I really don't think it's gonna sell. Honestly, I'm just an indie developer that almost nobody's heard of. So, instead of selling this one, I'm just gonna release it for free once it's finished, and then just let anyone who likes it donate. Besides, I'd rather not charge people for what could probably end up being a boring game. So yeah, it runs on donations now. Enjoy your freeware. ^^

Just updated to 1.8, and now it freezes about ten minutes in every time I play. This happens both in creative and survival mode.

Also, NPCs don't appear in towns. Are they supposed to?

Also, the lighting is screwy. Things randomly turn black.

Not gonna go into why, or else I'll be here all night. It's just such a terrible game. It could have been good, but Game Freak fails. Hard.

I did some math, and I've already gotten 33% of the planned features in the game accomplished, not counting the storyline. To reach that amount in such a short time, I wonder why I didn't decide to do this sooner? Maybe cuz I wasn't as good a programmer back then.

People who go around drawing tons of "fan art", often in sexual, fetishy or otherwise disturbing scenarios that the characters would likely never be in officially, nor would their creators aprove of it, yet if someone draws fan art of them, they get all pissy and baww that the artist didn't get permission first. It's even worse coming from art whores who spend half their income on the same drawing over and over, yet a free image is just a sin to them. First off, don't draw fan art if you aren't willing to let others draw you. That's just hypocritical. Second, if you're an art whore and someone draws something you didn't pay for, STFU, cuz you're getting free art. Be grateful! Someone's trying to show appreciation for your existence! I admit, I'm guilty of the same thing, but I'm not making that mistake twice. I just wish people would stop being so touchy about getting free art like this. Seriously, nut up or shut up.

So, apparently it's soap with caffeine in it. Uh, OK. Does that even work? Also, what's with these scents? Smiley fox? Sparkledog? <insert gem here> dragon? Why would I want to buy soap off the internet with scent names like that and no way of knowing what they really smell like? Who would be stupid enough to buy that? For all I know, it smells like vomit, but it's called buttercup sprinkles or something like that. There's even a snozzberry. A FREAKING SNOZZBERRY! How do you make a scent for a fiction berry?! Let alone sell something that's probably copyrighted! Seriously, this is like the dumbest product I've ever seen. Right up there with the DVD rewinder... OK, not THAT stupid, but still, what the heck?

First off, I've bitten off more than I can chew lately. I've got commissions to finish, my game, and a sprite project for a friend that I've barely even started. So, I'm sorry, but all requests will have to be cancelled. I have too much going on to be able to handle them.

Now, the update. I've tuned the seasons a bit in Cloud Chasers, added a video function for the animations I'll be doing for it, and added NPCs and debug mode. In debug, it shows you things like your location, current room, bounding boxes for certain objects, lead character name, and enables the console for using special functions I wrote for it, like changing the weather and other testing thingies. I'll add some cheat commands to that too, in case anyone feels like, y'know, cheating.

Trees now reflect all seasons, and water turns to ice in winter (though for specific reasons, is still not walkable), fireflies now only appear in summer, and also I'll be stopping the development of new props for a while to begin serious coding on the battle system.

When I have battle worked out, I'll make a video and show what the game is like.

More things I plan regarding environment, butterflies appear during spring, trees emit leaf particles in fall, and fog builds up during heavy rain/snow storms.

Most importantly, I need to finish spriting the main characters so I can finally get rid of all these ugly placeholder sprites. >_<

Yep, first episode of the new season, and I already found mistake. Look at Celestia's wing at 6:51, and you'll see it's disconnected from her body. ^^ Heehee!

I got it the other night. Yeah, probly shoulda mentioned that sooner. Anywho, after I get home from work, I'll get my tablet set up and start on the art I owe. Sorry that's taking so long, guys. :(

Also, I've been wondering, if not being able to find something is error 404, what the heck were they listing before they thought of making that? Seriously, a missing file, shouldn't that be down, like, around 10? Maybe lower? I mean, I feel like that's an error you would think of pretty early on. What are all those 403 other errors?

Yeah, it's on its last hoof now. Asus doesn't produce spare batteries for my model, and the cord tip must be worn down, because it slips out so easily. I haven't been able to draw either because my tablet driver keeps acting up. So mostly, I've been working on Cloud Chasers because GM makes save backups, so if it ever cuts off, I have a way to recover my data. And yes, I've been backing up everything on a separate HD.

So how is CC coming along? Well, I've finished all Midi's moving sprites, and have Trey and Sophie's orthographic frames. Also got day an night effects working. Day and night switch on the hour instead of following realtime, so you don't have to play only at day or night to make time based events happen. Seasons are also functional, but because I have to make a whole new tileset for them, the only thing currently reflecting the seasons are trees.

I have written a lot of battle related code, but still don't have everything in place, but once I do, I'll video record a test. Sprites I haven't drawn yet are filled with placeholders from other games, so if you see a character flickering, it's not a glitch.

As some of you might remember, I'll be selling the game to raise money for the SDA community center for only a few dollars a copy. You can still get the game for free, but the paid version will have much more content.

One last thing, I'm hoping to have net battles implimented, so anyone who wants to help test that when it's ready, lemme know.
