Alright guys I have an amazing new pasta dish I thought I'd share with you guys. If you love New Orleans style cuisine or Cajun cuisine, or even spicy food in general you will love this Cajun inspired take on a Parmesan cream sauce I made tonight.

What you need:

1 16oz box Angel Hair pasta (or whatever you like)
1 160z jar of Parmesan Garlic Alfredo Sauce
1 ring of Smithfield Andouille Sausage
Fresh Parsley
A generous pinch of Old Bay all purpose seasoning
Salt and pepper for taste

First, slice the sausage in a diagonal cut, heat a large skillet over med-high heat, fry your sausage until brown and all the juices have released, it is important that you do not drain these liquids as they will be the flavor base for your sauce, next reduce to low, add your jar of sauce to the sausage mixture and let simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes while your pasta boils. when the pasta is done to your preferred taste, dry well and toss with the sauce mixture. serves 4 to 6 people, serve with chopped parsley for a garnish. serve immediately for best taste.

So, the new Trivium album dropped in the US yesterday and I have to say I have been a longtime fan and Nothing has done much for me since Ascendancy, Shogun was cool, The Crusade was just decent, too many Metallica mocks on it, but now In Waves...HOLY FUCK. This one is all killer no filler. "Caustic Are The Ties That Bind" is officially my favorite song by these guys. it's like a perfect mix of Shogun and Ascendancy rolled into one perfect album, not to mention Matts' vocals have gotten 100x better since Ascendancy. Lyrically this album is fucking strong and Matt has once again proven why he is one of the best lyricists in modern thrash metal. mad mad fucking props dude. I cant wait to see what you are writing in your 30's and 40's man. keep it fucking \m/.

Now I'll openly admit one of My main concerns going in with this album was how Nick would fit in drumming wise on this album with the band. TOTALLY EXCEEDED my expectations which were low. Love how he has incorporated blasting into the drum sound without going too far overboard and still having it sound like Trivium.

There's loads of great headbanging tunes on this one. 18 tracks in total and at least 15 of them would make a great thrash compilation mixed with the bands older works. My favorite tracks include:

So in overall review I give this one a nice 9.5/10

So the reason I charge $50 per piece is because it takes me as long as 5 hours to do an original graphic and I have to take time out of my usually frantic day to do these. Youtube has officially made the biggest fail of 2010 so far for me with this so called new version of the site, way to go fucking up something great you bastards!

you guys see what youtube did to the video pages recently?, the new version of the site's video pages fucking sucks., IMO this is another perfect example of a site trying to fix something that didn't need fixing. I hate the new ratings system, not only that, but I hate the way you have to turn the pages inside out to figure them out, it took me forfuckingever to figure out the new "Related Videos" and "Other Videos by User" functions. and to top it all off you have to go to your favorites just to get to your playlists and history...so basically they took something that was once really cool and easy to use and raped it with a knife and made it into a shrine of failed ideas.

This project was founded because me and a few others have thought long and hard about it and we've decided to go places no one has went before and try and finish this series our way. So we are a assembling a team of writers to make a storyline/script for what our version of Balto 4 would be. Unfortunately, due to last year's closing of Universal Studios Amblimation, we are not able to pitch the film to Universal. At least for now. Many of us have wanted to see this series continue, and there is only one way to do this. And we need all the help and support we can get ASAP to sway the filming world into seeing that we as a fanbase never gave up on this amazing series. Please join us and support our efforts today by helping us get the word about the project out and we would like to say thanks for your time. You are doing the fan base a great service by doing so.
