no i did not type this up and yes i was noted with this and other information when they let me know they removed one picture i already noticed that 6 are missing and i am comparing to my archive later too see if more are gone

good
tomorrow i should start training for a new job.....

have to sue roommate to get them to leave 49 day no rent so far, cops been invlove,
truck needs money put in to make it run again
had to use rent money to sue said roommate so now short on rent
accepts that nothing i could so and i am done trying on a certian topic no matter how much it hurt me to do so.. though the lasting memories will be cherished....
and then gona sit home today and spend it alone doing alot of nothing with nobody

on the 10th
i will have a room for rent
not the biggest room but its not a bad size for the price, there are two other roommates they are a couple*lesibains* there coll with furries too....
any ways
what you get
downtown old town topeka area most homes are 80+ years plus around here neighbors are elderly nice and cant hear a thing :P, we live in a 3 story house, the 1st floor is the house owner/my landlord your agreement is threw me not her *which means i am responsible for you ect ect any damage you do i am liable ect,
anyways. we get second third and storage in basement along with washer and dryer you supply your own soap, the landlord is completely section off we will hardly see her at all, and she doesnt hear to well so most nights if the music is loud she cant tell its one rofl
your room would be located on the 2nd story the first door at the top stairs the room is yellow and black for now but likely to get paint idk what to, got a odd closet.... wecall it the blunt cave*420 reference*
i would do my best to help with any furniture that i can and am a humble host, you and the other roommates share the kitchen fridge but they dint steal and are nice and like to share often and cook for everybody there really friendly, bathroom is share by you me and the roommates, shower shitter and sink plain and simple 3rd story is a loft that i converted to a master bedroom/ hang out lounge.... its my bedroom but about 24/7 if my light is on i have an open door policy just knock though to be polite
andi always have movies and i have arcades and games and dont mind the company *also i do like like to smoke alone *420 reference*

dues 1st every month and there is a 25$ late fee if 5+days late***i am really cool about this so long as you talk to me and are good with your word and say youg et paid the 15th and you will have money then cool soo long as you pay on the 15th we're good type deal or least try you know i like communication i am willing to help out if i can *that being said i refuse to give any free rides iw ill help you out but i have bills to and renting the room pays them bills type deal
you can only get 1 late fee for every 30 days but pretty much its like a 30 day notice, 30 days you dont pay you have to leave, plus the 25$ late fee after the 5th*unless arrangements with me are made ect*
power/gas/water/trash
*they are included in the 200$*
internet/cable
at time another tenant would like to get internet or cable the bill would soley be on whom wants that service *note i would gladly split the cost of service and share*
parking

life update
Posted 13 years agowell life is full of twist from heart ache to emptyness to happiness back to sorrow and emptyness what a rolercoaster life has been over last few months
well the bad
i found out the thieft in my house so fare over 2400 in rent/pettycash/money orders were missing, items went missing ect ect put cameras in my room power would cut off before hand so i got smart hooked them to a laptop and recorded caught them in the act so that settled.... then i just seem to chase the un chanseable it seems and i dont like settling cause i settled in the past and well after experinceing two peopl i9n my life i have learned what i never recived and i couldn't handle another one
the good
kicked the roommate thieft out...... ummmmm
oooohhhh yea...
i had tailies and paws and soon feet paws woot woot
finaly after years myself is becomeing reality part by part removed from my head and upon my body

well general life update
might be haven a new job all wish me luck prisioner transport officer ummm kicked a roommate out and magicly my money stopped disaperaing i got my entire big ass room to myself again *asume mesaurments 60ft long *100 ft speaker wire went one way but not quiet back about 20 feel short, and about 20 feet wide*...big ass room will throw a photo up of it, sadly its too big for little ole me which when up here alone makes feel idk just empty around and inside....
got a new door on y house lol old roomamte broke the last one and refuse to get keys back solid oak door love to see him try to put his hand into that rofl
sadly my truck is still down for repairs*needs a motor* and my millie*my nissan* needs soem work front driver bearing going bad and her door pannel is fallen apart someone stole my weather strips from my door i mean really steal my weather strip....... but she purrs like a kitten when she is happy rofl though she been acting up every day since somone left till two days ago... i think she missed them.... i do too..... but if she can get over it so can i lol
anywho thats enough rambling of a dragoness

the love of my life that i failed to to chase who i still love and care for dearly has finaly given me a name it was soooooo exciting it screems me lol

Posted 14 years agowell i am still pissed off you dicks deleted everything in my fucken gallery you know who you are, but i shall rebuild, and instead of storing photos on fa like i always haveI no longer trust this site to house my photos so backups will be made, and i wont host any of my art here anymore FA no longer deserve what i make, maybe one day i will get over my anger but till my irreplaceable photos that were here and here only are replaced i will continue to dwell
so with that i will post things such as my critter and my cars*i can post my car cause i do all the work by hand and it is MY DRIVING ART so cant delete it stating i do not have ownership of my car and or truck, clearly i can produce a title and insurance and registration, so no more bs on how i didnt own the vehicles to have approval of the pictures thats just fucken bull shit i will drive the car myself ask myself and take the photo myself how it it not mine >.>

Posted 14 years agoaperantlyn my roommates are wanting me to move out nobody tells me so, but my money has came up missing, money that was supose to be paid under my name a few times never happened and now out of the 6 pepoel here 3 of which i helped get off the streets are just letting push come to shove and i getten kicked out.... so yea gona be dead to the furry world for a little bit as i will loos internet then, but again my friends here online have seem distant twords me some more then others, though i have no doubt a very select few might miss me many others will not, inparticular one person i can think of heh. will miss you all, but unfortinaly i'm the scape goat for them not paying rent so i have to go sadly
