Hey all, as many may have read from my journal a little while back speaking of my grandmothers passing and how we have been trying to move and pay for her funeral costs with the go fund me donation money that I mentioned a little while back. As it seems the go fund me will most likely no longer be active and my father is now too stressed and upset with going through her things at the moment to maintain any sort of donation account, I will be taking over watching and updating the go fund me when possible if it stays up. We have been updated on the location we are looking at to move and given that my mother and I still have not been able to find any work we are losing money at a steady pace due to the rent in this house being too high for the amount of us living here now, and overall living expenses. We seemed to have underestimated our ability to pay for this place until moving with the cost of the new townhouse so the go fund me will most likely not be able to cover it given we need to break our current lease, use some money for a moving company, and once again our general living expenses. Once and if the go fund me I have linked prior reaches its goal any further donations, once again if any, I will request being taken privately after being contacted either through skype, steam, twitter pm, or any such messaging service available. Just wanted to put this out to update everyone and the reason why I have not been working on anything relating to stories or my tablet practice because really we cant afford luxuries at the moment, and the essentials are even themselves proving to be difficult to handle. So as many knew my grandmother after her fall in December had been declining health wise for quite a while now. And as of yesterday morning at about 5 am she passed in her bed. The reason I make this journal not only to vent my feelings and depression about this but the fact that she helped us pay for the rent at our current house. Being that my mother quit her job to help take care of her 24/7 and now we do not have the income to support our current home. We know a home we can move to that we can afford but we have a lease out on this place and it would cost us too much to end the lease AND move. So my father, having known my grandmother the best, has made a go fund me post so if anyone could help we could be able to make the move. So as many people know my grandmother has been pretty disabled as of late and had been getting sick so very often, well I just learned from my parents and her doctors that the woman who took care of me so much when I was little and helped our family through so many financial crises's has a couple weeks maybe even days to live. Im devastated and I dont know how I will take it when the time comes so if I become very depressive, blow up at people, etc. Please dont take it personally, I try my best not to but these kind of events are the few things that break me.

So first of all no the last update was not marking the end of my work, I was in a very depressed state and was using anything to make myself feel worse. For the people who are waiting on me to finish their requests I am sorry to them as well because of the delay and it may be a bit longer, which I will explain why. My grandmother back in December had fallen in her sitting room and broken her entire hip through the middle, luckily she lives with us so we were able to get her to the hospital quickly. During her time of going through surgery, the rehab clinic, and her weak immune system she has been in and out of the hospital so much lately due to all this trauma making way for her to get sick so very easily. Along with this the fall caused two blood swells in her skull cavity which has caused her short term memory loss, and as of late she has been showing signs of Parkinsons Disease. Only two days ago was she finally stable enough to come home and my family and I had all been busy helping her back home. But as of this morning as I was just informed, my mother had to call 911 for her because her blood oxygen level was at 82% and for anyone who doesn't know how bad that is, 91% is considered hospital worthy levels, at least in her case. This is a very likely possibility that she may not be coming home again after this trip so I will have a lot on my mind especially if the worst case scenario occurs. So I apologize to everyone waiting but I hope you all understand.

So I have been trying desperately to get my work known and out there, but every single time I get ignored, overshadowed, or both at the same time and frankly im fed up with it. So I will not be uploading any more art of my own because I will not bother with it any longer, I will not be uploading any more stories because I will not bother any longer. Im just done, the fact that you have to have years of practice just to be told your work is moderate is too much for me. Im sick of the lack of feedback, response, and I just cant put in the effort anymore.

So apparently the main hotel is already fully booked, me and my couple buds wanted to be in the main hotel for the first time this year but this was not expected, we didnt think it would book so damn fast, so if anyone has room for at least 3 roomies that can pay their share of the room fund, please contact me or my bff  realliveactionfox please asap, we would love to go and have the money now, and can pay the minute we get to the hotel.

They crudely edited out their name and added in an obviously seperate fonted and styled name, and claiming the character is theirs. Please help me and Malrik take this down, or at least raise awareness.

Since I still haven't been getting around very fast, I want to offer to any watcher, new or old but MUST WATCH ME, and if unwatched after this will be blacklisted, that anyone who watches me can note me their ref, or a setting for me to either draw them a headshot/body shot depending on detail, or a short to mid length story. So I am going to be setting up my commission tab just so that way I can get experience with commission work IF anyone is interested in one at any time, although since I am still new to it I will only have ONE open at a time so that way things dont get delayed. And if you cant get a commission it would be amazing to get a signal boost <3

Before I begin my rant the only reason I entered the one previously was to try and prove a point which was obviously failed due to reasons I will be ranting about. (RANT BEGIN) So first off I hate these kind of contests. Reason being is all they are is a popularity contest so anyone who is new to the community or not very well known has 0 chance of winning. And due to the fact that people who are known in the community and have a lot of watchers either can already make their own art very well or can afford to commission many people on a regular basis, is what upsets me. This is taking a chance at a free art opportunity from people who normally cant afford these things or don't have the skill to make it themselves and giving it to people who can easily do it themselves. This is why these kind of "contests" if I can even call it that, are completely unfair and biased, and I will only be a supporter of raffles because those give EVERYONE a chance to win. (RANT END)

So after a while if practicing I'm thinking I'm finally skilled enough to open up cheap commissions, head shots and basic full body poses that is. But the issue is I am horrible at judging prices for things based on my skill so what I would like to find out from you all is what prices would you recommend are reasonable for my skill of art in my gallery. My tiers would be line art only, lined and colored, and lined colored and shaded art. Then the larger category of a headshot or full body. Please let me know if any of you are good at this kind of thing because I am currently unemployed and we are struggling with money so this would help me out greatly~ I look forward to drawing for you all!
