Welp! it's been nice relaxing over the holidays and.. maybe a bit longer than I should have but I'm back! The problem being I was kind of getting a little burnt out, a little frustrated with my tablet pen and I just wanted to go into a vidya game and blow some shit up. (hooray for fallout!) So after I got all of that out of my system I got back to work on the ol grind stone and found my old friend tablet pen problems. Hoo boy! Well, I stuck it out, even found a couple other solutions that really eased the problem I wasn't resetting as much and it certainly wasn't quite as bad but it was still "running out of ink" pretty badly. I had used it for as long as I could reasonably so I ordered a new one (hooray!) And wouldn't you know it? it started cooperating right after that, even in a test stream it was cooperating, I thought I had made a mistake!

(oh, right, I can stream now, muahahahaha)

But no, couple days later it basically completely crapped out on me, guess I ordered it just in time ^^; Thanks again everyone for the suggestions to get it to work, you were all super helpful <3

The time of year with music that drives you crazy while your family drives you crazy when everyone is after that special something to make their Christmas special. I'm not really one to ask for anything cept maybe advice or help with things (as I'm a class A derp) but things are slightly different this time. I'm looking for one very specific item. One very special thing this year. No, it's not the mew stylus (although I'd love to have one) No, it's not the pikachu charger with the usb slot on it's rump. (ditto) It's something from 2008.

All I'm looking for is the SC4D LEX dvd, I wants it, I needs it. and uh, maybe juust maybe someone out there has one? Just to be clear, this is the disk with the finished Petronas Tower lot and a few other special things. I'm not sure if they're even doing downloads for it anymore, which is a real shame as it's such a lovely render. If anyone can help me out or point me in the right direction, I'd be super grateful <3

So! uh, I'm kind of stuck on how to do something or rather the best way to go about it. I have planned out a couple spot the difference image sets, you know, same basic picture but one or two things are changed. (some things larger smaller, more ..stuff here and there or all over the place ect.) Aaaand I'm wondering what would be the best way to go about that. Do I simply upload all 4 or however many here and do some links between them in the description? Only upload 1 and link to the others hosted elsewhere? Some other third option?

I've never done this before and don't know which method would make the most sense, seeing as I don't know how people generally feel about "the same picture" being uploaded multiple times :X

After almost a year of doodling pokemon, at first daily then eventually ending up as bi-weekly (super sorry!) I have almost completely run out of ideas for them. This does not mean I'm stopping this means at least for the moment I will work on another thing. What other thing? Well, I've been diligently working on a new piece that should come out pretty snazzy, I'm not going to give an eta on it because there's a lot of detail and I've not painted anything this detailed in a very long time. what I can tell you is that it involves two birbs engaged in combat. (queue star trek fight scene music!) The rest I kinda wanna keep a surprise. Once this picture is done I will hopefully have a few more ideas for these pokemon that I still need to draw. (hooray!) Although I guess I could ask you what you guys think while I'm working on this other picture:

I also plan to be a bit more diligent in updating alternate sites such as Wezelby and DA with art, as well as somehow find the time to set up a tumblur (finally) ..no, seriously, I haven't a clue how to set that shit up. :B

Welp! that's pretty much all that's been happening and going on, I know, I'm boring :D

So, something odd has been happening with my tablet and I'm not sure how I can fix it, maybe someone out there could lend a hand? See, it's been doing this weird jittery thing lately. much more frequently this past week. And by jitter I don't mean "oh crap, I messed up that line" I mean it's like I'm trying to draw on morse code. Dots, dashes, dots lots of dots and dashes. I've looked into solutions but they only seem to work for a short period before it just decides that dots are fine. Sometimes I can force it to work again through some repetitive drawing and it'll work for a while longer, but always ends up being poopy.

Any suggestions would be great, as I'm out of ideas for this darn thing.

Right, so I'm not sure why, I'm not sure what is causing it but I am and have been excessively tired the past couple weeks and I'm not sure what I can do about it. There have been days where I've slept for way way too long and it was like I almost felt I could have gone back to bed. I'm not sad or upset, most certainly not depressed, I just don't get it @_@ I'm saying this because unfortunately this has eaten into time where I could be doing pictures n stuff. (and why my uploads have been so spread out as of late) I can't put my finger on why my body is rebelling but MAN is this annoying.

