Posted a year agoOnly posting this as I've had a couple individuals messaging me about this. No names will be mentioned.
This is what I have posted on my FA for this reason alone.
"You do not have permission to re-post, trace, or save my artwork. My characters aren't yours to take and use for Rp/Erp. If anyone is caught doing this I will take action and call you out for it so PLEASE don't do it."
As my art is my only source of income, it hurts when people ask this so please keep this in mind.
Anyone who decides to do any of these anyway will be called out if it becomes an issue.
Again, this is from multiple people.

What: Sudden Upcharge to TOS and expecting me to pay more after I already paid off my suit.
For reference, I fully paid this off in March 2021. They completed the 2 comms ahead of me and made PREMADE head in less than 2 weeks. Then hits me with these sudden changes.
Note. Thankfully, fully refunded.
DO NOT HARASS this person. Block and move on. Do not waste your time or money like I did.

Posted 3 years agoBefore even reading my T.O.S, NOTE! I will NOT take any work on from anyone that supports Zoophiles like DHC. I know there are others and WILL refuse work if you are rude as well.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Please familiarize yourself with this post before commissioning me.
What is written here may be subject to change as it is updated.
Terms of service will be enforced 100%
COPYRIGHT
1. As the artist, I retain ALL rights to the piece.
2. NO ONE is allowed to edit any work from me UNLESS it's sketch to be colored AND you get permission from me.
3. Never remove my signature from any piece.
4. I will not provide any original (.SAI, .Psd, etc.) files.
5. If you upload any of my pieces to your gallery give credit. If you refuse to give credit, any/all artwork of mine not consistent with the rules in your gallery will be reported as stolen and subsequently removed.
6. I am not obligated to keep any works in my account/gallery, or possession.
PRICES & PAYMENT
1. All prices are subjective and usually not negotiable.
2. I accept Paypal and CashApp ONLY.
3. I will not draw: cub porn, scat, bestiality, zoophilia, nsfw baby fur stuff, watersports,
use of personal characters that do not belong to you without permission, and anything made to harass or demean others. Anything else that is risque, ask and I will let you know.
4. All prices paid for any work are private information.
5. If payment is not received in 48 hours, your commission will be considered cancelled. If there is an issue contact me.
6. Payment is expected before any work is started unless I have stated otherwise
ORDERING
1. If you are ordering note/DM it to me in the proper format.
2. All communication will be done through notes or DMs unless stated otherwise
3. You must either have an actual reference sheet, a very detailed description, or multiple images of characters/concepts you wish to commission. Characters without a visual reference may cost extra. Complex characters or concepts may cost extra.
4. Keep notes/DMs to a minimum. Don't spam my inbox with short random messages. Get everything together before you send the initial note/DM.
6. I will not put you on the list until I receive the full payment.
7. Turn around time varies but expect 3 months from final payment (on occasion sometimes longer but not past 6 months) as a base turnaround. I do large batches of commissions at a time and cannot guarantee yours comes first in the same batch. ( Yours will never be put behind a new batch of commissions)
* life happens sometimes and you will be notified if delays occur where we can come up with a resolution
** some commission batches may have a longer turn around time IF stated in the specifically
All artwork done is copyright © to me, the artist.
You may not profit off artwork serviced (making prints, stickers, etc) unless specifically stated and allowed
Artwork is not to be altered or re-posted unless you are the commissioner or character in the picture.
Any and all edited or re-posted pieces must be sourced back to me regardless.
If there is mistakes in the piece that need to be rectified that are my fault for missing such as markings, tattoos, character specific attributes...etc. It will be done without charge
Other changes to a piece after it has been completed are possible but fees may apply.

commissioned me to fill a 3-character slot YCH and everything was perfectly fine at first.
They explained what was what HOWEVER, I needed to UNDERSTAND and they were merely just confusing me more and more as I asked them to be clear.
After a few days of good communication, I messaged them asking for them help me understand certain things for each character and their communication just started slowing down until they wouldn't reply for 4-6 days at a time. Here is what my T.O.S says about my REFUNDS.
Is says, and I quote,
"You may request a refund at any time in the process until the piece is either finished or almost finishe; however, money from the refund will be deducted according to the time already spent on the piece. However! There is a chance that if I'm raising funds for bills, refunds may not be available! I apologize for the inconvenience ahead of time. Also, if you do not respond within 4-5 days of the commission, I reserve the right to cancel with no refund due to little or poor communication. "
Yes it does say that anyone may REQUEST for a refund. However, I couldn't get the information I NEEDED from because their communication dropped to the point it made it very difficult to work with them. This is why I decided against a refund. But NOW I'm short on rent money thanks to them.
By the way. I DID explain very clearly why I refused a refund. This person has now scammed me $65 and I needed that for rent money...

apparently decided to not read my T.O.S about refunds. I had already talked to them about this very clearly.
Here is my T.O.S about refunds!~

Do NOT scam artists especially for those that are barely getting by..DO NOT REPOST SOMEONE'S ART OR CHARACTER!!
