Hi! The second month we have very hot weather, where I live it is within the normal range, but this does not mean that I feel good XD The temperature in the room is consistently above +35℃ (and high humidity) even at night х_х I don’t want to talk about the temperature outside xD
Therefore, these 2 months I am not very active and the status of commissions does not change as quickly as I would like
After September - October and then maybe the temperature will drop and I won't be sweating all around and drawing

General:
♥Payment is required prior to working on your commission.
♥Major changes to your commission can only be done at the sketch stage.
♥Characters in NSFW commissions must be 18+.
♥I reserve the right to use my art as advertising
♥Please do not hesitate to make edits for the commission, so that you like it, but let's be mutually polite and as for my part I will try to make the most accurate drawing according to your order, so do not abuse it.
♥I will not rework a finished image. Once you confirm it's to your liking, it's done.
♥I retain the rights to the images I draw, to display and use as I please which may include as prints, book collections, while you still retain rights to the character. You are allowed to use the image in any personal way, but not for commercial purposes unless otherwise discussed
♥Refunds are available if image is not started, or for some reason I absolutely cannot finish the work. If you have an emergency and need a refund, do not hesitate to contact me via note
♥If you must cancel your purchase or remove a bid from an auction, I allow it provided you let me know!
♥If you do not have a clear reference material for the character, but only a description of it, I CAN start working on it, provided that you have a clear written detailed description and you are ready for an additional surcharge.
♥I accept deadlines from 2 to 10 days, but this will require an additional fee depending on the size of the deadlines

♥Adult (NSFW) Content. I accept commissions for adult content, including sexually explicit scenes.


Unaccepted:
♥Please feel free to ask if your idea will be accepted, in case you’re unsure.
♥I will not accept commissions for a character that is intended to be (or appear) underage in a sexual situation. All characters must be 18 years of age or older in any NSFW artwork.
♥I am always interested in trying something new, so I have no clear limits on what exactly I am NOT drawing. But I have the right to deny you a commission if I understand that I will not cope with the work or I dislike this or that kind of fetish

Payment:
♥All commissions must be paid in full up front.
♥I accept payment in USD only.
♥Payment plans are only available to regular customers with prior discussion/approval.
♥If only a rough sketch is done, you can receive a 100% refund, but I keep the right to sell the drawn sketch as a YCH

WIPS, Revisions and Edits:
♥Notify me in advance that you need WIPs
♥I will provide a work-in-progress image to you after payment is made, once I have completed a rough sketch for you to approve. Major revisions or changes can only be made at the sketch stage. This includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image (or the entire image). By request, I can provide another WIP image when the lineart has been completed/sketch has been refined/colors have been added - otherwise I will continue to work on your commission at my own pace once the sketch has been approved.
♥After the sketch stage, no more major revisions or edits can be made. I will do my best to correct any mistakes on my part, however, so please let me know if something is inconsistent with the references you provided. I may charge for any additional edits.
♥Please ensure that you provide consistent references for any characters or elements to be used in the commission, including any specific details such as clothing. If there is anything you wish to have incorporated that you don’t have a visual reference for, please provide a brief description.
