METRICVOID TERMS OF SERVICE

TOS is subject to change as it is updated, you will be provided with the updated TOS as necessary.

You must be 18 years or older to commission ANY NSFW or mature works.
By purchasing you are agreeing to this TOS, I am not liable by any false agreement to age, you will be blacklisted if any of the TOS is broken.

COPYRIGHT

1. As the artist, I retain ALL rights to the piece.

2. DO NOT Edit my work without my permission.

3. Never remove my signature from any piece.

4. If you upload any of my pieces to your gallery give credit. Artwork is not to be re-posted unless you are the commissioner or character in the picture.

5. You have permission as a client to print your commissions for personal use NOT FOR PROFIT OF ANY-KIND INCLUDING FUNDRAISING.
If you would like to purchase rights to sell an image for a product or a logo please email to discuss.

6. I have the right to turn down ANY commission without reason.


PRICES & PAYMENT

1. All prices are subject to change based on details of a commission.

2. For online commissions I accept Paypal ONLY. During a convention, you can pay with Square/credit card/ or cash.

3. I will not draw: NSFW underaged characters, scat/urine, morbid obesity, murder, suicidal content, beastiality/zoophilia, or feral porn.

4. If payment is not received in 48 hours, your commission will be considered cancelled. If there is an issue contact me.

6. Payment is expected before any work is started unless I have stated otherwise.


SHIPPING

1. Digital Art WILL NOT BE SHIPPED. Only traditional art, merchandise from my shop, or other items will be shipped and provided a tracking number.

2. If shipment is returned due to the lack of providing the correct or full address, the customer (you) must pay for the packaging/shipping/handling fee again.

3. YOU the customer are responsible for providing the correct full address in order to have your package arrive safely.

4. If your shipping address does NOT match your PayPal, you must provide proof via email that states:
[ I (your name)/ (your PayPal email) have chosen a different shipping address than my PayPal email and will not chargeback for reasons of “did not receive item”]

ORDERING

1. Contact via Email or DM

2. All communication will be done through Emails or DMs

3. You must either have a reference sheet, a very detailed description, or multiple images of a character(s) you wish to commission. Characters without a visual reference may cost extra.

4. DO NOT send a blank “Hi.” I will NOT respond. Please gather all the necessary information together before you send the initial Email/DM. If you have a question, state the question in the first DM/Email.

5. Once given a quote based on your need and paid for, you will get an estimate on completion time, added to the trello, and updated with sketches and other progress.
If at any time you would like an update please check the troll first, then dm/email.
Please do not ask “how are you” If you just want to know where I’m at on work, when in the middle of a commission process please do not chit chat with me.

6. Turn around times are typically case by case up to a month, but sometimes as little as same-day. I update my trello as I go, if you have concerns about a due date (ie someone’s birthday) you can pay for a rush order.

7. If there is mistakes in the piece that need to be rectified that are my fault for missing such as markings, tattoos, character specific attributes...etc. It will be done without charge.

8. Other changes to a piece after it has been completed are possible but fees may apply. Changes to a post after a sketch have been approved will not be made. Please make pose change requests at the sketch stage.

9. DO NOT redline my work without permission. As the commissioner you are purchasing my style, my ability, and this is not a teaching moment.
