Posted 12 years agoWell I'm finally going to make this due to a small problem lately that has irked me. But anyway here it is
- Art will not be put on hold, unless I know you personally are good for it.
- Payment must be made before I start on your art.
- You CANNOT post my adoptables without purchasing them first, if I put them on hold for you, DO NOT POST them until you have made the payment that is required.
- I don't do refunds unless you show proof that I utterly did said commission wrong, which would require at least three examples of what I did wrong. I will go through them with you, addressing with you what we will change.
- I do "Work In Progress" shots, but they will have my username watermarked over them. If you want them as I do your commission just ask.
- I also do journal updates on art as well.
- Payment is ONLY THROUGH PAYPAL.
- If I cannot start your commission for whatever reason or you cancel it before I started you will be refunded in full payment.
- I have the right to refuse work, for any reason.
- You CANNOT remove any signatures I place on your art.
- You CANNOT edit the anatomy of the artwork, things such as recolors and crops are fine.
-You have the right to repost any commission I have done for you to your gallery as long as you credit me as the artist.
-You have the right to print your commission and make copies.
Any questions are welcomed. Sorry if it felt harsh, just I didn't really care to make a TOS at all in the first place.
