More and more I'm beginning to feel as though this character simply has too much negative baggage attached to find putting in an appearance anywhere to be worth the effort. In the past year alone most of the interpersonal relationships formed both on and off FA have fallen into dire straits or ended entirely, and I am beginning to find it increasingly difficult to feel comfortable with Mel as my representative face on the internet.

Suffice to say, I've begun considering killing Mel off and adopting a new persona devoid of the associated bad sentiments. I'd like to hear your thoughts on this.
