✨ New Twitter account ✨
General | Posted 6 months agoHello! I just want to let you know that I have a new Twitter account: ✨✨ _Mile08 ✨✨
Reason why I had to change it was because Twitter had an error and ended up suspending my previous account (Mile_Art), I already reported this but it takes a few days to get a response, I've been meditating in the meantime and realized that it might be better to just start over again, two main reasons for this:
- Username. I didn't know "_Mile08" was available until I was forced to change accounts, this is the username I have everywhere so having it on Twitter too is actually preferable for me, I always disliked having a different username for Twitter while the rest was "MiLe-08", this was also the main reason I moved to this FA account in 2022 (More info about this here)
- Algorithm. Ever since I created my previous Twitter account (Mile_Art) in 2015 I noticed that the site's algorithm acted up with it constantly, it wasn't shadowbanned but it felt like it was semi-shadowbanned lol, there where many times where my posts wouldn't show up on the feed even if I tagged them properly, other times it worked just fine. This issue was never fixed, even after 10 years since the account's creation so I thought it was going to stay the same forever.
I'm not sure if I'll regain access to that account again, I won't bet on it because I know how things like that work, even if I do regain access I'll still move accounts for the reasons I mentioned above ^w^
I will be posting content on this new account slowly, I'll try to do it this way so I don't flood people's feed ^w^

Lack of submissions. I'm aware it's been over a month since the last time I posted something here, this has a reason: I'm halting submissions until I'm done with most projects/commissions on the current batch, this way I can focus on those projects solely as some of these are detailed and take time.

- New examples.
- Better organization of the content, new sections.
- Better descriptions for some options, with more detail.
- Added more information to the FAQ/ToS.
- New personal logo included (This logo will be present on personal works -not commissions- from now on, that way is easier to distinguish personal works from commissions)
- Base prices of Reference Sheets, Stickers and Emotes will be updated. Don't worry, it isn't anything radical.
All price changes will come to effect after I've posted the new version, the current one will be valid until then.

As the titles says, after a month of unplanned hiatus I'm finally back! Which means, I'm already working on commissions, more specifically a project that was put on hold because of all this situation.
I apologize for all the inconveniences this caused, I know this kind of stuff isn't well welcomed (Wasn't well welcomed by me either lol) I'll message you all eventually to talk about your project(s), so don't worry about that x3

General | Posted a year agoHello! As you may know, I'm currently experiencing connection issues and thus can't reply to all your messages, let alone work on commissions or post stuff I still have on queue, sadly 😔
(If you're wondering why: even the most compressed image consumes so much mobile data that it's impossible for me to send OR receive images, especially because I work with big files, and the size of those are just too much for mobile data)
This journal serves as an update to the last one, I'm currently changing provider and I've been told it'll take 15 business days max to be back online, I hope this is right and it doesn't take longer than that, I'll make another journal about it if that's the case.
That's all I can say for now about this, will make a new journal if something new comes up.
Other relevant info I wanted to say:
- Also wanted to announce that the Price Sheet will be updated eventually with new info, examples and better organization.
- Wanted to let you know that I've designed a logo that will accompany personal works from now on to distinguish them from commissions, you'll notice it once I'm able to post again. I actually designed it when I was majoring Graphic Design I just remade it 😊
- Commissions are still Open and if you want to reserve a slot you can fill the Order Form, but please be patient, I have other people on the list that are also waiting so this might take a while, sadly 😔

⭐ ABOUT MOVING ACCOUNTS ⭐
Now, I think I need to explain why I'm moving accounts. This is the first account I created back in 2014 but it had the common "Gallery Folder Missing" issue, back in the day I was told by a friend that I should report it and, if that didn't solve anything, I should send an email to the staff and wait a few days, that didn't happen, and thus, I ended up creating a new account, the one you all know (mile008) and used it actively for 7 years but that username wasn't my username as you can see I use the same username (MiLe-08) on several sites, except Twitter, I had to make up a new username but it never felt my own. On November 2021 I thought about this account and if it'd be possible to be able to use it, as it was originally intended, so I opened another ticket and sent an e-mail and, to my surprise, everything was solved after a couple of days, the Gallery Folder was back and I could post drawings again so I made a decision: moving accounts and the best moment to do so was in 2022, so I waited two months to finally move.
I'll post all my works here, please bear with me as I do so, it might take a while (*^▽^*)
⭐⭐ REPOSTING UPDATE (01/08/2022): All done! Thank you all for the watch!💖 ⭐⭐
I'll delete all my works from my other account (mile008) after posting all my works here, so that account will be empty, but I won't delete it or deactivate it, some people might find it after reading the links my pics usually have, so they'll be redirected to this account when they read the Profile Info.

As I said on my old account, I was going to make some changes to my contact info, the main change is that my Contact e-mail has changed and is miled.artwork[at]gmail.com
Also the email attached to my Paypal account has changed, so if you have worked with me in the past you might notice it's different.
