA is littered with creepy kids, staff that don't give a shit about art theft, and it's the #1 hunting grounds for art theft, which I have no doubt is still an issue on that damned chat site Worlize.com which i hope either grew some balls and slapped their user base with rules, or shuts down) I don't enjoy slapping huge ass watermarks on my artwork, but if it keeps people from being art theft dicks, i'll do it @_@
