This is a bit of an announcement to everyone that I'll be doing streaming tomorrow. The link is provided below:

I'll post in my gallery tomorrow when the Stream will be happening. It'll be an hour or so before I broadcast it. I've already done two more recordings and can be found under the video in case you are interested.

Here's what to expect: It'll be a stream of me doing an illustration of a fantasy character in full armor. So no nudity, sorry guys. Maybe next time.

It will also help those who have trouble with poses or certain issues when creating a character. Especially when it's being done on one layer

Will have jazz music... usually.

I know a lot of you are gonna say muscles or inflation. Heh heh

Anyways, not what I meant. I'm talking more along the lines of type of medium. I'm sure you guys seen the various types of ways I can draw or yet to draw. So what do you think I should do more of?

Alrighty, this journal shall be something I used to do before but kinda phased out of due to lack of interest from both me and people who watch me. What I'm talking about?

The Sketches

I'm sure you've seen the sketches I've dumped int my gallery and often moved into Scraps some time after the month is over. They had a lot of things. Some of which may be interesting enough to give a more rendered edition. So what I'm basically asking is what, from all the sketches so far, would you like to see refined and why?

Okay, so the muscle doesn't bother me too much now so I can at least draw for a period of time before stopping. That's some good news.

I'm also open to Art trades if anyone is interested. Things have been slow and wanted to try something new.

Alright guys, little status update.

I won't be able to draw or anything for a few days after pulling a muscle in my arm by (of all things) opening a jar of spaghetti sauce. While it heals, I'll be unable to do much drawing. Just a little heads up for those who were wondering.

Just a quick update for everyone. I haven't done any pictures, was too busy with the animation to do so.

Don't worry, more pictures will be made within the few days.

So another new year has come. Likely you'll get it when you read this journal.

I like to thank all the watchers and everyone who faved my art work. People who like my art in general really. You've been great. Thanks for all the feedback and have a happy new year!

So I was on DA, checking out art. Not much else you can do there.

I find on in particular. Won't say who cause I don't like pointing fingers. Anyways, I look at the guy's art and notice a glaring mistake on it. Usually that's fine, but this was a written word all misspelled. So, being a conscious critic and wanting to help the guy out, I write in the comments about the good parts and minor mistakes I seen. I post and go get some lunch.

I come back. I visit the picture of the guy again to see that he fixed the picture by covering it with a single coat of color. Bit obvious, but what can you do? What I found surprising that he deleted my comment after doing so. I shrug this off, thinking that he didn't want people to make comments and questions about said mistake that's no longer there. I make another comment on it, making a small nod to the fix he made.

Cut to five minutes later, I go back to the picture due to curiosity to see if he responded. He responds by locking comments from that picture and future pictures for about a week.

Really? I mean.... really? You can't take a bit of criticism so you lock people from commenting? It's things like these that personally just make me facepalm.

For those of you wondering where I was the last week, I was getting myself ready for graduation. That's right. After 5 years of college work, I finally graduate Academy of Art University. Haven't gotten my diploma yet since that take 3 months to send. But "officially" I'm done with college.

Except the last 2 weeks. Gotta finish that first. lol

So another month has gone by and I've done so much.... relatively speaking.

It's not often I do drawings. Not since last year where I was full time 3D modeling. So long journal short, you can ask me any questions you may have here in the journal. I'll try to get to them quickly unless I answered it already.

Hey guys, sorry I haven't been updating much. I have to regulate school with personal work.

Anyways, I will be taking a few days off to visit an old high school friend of mine. Due to the distance we live, it's not easy to do. Just thought I should let you all know that.

Hey guys, it's time to open up my commission window. Anyone willing to ask me for some artwork is welcome to do it.

During the sketching stage, the commissioner is allowed to ask for revisions. Keep in mind, the number of revisions are limited. This is to keep things from dragging on for too long. After that, it goes to lining which major revisions are no longer needed and minor ones are kept down to a minimum.

*Advance is required before I can start sketching.

Basic/base Commission prices:

Sketches: $15
Lineart: $25
Flat color: $30
Shading: $40

Additional characters is +$5 per character unless specified
Specified backgrounds are +$5 or more depending on complexity
Complexity increases price.


I can draw a lot of things. Mostly characters and props. Though I am able to draw scenes and backgrounds as well.


Things I'm proficient at:
Muscle
Inflation
Standard figures
Sexy females
Canines
And many things which shall be written down later.

