So basically, my boyfriend and I have been discussing a commission idea (SFW) for a little while now, and I want to stop putting it off and ideally get an artist now so it can be finished or at least have some sort of progress done on it before Christmas.

I'm probably looking for an artist with a style that isn't super realistic, thinking of something a little cutesy/artsy but not overly cartoony, and probably someone who I haven't commissioned before, if for no other reason than for it to be a bit of a surprise. Also, they have to be fine with drawing copyrighted material, since he's a Lucario and I'm getting it done with my Yoshi character.

If anyone has any ideas, feel free to drop a comment or whatever works! Any input is appreciated. c:

The semester is starting to draw to a close, and now that all of my big things are getting finished up, I figure it's time to ~celebrate~ a little bit.

That being said, I'm thinking of getting some new art of my characters. SFW or NSFW, either the bird or Yoshi, whatever sounds good. Only issue is, I'm not sure where to get it.

In light of that, does anyone have suggestions for artists to commission? I'm building a bit of a list up, so I can narrow it down and see who I really want to get a piece from. Also, you're free to request to get something with me if you're interested and we can chat about it.
