This has kindda divided people because some people liked the 3 panel strip format and other liked the longer, winding stories of the later Steve & Bob comics. So, just to let you know, I've just finished strip number 645 and chapter 30 will go back to the strip format. While I think it suits the characters and story better to have gags and silliness in the story, it also helps me out because it's something very different to the story telling you get in Elemental Micah (which I think I need right now)

There have been a lot of changes in the comic. For example, the art style is more cartoony this time. Some of the designs of the characters have changed (you may have noticed a change to the look of Dave Duff for example). but the main duo, Steve and Bob will look largely the same.

Steve also has a change in waldrobe. Those that have seen my little demotivational poster of Steve will have noticed that he's going to be wearing a blue bow tie, a brown jumper, rolled up sleeves shirt and his usual cheesy grin. Bob looks exactly the same bar the various t-shirt designs. He's still got the long, cumbersome tail (which'll be doing it's art nouveau best in chapter 30) and a few characters you know will be appearing in it and a character will make his debut.

As part of the MOMBcast, I got interviewed by Jon and James about the new Elemental Micah comic. There is also chat about defending Dana Osbourne's existence, a smattering of news about Steve & Bob and quite a bit of chat about how the awfullness of "Smallville" and the glory of the British sitcom "Birds of a Feather" inspired me to do better as a writer!

Also, I was reading an article about alternative comics people can read as opposed to the DC stuff which seems to be dominating at the moment. I got the shock of my life when I discovered that Elemental Micah was in this list! It's very surreal to see my comic amongst so many other comics I love.
