General | Posted 6 days agoAs some of you guys heard on my Discord server, I am currently employed again (right now as I am writing this, I am in the middle of signing documents required for my job), so I might not be able to work on arts some of the days of work.
However, I'll be planning some free days (since I'll be working part-time) to spend it on exercising in the gym and sometimes doing some artworks.
I won't be able to do art trades or commissions as of now, unless I'll plan it out for some months.

You probably wonder why I don't do much art as of now.
Well, it's mainly because I was bothered with multiple tasks dealing around the house and whatnot.
Also been focusing on self-improvement with gym workouts.
But another thing that just occured to me - maybe I could try express myself in different form - and then I stumbled upon the concept of zines - DIY magazines that are like the way for an artist to express themselves in a way normal magazines wouldn't do.
In case you wonder, these zines can be in many types - hexagonal, booklet, mini booklet, you name it. Just as long as the artist expresses himself.
I already thought of starting some Polish languaged zines locally in my area, but I am unsure how would it go...
I just hope this would work.

Joining the Penguin Army!

From now on, I am a new Linux family member.
I will be using my Linux Mint 22.3 "Zena" Cinnamon OS as my main OS instead of Windows 11.
Likely because of some questionable practices that Windows does.
Not like I hate Windows, I do wish Windows was a cool OS as well, I used it all my life, but the fact that it has to shove AI into everything is what sucks.
However, I do have some struggles with getting Steam games to work. I'm slowly getting used to it, but I would appreciate a little help into understanding how Steam works on Linux and how to get the games to work on here as well.

What are my plans for 2026

As you probably can tell, I didn't do much art that earlier on, mainly because I was focusing on fighting my inner demons (and unfortunately lost to them more than once), and I'm rising up again.
Except, I may need some sort of motivation.
In my private server, I announced I will go for the glow up. I may or may not try to find me some time to focus on art in my spare time, but I do know work comes first as well, even if it's just part-time.
I will organize myself with a Bullet Journal and my notebooks and whatnot. Except this time, NO EXCUSES!
Yeah, easier said than done, most would say, but I can't just keep staying in place and doing exact same things over and over again expecting things to change all by themselves.
I want to improve myself not only mentally, but also physically.
God be my witness!

What's going on recently with me?
General | Posted 6 months agoHello. I recently returned home from the game convention, but I hadn't done that much art, You might probably wonder what's going on with me? I have been putting up more focus on this big project I planned premiere for 1st of March, which is my Polish retro social media site, which is supposed to eliminate the "scrolling" part of social media and add more "personalization" to it with little vibes of early 2000s. I can't really do more coding, that's why I justify using Claude for it.
I have so many things going on with life, but this one has to be the biggest yet.
In order to make up for it, I decided to put up a little plan, I just hope I can execute it. I already talked with Leonheart27 about this issue, but here are the list of the days I will work on different stuff for now:

If you recall some of my previous posts, I did mention post-graduate school of computer graphics.
That's right. I joined online school of computer graphics in order to learn me some tricks that might be of good use when it comes to commissions and other arts.
I do wish I could try to use some of the skills I will earn at this school as well.
Who knows, maybe you'll get a legit pro graphical ad made by me or an art of better quality?
I sure hope that would be the case.
Anyways, I might want to plan out the arts for October, since I haven't been active for a long time, for which I apologize.
I gotta balance my life of work and life of a soon-to-be artist after all.

I had to move the text story for later in November, since my schedule at work is tight, but I'd rather not reveal my current situation details. I again apologize for delays.

Status about latest Art Trade
General | Posted 8 months agoI can't apologize enough for not doing anything in case of art trade, especially to two of my clients. Recently I've been overwhelmed with all this stuff like this one channel I mentioned in my "I may have made a controversial decision yet" journal post and also with other side projects, but I know that is not an excuse.
I decided to close the art trade requests for now as I am not capable of doing arts during my state with the projects.
Again, I apologize for delays and all that, but I failed to fulfill your hopes. I will try to make amends for it some month before 2025 ends.

I may have made a controversial decision yet
General | Posted 8 months agoI’ve made what might be seen as a controversial decision: starting an AI-driven YouTube channel. This will be my creative lab for experimental movies and series — a place to test out ideas, styles, and concepts that I couldn’t easily do otherwise.
But let me be very clear: no AI tool can or will ever replace the hard work, imagination, and humanity of real creators - the ideas, the emotions put into it are mine alone. For me, these programs are just tools. They’re like sketchpads, cameras, or editing software: a way to explore, not a substitute for effort. And unlike what certain "AI gurus" on YouTube promote, this channel I made will never be about profit. It’s non-commercial, non-profit, and focused purely on vision and experimentation.
I call this channel "MoviesFromTheFuture (MFTF)" - although emphasis in this is on TV shows rather than movies, because my plans are to conceive a channel, that would work as late-night TV block like [adult swim], I still believe that there would be some place for incoming short or long movies.
Here's a little story: I was inspired by ZłyMaciek's videos of games or cartoons in form of old-school movies - like Gothic or GTA Vice City. These movies provided the vision of how would game adaptations look like if they were made in 1980s or 1950s... As a matter of fact, I do have some AI videos on my main mikusz3 channel, but these are mostly translations to Polish of some shows that weren't aired in Poland like Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm or Yu Yu Hakusho.
Well, I do have some visions for some shows I'd like to share, but it will take me a long while before it will be done. Expect new videos on this new MFTF channel no sooner than October.
I know some of you still follow me for my drawings on FurAffinity, and don’t worry — I’ll still share art there from time to time. But as we move into the new year 2026, my main creative focus will be this channel.