Things I will not draw:
Scat
Watersports
Vore
Guro
Excessive violence (As in guts flying everywhere, more blood than someone should have gushing out, stuff like that)
Things that greatly disturbs me (I'll let you know than put it on this list)

in case you are wondering, I am working on the next dance. Trouble is I'm starting to feel like it's becoming more work than it should. I'm sorry to say that thinking of putting the shuffle dance pony series down after this or the next character. It's hard to work on something when it doesn't become fun anymore. Especially after having it crash so many times. I know some of you are looking forward to seeing more obscure characters and the like, but I can't keep working on it while doing college work as well.

Hey guys, what's going on? Mimic here

I'm posting this journal to let everyone know that there will be a short break on the shuffling series for a few days. Now the reason for this is simple. I'm currently running a little behind on my studies, so the only way to catch back up is to put down the personal projects until I can complete said studies. Now keep in mind I will keep going with this, having fun learning about animation techniques and such with Flash, so I'll continue for sure. For now, however, I need to put it on hold until I have more free time.

Thank you for understanding, I hope to return within the week if not a couple of days.

Hello and welcome to another journal entry!

For those of your waiting for more pages of my comic, I'm sorry for making you wait. I have college and the homework is eating my time like I eat pizza. As you know, I'm a guy who loves his pizza. :3

Anywho, I hope to make another page soon. Hopefully this week. So don't worry about waiting till summer. Now that would be un-zesty.

Speaking of which, what do you want the next part in the series to be? Another "victim," aftermath, other funtions, or perhaps something else? What do you think?

As for other artwork, still thinking of possible sketches and opertunities. Who know, maybe its sexy, maybe its scary, or maybe its funny? Who knows, but it will be cool. :)

Hey guys, this is Mimic reporting from my room after getting attacked by three people while they rob me and my sas blind.

It started yesterday around 10:00, I was sitting in front of the computer and my dad was on the couch. Been working at a hotel to help my dad gain income. Out of nowhere, some one comes through the door and jumps at my dad. I look for a moment, greatky confused, then another guy comes along and attacks me too. I try to defent meself, but I lack the training to defend me self. before I got sent to the ground, I saw another guy come in. They were all wearing masks/bandannas so I don't have a good discruption other then being around 18 and 25. The guy who had tue us with duck tape hit me dad a couple of time to stop him from moving, He lost concousness for a moment. He kept asking what was happening, I told him and made sure he was still awake. The robbers could be hurd, ransaking the place, saying something abot the VCR, and and one said that a person saw him or something.

So when they finally leave, my dad, I found out, had one hand free. must have been due to struggling so much with them. He manages to get out of the couch and unblindfold himself. He was very shaken from what I heard from my possition. I was still tied and had been till the police arried ten minutes later. My glasses are broken and damaged byond repair, which makes writing this message more difficult.

When the police arrive They helpped me out of the duck tape (with some painful results) and I managed to tell them all that happened. My dad and me went down to the ambulance and went straight to the hospital. It was a long night afterwords. Waiting, medical stuff, paperwork, and all that. I came out rather ok despit what happened, my dad will pull through, but won't come out of the hospital till later. My family came by the hospital when they found out what happened. Lots of worrying, questions and stuff. I stayed calm through the whole thing. I just wish the police find those guys and put them to justic for what happen.

THat's all for now, it's difficult write without my glasses on.

Been a while since a made a journal, heh.

In today's news, college final are coming up for me. I have to study US history, make a video game with at least one playable level, make an essay on what game will be like in 10 years, and finish up a demo with all the professional stuff. I got a lot on my plate this week. Hopefully I can get everything done before hand.

In other news, I'll be having summer semester this summer. So I will be busy there to increase my artistic skill somehow. I forgot what I signed in at the moment, possibly Maya 1. Also in two weeks, I'll be going to Fanime con. A convention containing all that is Anime with games, movies, panels, and all sorts of fun stuff.

Yesterday, two things happened that was unexpected and new.

The house about a block from my house caught on fire. Yup, there was a fire about a block from my house. There was smoke everywhere and it slowly became hot all around the place. Fire trucks and policemen came ten minutes later, the block was closed off to the public for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, I sat on my chair and drank some soda. I never found out how the fire got started, my current and most used explination would be "fire by kitchen" as it happens quite often in homes these days.

The next thing that happened was less dangerous, but strange. I was looking through the mail and came across one of those coupon offer things from dominos pizza. In the front, I see a picture of a pizza with vanilla frosting, oreo pieces, and icing on top of a thin crust. Cookies and pizza, together? That's madness! Now I'm sure it's tasty, but wouldn't this cause more kids to get fat?