Back in business! yesterday was awful @_@ pukey feeling, head feeling funky, eyestrainey n shit. But thank goodness the sick stopped me, this morning my arm was giving me trouble. If I had of used free weights yesterday it's possible it could have gone straight to swell and lock mode. Got it wrapped, everything's fine now! (plus, new arts)

I was hoping to get through Gen 1 without needing to take a break, but I may or may not complete the pokemon picture today. Not because of time restraints or anything but because I honestly feel like crud. I think maybe it's a weird combination of things, and I'm still going to try, but if it's obvious that I can't get anything done 'm probably just gonna go flop z.z (I'll be fine! it's probably just eyestrain.)

Oh, and yes, there are other projects, they're just slow coming. (damn you seasonal lack of sunlight crud!) kay, alter!

It's not new, it's not exciting, and it's full of simple, sometimes horrible errors! The pokemon challenge... thing. So, what's going to happen is that every day until I run out of pokemon (so in about 9 months) I'm gonna quickly draw, ink and color a different set of pokemon. The purpose of this is not to annoy people, garner attention (or anything like that) but to try and gauge where I am on a day to day basis, improve draw speed, hopefully quality as well as increasing accuracy of base color application.

This does not mean that these will be the only things making it to the gallery, just the majority. I've got quite a pile of more detailed stuff coming up, this is just to help me get better. ..aaand maybe I've always wanted to draw all the pokemon and this is a perfect excuse.

though maaaybe I should start putting them into scraps until I get better.. iunno.

Thank you for the well wishes to the alst journal, makes me happy to know that I'm still remembered~ And it looks like I'll be staying, cause why the hell not. Over the next few days a lot of the older submissions will get moved a round, some into the gallery, some into scraps just to help clean this disheveled mess up a bit. Also! Ohey, 25,000!

Braaaaaains. braaaaaaaains. *shakes head vigorously!* Ugh, I mean, hi! After many false starts, after many attempts to get back into art I think I might finally be ready to come back n make things again. (Hooray!) The thing is I'm not entirely sure if I'll be continuing to use this account or migrate to a new one at this point. If I do decide to stay, there will be some submission cleanup (you know, removing things that I really don't care for anymore) and (most likely) at least one new thing a week, which would be cool! If I decide to migrate to a new account I'll make another journal submission and let everyone know what's up.

Earlier today while on a break I noticed that there are way waaaay too few images of Mews! So, to encourage at least a few more I have decided that I would start a lovely little contest.

Well, I went to AC, had an absolute blast! in fact, I think it's the best time I've ever had there despite the expected furry drama. I was out in the rave dancing like the drunken idiot I was, even got to try sushi! In fact there were only a couple things I didn't get to do that would have possibly made it the perfect week, but this has got to be the one trip that has been anywhere near perfect in forever. To all those who roomed with me and I met for the first time, thank you! Thank you for making that trip the real highlight of the summer.

As for the slowdown and near-stop of art production! well my life has become a lot more hectic than usual, but I'm doing my best to make time for art. It's one of the few things I truly love to do.

Yep, I'm still alive! I've just been fighting a lengthy war against bugs. yes, that's right.. BUGS. everywhere, sneaky little fuckers! landing on my monitor, stinging me then vanishing like little ninjas! .. And the sad thing is, it's still going on! Oh, sure it's slowed down a bit, I killed one big fat yellow jacket yesterday and two before lunch today, but the point remains that they are a constant disturbance and preventing me from doing much at all. My god, you should see the chair mat! it's just littered in the corpses of these little fuckers >.< and it's been a week since I picked them all up!

*Ahem* enough about that however! I certainly hope all the QQing over the election is over. Well, most of it anyway.. because I for one am simply elated! I thought mccain was going to win, die, and we'd be stuck with chrischan for a president.. Not for long, but the thought did cross my mind.

Aaanyway! progress on art is slow right now due to the infestation and cleanup thereof, but it is coming along! A few will be colored, a few sketches, and most certainly a bunch of inked works. I'm not sure how many of each will arrive here, but I'm hoping quite a few of them!