This July I decided to take a break from arts for a while, but this time, I might wanna take on the challenges of July.
As you can see from the top text in the center, I am doing art trade again for my clients/friends.
Starting tomorrow, which is the 1st of July, I will begin drawing sketches for the arts I owe my clients/friends.
I can see some of my clients already finished their pieces for me, now I've got to do arts for them.
During that time of the month, I also am continuing on my health journey hitting the gym twice or three times a week. Who knows, soon might be more than 3... You never know.
In case you are wondering, yes, commissions are also open on Ko-Fi/BuyMeACoffee as well. I've got to live on my passion other than job I currently work at. Not that I can complain on earnings, because I don't complain, but some additional cash from doing small art pieces could work as well.
I could also use any constructive feedback on this commissions thingy, as I'm trying to make this as affordable and suitable for my level as possible.

General | Posted 11 months agoAs some of those who have been following me on Discord know, I decided to take matters of my health into my hands and focus on improving myself physically and mentally.
As Polish proverb says "W zdrowym ciele zdrowy duch" (eng. "A healthy mind in a healthy body.", latin: "Mens sana in corpore sano.").
And as I've experienced life after college, I admit, I wasn't really a good example ever since. I let myself go a lot, I almost weighted 100kg, which made me automatically obese IRL, which is disappointing. Even my family is worried for me and I have to admit, it's not that easy, it's only a matter of regularity and discipline, which I need to develop very well.
So, I decided as I said, to take matters in my own hands, and I decided to track my healthy road on a notebook, but to take it even further, I decided to have some of my Discord friends verifying it for me if I make any progress. I know I have to verify my progress myself as well, so that's why I downloaded an app which should give me some exercises and track my exercising road.
In case of eating healthy, I decided to take break from typical 5 course meals and shorten it to just 3 meals. Also, I need to check the caloric deficit, which for me should be approx. 2000 kcal a day.
I also am planning to start hitting the gym (again), this time in my city, as I already went to the gym during college in the city I studied in. There's also a chance I will be using swimming pool, where I will swim - 20 lengths (back and forth) and will also rest after swim in sauna.
In case of arts, I know I promised to do Amunet one, but I have more important matters I have to take, which I already mentioned.
I also am open for any suggestions and advices on what should I do to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
So, I swear to myself, I will lose all the weight that bothers me and will make sure I weight at least 70kg.
And no, I won't give it up!
So help me God! Amen!

First of all - thank you for all the faves and watched you give me. It means a lot to me as a beginner artist wannabe.
Second - there's this plan I wanted to make, so I planned this out for now:
2nd of June - Amunet related art
3rd of June - D'arcy DeWinter related art
So yeah, I'll be working on these arts ASAP and if I succeed with these arts, I manage to upload them the day I finish them.
Thirdly, about the art trade - I decided to suspend the Art Trade session for now, since I do need to work on more personal arts and stories as well.

ANNOUNCING MY COMEBACK
General | Posted 11 months agoStarting 28th of May, I will make a comeback on arts.
I will begin working on two overdue artworks I owe my two remaining clients. "What is delayed is not escaped." as the proverb says, so I promise I won't fail their expectations.
I know I recently felt a burnout since I got the job, but I understand that job should be no excuse on skipping doing what I like to do (or at least used to, now I need to get my love for arts back somehow).
Anyways here's the plan on what I'm going to do:
28th till 29th of May - starting working on the arts
Either 29th or 30th of May - uploading them
31st of May and 1st of July - days of rest
2nd of July - Amunet related art
3rd of July - D'arcy DeWinter related art
4th of July - day of rest before workday
And the rest will probably be spontaneous, because I need to gather some good ideas.

If one of these two clients are reading this, fear not, I have not forgotten about you.
I already explained in latest journal post, that I recently got a job, so I won't be much active online, but I will be doing arts in free time, which will be the weekends and (hopefully) Mondays.
If I finish a piece of an art trade, I will let you know after the scheduled maintenance will be over and during the May Break (or as in Japan they say: Golden Week).
Do not worry, I haven't given up arts yet. I just need to focus on life responsibilities now.

I recently managed to apply for a job.
Right now, I'm going through the job training days.
After training, which will last 2 days (tomorrow and on Wednesday after Easter Sunday), I will begin officially working as a security guard in the Tax Office in my city.
If I have an art I owe certain someone, I apologize if it will take me longer, but right now I have to focus on my duty. I will get to do things at least in the weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Thank you for your understanding and do wish me good luck on the new job.
