What's you're favorite song? I've never actually been able to put a paw on my absolute favorite song, there are just too many that make my tail a-wag. Posted 11 years agoI've never done this before and I decided to give it a try. If I understand correctly you basically ask me questions and I answer them. So get those thinking caps on! And I'll do my best to answer you as thoroughly and... creatively... as possible. :3
Vore tourney?
Posted 11 years agoI'm thinking about doing a vore tournament in maybe in a month or so when I get out of school, just for the fun of it. What do you guys think? Is this something that's already done too much by other people? Is the idea like copyrighted? Would you be interested?
This is how it'll work:
- I don't want it to be a popularity contest. But I want people to interact and do stuff. So like most tournaments I've seen, there will be voting, and only the people in the tournament and those watching can vote. But there's a catch.
- Think risk (the board game). There will be a dice system or something similar. The person with more votes gets more dice rolls than the person with less votes. Or something similar (dice aren't really something everyone can see). So, it'll be more chance oriented, but the one with more votes still gets rewarded for having more votes. If not dice, what else could I use?
- I'll be writing stories after each round. No drawing unless I'm feeling really really creative and daring lol. If you know me, then you know I can whip up a pretty decent story, and I can do it in a relatively short time. If I've ever drawn for you, then you know it sometimes takes MONTHS for me to work up the initiative, and then like a week or two to get it actually drawn and digitalized. For one drawing. I suck at drawing. And I've never done vore art.
- It would be a clean/mature tourney. I don't know if that turns some people off, hopefully not, but I'm not writing adult stories. I'm a little iffy on the mature side, never done mature, but I'm willing to give it a shot.
Um... so yeah that's all I can think of right now. What do you guys think? Does this sound like something you'd be interested in and join? I was still learning what the furry fandom was when I first created him, and it might be a little cliche to choose wolf... but in choosing my fursona I looked up animal totems and I liked the things the wolf represented, things that already defined me and things I wanted to be. I love dogs, the wolf is a predator (an obvious plus for me), and... yeah that's what happened. I also looked up dragons but shied away from it, and if I ever make another character it will probably either be a charmander or a kangaroo. :3
Is your fursona just like you, or how you want to be?
See above. My fursona is as similar to me as I can make him, and also represents what I want to be.
Does your fursona have the same personality you have?
Yes. But when I talk through my fursona, I'm a lot more open and confident. (And doing this for the past few years has made me more open and confident in real life too! :thumbs-up:)
Does your fursona have the same dislikes and likes as you do?
Yeah. He's there to represent me to the internet world basically ^^
Does your fursona look like you at all?
Ehhh...

I have an awesome blue tail and poorly constructed ears that I made myself (aunt made them for me :p). But no suit.

Posted 11 years agoApparently there's a new show on netflix, and it's hilarious! Think wile-e-coyote and roadrunner, except with a hyena and a shark. And a mermaid. The hyena is constantly coming up with schemes to catch the mermaid and eat her but the shark thwarts him every time. And eats him instead lol. In true cartoon style (think tom and jerry) the next scene has Zig back, reformed and starving, with another scheme to catch that tasty mermaid (who does some pretty hilarious stuff with the fish around her xD).

The wolf totem resembles who I am/want to be. Plus canines are cool. Plus wolves are more predatory than dogs :p (I have seriously considered switching to normal dog but I don't think I will)

Mikhowl is an anthropomorphic blue wolf from the realm of Furtopia. Like many of his brethren, he was created from the imagination of a single human and set loose to explore his world and others. Kind-hearted and a bit stubborn, he shares all aspects of his personality with his earthen creator. He has a strong hunger for food and love.

Hm. He's a wolf, and he's blue. I used to think that was special but ehh. We like vore which sets us apart from some and not to others.

characters ^^ And I thought, hey, why not make a page for Mikhowl! Which worked perfect because I've been wanting to make

For those who were following (and still remember) my Red's Adventure stories, sorry to disappoint but I haven't been working on them. School's been a lot of work, and I haven't had the energy or the willpower. But I'm on winter vacation now and I got a whole month to spit stuff out, so hopefully I'll get back to it.
But right now the most important thing is my latest story, which I based off an RP I did over on furnation. is my first vore-themed story and I think it's great! It's clean, as stuff from me always is, and shorter than my other stories, but that's definitely not a bad thing. I'm really proud of what I wrote, and I think it's one of my best ones to date. I'm really excited to post it! I think I'll wait a little though, seeing as how the going rate right now is like 3 submissions/second after the downtime ;) Or maybe I'll post it later tonight! People aren't writing nearly as much.
In the meantime, if you want, you can look at some of my past stories and get really excited! I'll be getting back to those soon. And then get ready to read this new one! And then as you're recovering you can wait for more pokemon stories :3

Should I give up or keep trying to draw?
Posted 12 years agoI've felt really down lately about my drawing skills, and I'm not sure what to do about it. I never drew in my life before finding this fandom, and I don't really know how. With some practice I can now copy others' work to a fair bit of good (I'm a perfectionist, so...) but I can't create anything on my own, or I can but it's really, really hard. I'm not sure I want to dedicate the time to getting better when it's already so late and I have other things I could be putting my time to and improving (ie my writing, my guitar playing skills, etc).
I want to draw, I really do, but it just seems so difficult and I'm afraid to jump into it again, because knowing myself, I won't stop. If I can say anything it's that I'm dedicated. I will devote all my energy into trying to teach myself how to draw (I don't even know where to begin! I want to take an art class but right now that's not really possible. That would make it so much easier, though), and everything else will fall to the wayside.
Again, if I had a means for teaching me to draw that would be ideal, but I just don't know where to begin on my own. I've heard I should just draw in my free time, doodle, etc, but what do I draw! And how? I can't copy other people's stuff anymore. I heard that will not help me improve in the slightest and I need to work from my imagination. But then I also heard the references are good. Now I'm just confused. The other problem is that it's hard to make up a picture by imagination. Again, I heard that with practice that will improve, but I still don't know where to start the practice. Grrr!

And I felt it warranted a journal
To express my feelings,
My shock and my sense of loss.
Brian was a friend,
A source of joy,
And an inspiration for me,
Now he is gone.
I didn't even realize it on my own,
Didn't take the time to see it myself.
And I didn't believe it when I found out.
But, alas, when I searched,
The news was not difficult to find.
News of the event that happened but hours ago!
I confirmed it,
And witnessed to horrible scene,
And the empty last words,
Of my once favorite character.
And now he is gone.
And so,
With all of my heart...
I say goodbye.
To a TV show character. Which is kind of pathetic.
Lol.
Jeez when I found out I was like so mad. Idk how the voice actor took it, but from what I've read it seems they just decided it would be cool to remove brian and just rolled with it. Which is dumb. I gotta say though... at first I hated vince the new dog but after watching his episode I kinda changed my mind pretty quickly. This might alright. They're still jerks for just killing off brian, though.