As you know, yesterday was valentines day, and it actually wasn't that bad for once! not because I have someone to spend it with, but because I was high from lack of sleep.. I uh.. heh, had an appointment I forgot about ^-^; About the time I was about to head to bed to at least get a couple hours of sleep, I was informed that we'd need to go out a lil early to run errands! ..lovely.. So, I was up all damn day~

Well, the day was a total bust until we went to a Walmart on a whim.. And the valentines day candy section was just.. it looked like a tornado went through there. trash was all over the floor, boxes littered the shelves, and there was not a scrap of candy to be found. some of the shelves even hung from their mounts.. Leaving the scene of carnage, I eventually found myself something hiding in the toy section! There it was, cowering in a box with some scattered bouncy balls and a cheesy dinosaur figurine.. back in a lil box onna low shelf.. a poor lonely lil Buizel plush! I snatched him up and saved him from that den of savages, and now he sits proudly atop my monitor, looking all cute and fuzzy :3

Well, AC rocked more than usual this year, I roomed with antoher kitty and a bunny, and even though the sillybun forgot half of the ps2 power coupling, it was still entertaining. I got kicked out of a room party because it got to loud! (wooohoo, I've never been kicked out of a room before!) However I didn't follow the group to the toher hotel becuase my feet were killing me.. besides, it was on the 25th effin floor @_@; Anyway, other than that, I was actually awake in time to see that absolutely awesome q and a by that superawesome voiceguy! I can't belive that's what he sounds like all the time! (Ron, you kick SO much ass.)

I also met many cool people, did lots of fun things, and got some awesome one-of-a-kind shwag! (inclunding the Luskwood sign from the second life pannel XD BOOYAH) I got to see Glenn again for about a minute.. no wonder I couldn't find him! he changed certain features~ Ah well, he's still cute.. and that's all that matters. ..Oh, and Growly, I'm so not gonna let you live down not knowing who I was for the first like, HALF of the con >.> Just because it's so funny.

I missed not having a few of my other friends there this year.. such as Blue, Kammie, Thornne.. but they're all busy and/or had other things to do, so I'm not that upset.. still, it would ahve been nice to get the AGNPH group and my island group together in one room.. oh the antics that would insue!

Ah well, it was great, even though both my roomies had to leave before the con was over, as well did a few of my favorite fur friends.. Also, I started trying tog et my main on wow to 70 after a long.. long hiatus from leveling.. but I'm having isues with my isp! it's been randomly cutting out between 9pm and 4am for the past THREE DAYS.. sometimes it'll be out the whole time, other times it'll blink on and off and reset for NO GOOD REASON.. calling tomorrow to fix that.. Oh! and one more thing.. if any of you know who made the "furlicker.swf" file that's found over in the furi section at lulz.net.. please tell them that I thought it was fucking hawt >>;

Well it's that time of the year again! when fireworks blast, when planes fly overhead.. when many people become dehydrated while watching people playing sports out in the hot hot sun, all for my amusement. That's right, It's my birthday!

I'm really excited as well, because in just a few days I will be heading off to AC. I will not have a table, nor will I be selling prints or other thigns this year. I will however be there, having fun, hanging out, drawing things, ect. I have also not forgotten about the 700 watch piccie! I'm.. just taking the day off because, dur, It's my day! I know I should work to get thigns done, to get ready, packed and such.. but fuck, man.. I'm exhausted .o

I.. have no idea if there is an egg day, I'm just leaving a message to inform you guys, those of you who know me, and otherwise why I've been unable to update. *ahem* Well, my kitty got himself a case of earmites and a hemotoma, he also needed to go in for surgury yesterday. But now that he's going to be okay I can joke about it! ...He's high as a fucking kite, man! Those pain killers we have to give him makes him wander around like a stonerfur around 4 in the morning >>; He'll be okay, but as you might know, it was rather expensive. So, if any of you would like to donate a few bucks, or commission me, I'm opening myself up for them until I have abount a months worth of work to do. Not expecting a *lot* of art, but this is to help out with my kitty's bill, so every lil bit helps!
