I could say that 20 times! That's because this monday, the 22nd, I finally get to turn 20! :3 Maybe now people will treat me like an adult ince no more "teen" suffix lol
What did you guys do for your 20th birthday? What did you think of it? Let me know!
I'll be celebrating at RF'14 and this weekend I'll be visiting Jeff Dunham for a performance in my fursuit, so stay tuned for photos of both! :3

Waking up to birds chirping,
Smelling fresh pancakes,
And the steam of a hot shower in the morning.
A pretty cloud in the sky,
A funny noise,
A stranger's smile on a long day.
A random text,
Grumpily answering an early call,
A found note in my book from a friend.
A hug,
Honey on toast,
3 simple words that make my day.
A hand to hold,
An open lap in a movie,
Sharing a malty chocolate shake.
Fresh sheets,
Something to cuddle,
And a kiss goodnight.
I really do live for the little things.
Those simple, easy things.
They mean the world to me.
Money can buy a lot,
But that's not what I want.
I want the little things.

Posted 11 years agoSo I've been whoring around quite a bit on FA these days getting all the YCHes I can :3 Some are really great and some weren't worth the money. But Mill just hit the jackpot! I've been oogling after my great friend 
heavygoatmetal for a while trying to get art from him and I finally didn't get outbid by rich kids! *does dance* Oh I'm excited to get this calibur of work :3 But is it odd that my friend's fursona will be fucking mine? 0-o
I guess the real question is: Do I care? NOPE XD
On another note I'm moving! :) My room is halfway in boxes right now, I'm saving up money, and moving away from here. Just 45 minutes up the road but if anyone is in Vallejo or visits 6 flags discovery kingdom in california, SEND ME A NOTE!!! That place is too bitchin' to pass up :3 5 min from my apartment too! Let's go pay money to a large corporation that overprices food, undervalues safety, and abuses animals so we can ride things that go WHOOSH! :3

Posted 11 years agoGotta say, this past weekend was absolutely amazing! BLFC was definitely a lot smaller and calmer than FC was, but the friends I went with and hung out with really made the convention for me. Zenny, Ben, thanks for coming up and having me tag along :3 GREAT JOB WINNING THE DANCE COMP ZENNY!!!!! (we all know you really won ;P) Milky, thanks for making me the most experienced donner pass driver ever :P lets just plan it so next time Im not driving back and forth from reno to sacramento three times, yeah? xP

Repetative artists bore me! :/
Posted 11 years agoI wont name any names, but theres a certain artist who's recent work has really started to bother me. I've noticed this in the fursuiting business as well, but having a certain style or look is one thing. this artist appears to take a line art sketch and color it/alter it slightly for each commission. LITERALLY every single commission theyve done as of late is THE SAME THING. Anyone else? Am I alone in my frustration?

Lookin for people to room with, because even though the rooms and con itself are rediculously cheap, I'd like some spending money this time around, and I'm sure you guys would too! I'll be driving up and don't want the room too over-crowded, so I can get up to three people (two if everyone brings a fursuit) from the bay area thru reno. Pandy and zephyr, if you end up goin gimme a call!

Musings on Vore
Posted 11 years agoSo I've written this on my furry blog thingy, but I thought I'd share some miscellaneous thoughts I had on why people like vore so much.
I, personally, find the subject of vore to be fascinating. With a great dislike of saliva, its odd for me to want to be eaten alive, and that is as it should be. No one should ever WANT to be eaten, so why does it have an erotic charge to it?
I thought of maybe three reasons why one might be attracted to the idea of being eaten: Freudian theories, self-esteem issues, and maybe a drop to the head as an infant.
The latter being a joke of course ;P
Freudian theories suggest that we tend to like things sexually based on our mothers or things that have happened to us with a great deal of stress. Being born is similar to being swallowed in that you are being pushed along a canal that is tight, warm, moist, and a great deal of stress is on your body. Leaving that warm, comfortable place where you developed is a running theme on why people have the fetishes and likes that they do, and perhaps vore is kind of a reeeeaaaalllly round-about way of this psychoses. But I think we can all agree that, though it sounds logical, it may be a stretch. Maybe. I can't explain the appeal I see in it, so it could very well be sub-conscious.
Perhaps the individual feels unwanted, unworthy, or has other self-esteem issues. Being eaten provides a feeling of being wanted, being needed, and becoming one with something else, which is a legitimate thing to crave. How it manifests itself through vore... no clue. The only corollary I can think of is comfort food. You eat when you feel sad or emotional, and it makes you feel good. like, turkey-dinner good. like, IDONTWANNAWAKEUP good. Maybe knowing you would be appreciated and loved as much as we humans love our food is what makes us feel so utterly desired when being swallowed, or even when the one eating the other vores. they may want to feel good, or might have a thing about being dominant.
To eat someone whole or with gore is a very dominant thing to do, right up there with vore. you take not only their life, but their free will in doing so. This can be very empowering for un-sure individuals or those of an Alpha personality type. The flip side is also true. Some people, as made VERY apparent in the BDSM community, need to be dominated and controlled. I think the stress of having to make decisions and worrying is lost then, enabling the joy of being so submissive.
So many more thoughts on this run through my mind, what do you all think? Any other topics for me to muse on? I kind of like thinking out loud about these things :) its like a puzzle with no answer; you know there isn't an end, but you cant put it down.
