Rough day - taking requests/pay what you wants.
Posted 13 years agoI have to crash early tonight but I've been feeling sketchish over the last few days and would like to do some more work tomorrow. Also I pretty much wrecked my own day and am having a hard time keeping my mind off of it so. The distraction will be welcome.
If you have a character you'd like me to take a shot at leave a comment with refs. With luck I can knock a bust or two out tomorrow.
Hell, if I it turns out I can't sleep I might get started sooner rather than later. Money is welcome but not necessary. Examples in varying levels of detail are scatter shot throughout my gallery.

Life is alright. The more I can be bullied into drawing in a short span of time the more I feel like I am drawing decently.
Currently wondering if I have enough attention span to click around after tutorials while questing lazily for self-improvement. If anyone out there has any good ones around link me plz.

O Herro - Commissions, Etc.
Posted 14 years agoI am open for talks about commissions in a nebulous kind of way. Which is to say if you would like me to draw or sketch something for you, comment or note and we can talk about it. Simple sketches are $5 as ever. I will do nudes but not prn.

If I Didn't Have You
Posted 15 years agoGeneralized updates given that I have a tendency to be less than rigorously attentive to this sector of my internet existence:
I got a full time job something like eight months ago, now. 40 odd hours a week with irregular days off. It is not office or service industry work. It is stressful but relevant to my degree and I enjoy it.
Moved out. Of my parents house, I mean. It is nice but kind of surreal. Fortunately(?) the ghetto nature of my digs keeps me firmly rooted in the realities of. ...Reality.
I tend to have more time to draw now but do not always have the focus or energy b/c of how much I'm working + I tend to get in late. Mainly I note this b/c I am not always as hop-to-it-prompt as I used to be about getting back to people. But I am taking smallish $5 commissions to help with bills, as I've mentioned here there and everywhere.
Am v. appreciative to the few folks who've contacted me with their interest. I am not facing any huge deficit with bills where I need hundreds of dollars. More like borderline in need of little boosts to break even. So you guys've helped stress relieve in a big way.

Kind of an experiment. A toe touch back into the inky depths of commission work.
If you glance through my gallery you have a rough idea of how I sketch. I think I've got a couple in scraps too but I might be lying.

Posted 15 years agoI've been more right-brained lately and so drawing more, but mainly stuff owed to non-furry folks. Even so, I work 8 hours or more nearly every goddamn day and don't have a whole lot of time to devote to sketching. I'M TRYING.
Someone recently asked as part of a meme where the Grey the Assdragon thing came from and I'm not gonna lie, MY BROTHERS, I was needing cash at the time and desired an avatar that was:
A) "Different"
B) Within my scope of anatomical familiarity
C) Marketable?
Also SeaQuest's talking dolphin (Darwin) was animatronic, in case Grey's origin story isn't depressing enough by itself.
HoHO.
SO HEY, ON THAT NOTE, if I were to theoretically offer sketch commissions of some nature is there anything anyone out there would be interested in?
