Posted a year agoDisclaimer: I'm against public drama, but I feel like I have to defend myself against what BenziMit says about me and our relationship.
Responding to the criticism that was posted publicly against me: the fact is that when we were officially in a relationship, my then girlfriend said she would help me with buying furniture for my future apartment, in which she would live with me for free. I said she didn't have to do it, but I thanked her for taking the initiative if she wanted to. I never asked her to do that. She saved up n-amount for this, which she also publicly informed my family about. But when there was a pause in the relationship, she reneged on her promise because she didn't want to be left with nothing in the event of our breakup. I was counting on her investments and did not have enough money to buy all the basic furniture that I needed and could afford to spend on small things like a kettle and a fan, because she always told me: "Let's buy this now, I'll help you later with spending on a bed and a closet". I informed my girlfriend that it was unpleasant for me to stay in such a situation and said that I would cope on my own if she reneged on her promises. As a result, the person simply spent his accumulated money on his whims like merch and cosmetics, ate my food and lived with me for free, offering me: "Do you want me to give you a chandelier for $10 for a housewarming?". I just ignored it because I didn't know how to react to it after what was promised. I was in a difficult financial situation when she reneged on her promise.
A person could allow himself to behave aggressively with me, to shout because of everyday trifles, and this happened all the time. Work on correcting her destructive behavior did not yield results a year later. She found what I said to her offensive: "You're being aggressive towards me, stop it." When our relationship was on the verge of breaking up, I was yelled at once again, I realized that it was time to stop it.
Thanks for reading this. All I want is to protect my reputation. I want to make it clear that I have no dislike for my now ex-girlfriend, and I wish her only the best. We both made mistakes in our decisions, and I hope that we can overcome this and settle everything as adults.

Bad times
Posted 3 years agoIt happened a little over a week ago, but it's only now that I've recovered a little from the shock to share it.
On April 8th, my grandmother died.. and I urgently went to my hometown to say goodbye to her and support my mother. And.. the next day my boyfriend broke up with me.
Literally the same evening I find out that he has already found a replacement for me in the form of a new partner.
I feel as broken as I could be. It seems that in a couple of days my whole world has gone from under my feet.
It seemed to me that when you give only the good in a relationship, you try your best, you conclude a contract under which you will receive only the good in return. But it turned out that the world is not as fair as it seems to me.some news~
