I’m sorry art has been slow again!
I started a new medication and with all the stuff happening at work (for those who don’t know here I got a huge promotion!!), the last couple weeks have been a blur.
I’m taking most of today off for some birthday celebrations, but as of tomorrow things should be back to normal (and I have tomorrow off normal work so I’m hoping to be able to get a decent amount done!)

But really, everyone who’s supported my art for a long time or a new supporter, or those who have supported from afar, I appreciate you all greatly.
I don’t know how much I can truly get into my art anymore with everything that’s happened over the years, and where I’ve wound up in the end, but I’m hoping to be able to continue doing my streams and offering freebies as a small way to give back to those who have been there one way or another.

I really really need to start snagging some commissions. In addition to money I already needed to make up from this week, I will be incurring some medical expenses today....I don't want to call these "emergency" commissions, but if I could pick up a few it would probably save me from having to only eat ramen for a few weeks XD

With that being said, I'm opening up some experimental waste-ups. I don't have any examples of what they'll be like, but they're guaranteed to be full color and shaded at the very least. I mostly want to experiment with my style a little bit and maybe coloring/lighting techniques. They will be waste up and MIGHT include the tail depending on what I'm doing in the piece.

These will be $15 per character, max 3 characters per piece (we may discuss other details). I will need a ref or a good description of your character, as well as a mood or theme (or leave it up to me).

Alright, I'm going to be super weak today if they offer VTO at my job (leaving early when it's slow) because I'm absolutely exhausted after yesterday.
Since that's the case I really need to make some money, so I'm opening up a few slots of commissions (any type).
If I get a few big ones I probably won't take more than 3, if they're smaller I'll shoot for 5.

Prices:

Full shaded/lined:
$15 headshot/bust
$25 half body
$35 full body

Lined/flatcolor:
$10 headshot
$18 half body
$25 full body

Colored sketch (this usually includes light shading):
-no headshot option-
$10 half body
$18 full body

There is no additional fee for nsfw on any of these options.

Additional characters are +50% of total price each.

I'm willing to consider backgrounds, but will be decided on a case by case basis (I suck at them).

I prefer drawing furries and am best at that, but I am willing to draw other things such as humans, just keep in mind that's not where my strengths lie.

Ref sheets start at $50 for a simple front/back view with small detail shots (like mouth color, eyes, etc). All refs come with a sfw and nsfw option at request. All additional things like expressions/headshots, detail views, accessories, super complexity, etc will make the price go up. I'm more than happy to offer a quote!

The commissions don't HAVE to feature any of that, but it's a bonus in this situation since usually those things can cost a little extra!

Long time no see haha.

So first off, I will be uploading the last two pieces of art I remember doing (both were commissions). IF I DID SOMETHING FOR YOU (commission/trade/gift/whatever) AND I HAVEN'T UPLOADED IT AND YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO, PLEASE REMIND ME!!! Literally the last time I did art was like...6+ months ago, my memory ain't that great haha.

Second, the updates. I will section this out into what pertains to you, and personal stuff that you definitely don't have to read unless you want to haha.

What pertains to you:

I am trying to get back into art a bit (obviously). I'm going to upload here for sure, and potentially keep my dA up to date too. I would like to branch out of furry art only a bit. In doing that, I have accepted ONE commission from a friend so I could afford to get Picarto premium for a month and do some free art streams (they have a cool raffle feature that will make it SO much easier on me). So keep a look out for that! Once I feel more comfortable in my abilities again, I will probably start taking commissions again on a one by one basis :3
That's pretty much it for that portion I guess haha.

Personal:

Sigh...where do I even begin haha. I'm really really bad at keeping up with people on a one-on-one basis. I can't hold a convo to save my life...but anyway my fb is still semi open if you would like to friend me there, where I am the most active (it is Moka Sampson, if I don't accept your request right away it might mean I don't recognize you. A few months ago I went through another break up...it's a long story that I won't really get into, but I haven't entirely coped yet.
I'm coming up on a year with my current job, and a LOT of crap is going down there that has made my future there semi uncertain. Everyone is freaking out, which is making it more stressful than in needs to be, we just don't have enough info yet to know if we need to freak out. Anyway, I'm not jeopardizing a job I love over some sort of unpleasant and uncertain news for the company.
I'm also STILL stuck in my parent's basement (which is such a huge source of shame for me...). Still trying to pay down my debts so I can get a place of my own. I have minimal rent here so I would like to try and avoid paying more rent during this time I am working to get myself into a mortgage and OWN a house. I'm getting close, but it still just seems so far away sometimes. Plus, even if I was adamant about moving out (which sometimes I am...I would love to just have a little one bedroom apartment to myself tbh), I have 3 pets (1 shiba, 2 cats) and nowhere affordable will accept more than 2 and I am NOT leaving them behind again. My parents are pretty cool and not really pressuring me, I'm just gonna be 25 in less than a month and I hate the fact that I don't even have my life together enough to be living on my own. I relied too much on my first relationship when I first moved out, and it's kinda messed up my plans for a while (hence moving back).
To compound all this, I'm FINALLY getting my car fixed after over a year of twiddling my thumbs while my dad attempted to help...but it's gonna cost anywhere from $1600-2200. I have the money saved, so that's not really the issue, but it kinda sucks I have to drain my savings for this since I can't afford a new car, and I'll be without my car for around a week they said, which sucks since I have to go to work and crap haha. It's just more stress compounding on the stress I already have.

Anywho. I think that's probably it...at least the major stuff. It's hard to remember the last things I really talked about on here XP
