Min's Terms And Services (TOS)

Hi Everyone I thought I do a terms and services journal,sence ive seen a few others do it as well and might help commissioners see what I can and cat draw and rules ect... ^^Well here we go then hehe



 Drawing Hours: 3pm - 8pm pst :Don't work on weekends/Holidays 



 Payments



*PAYPAL ONLY! (will give my paypal name or Invoice)



*NO ECHECKS(will be refunded if one is sent)



*Payment must be sent first before I start any Commission



Rules:



1.you may ask for something to be fix but only if its from a month ago any longer and ill have to charge a small fee



2.You are not aloud to add on to my art pieces for example getting another artist to draw on top of my artwork not only is it a insult to the artist it makes me feel like my art wasn't good enough.



3.if you get only line art work from me and would like a png file or have someone color it for you please ask me first before doing so.



4.If you post the art work of mine on any art site or page I do ask you to credit me or if its a base I use to credit the other artist and me as well.



5.If you cant follow the few simple rules I will have to block you from my page and no longer do art for you.If I do see one of the 4 rules broke I will simple ask you once to remore or fix it.



6.Min and my other characters(ocs/sonas) are off limits to sexural(sex) images with anyone.i will decline the commission if it is like that.my ocs and min mean a lot to me and I don't want to see them like that.



7. I dont give out PSD files unless i am selling a base,which i havent did one yet.



8.Refunds (Will give refund if needed,but if i start your work in any way you only get half back.its not fair i do half work for nothing.)



9.Commissions Can take up to a week to a month to complete depending on how big the list is



10.I dont do lineart/art from other artist unless you or myself gets there permission to do so





I will draw almost anything but there are a few I wont but here they are.

A few fetishes like cute ones:like how some people like feet

Sex/Sexual: examples. couples having sex can be any gender doing it like f/m m/m f/f ect.. if you think something you like that is related to sex or sexual things and your not sure if I will draw just ask me.most likely I will draw it.

There might be more just cant think of them,just ask if you want to know^^



What I wont Draw:



W/S:Watersport

Pooping

Diaper Furs Wetting/pooping themselves

Birthing/Unbirthing

Vore

Killing/Dead

Drawing my ocs in sexurel pictures with other ocs

There might be more but cant think of them at the moment but the ones that are listed are the ones I will not draw.just ask if you want to know.





Onto How my commissions/Trades work:



For commissions I will let people see a WIP of there art they have bought before it gets inked and colored,this also go for YCH's I do as well but I don't always ask when working on them but if you do just simply ask I wont say no to you wanting to see your art before being inked.



What if it needs some repairs: I will repair all that needs to be fixed even if it takes a lot of times,i do get mad and frustrated but I don't go off on the commissioners I just keep it to myself or go complain t a friend till I feel better lol



When a sketcked/inked is started:Once a Commission/Trade have been sketched and been approved from you,then it is inked once I sstart the ink/sketched that's it there isn't going to change the pose or what ever is drawn.things can be fixed if they are wrong or missing something.



Now for Trades:



there is 2 different ways I do trades and they sound alike.First if I have someone that is watching me and ask for a trade you have to get your part done first.if you want to see a WIP of each others work that's fine but you still have to show your part.



Now If I was to ask you or some other artist for a trade I will get my part done first because I asked first I think I should get it done first.



Most of the time when I do a trade I Don't do or ask for WIP.why? because its not paid for and I don't think it needs it but if you ask I wont say no about it,i just don't ask the trader if they want a WIP.



What about Payment or contacts well I have a Jounral on that and will list that below but before that you can email me or contact me from my other sites im on or email.there nothing special but I have 4 art sites I go on and email,facebook and Secondlife.For Payment I only do Paypal.i used to do secondlife and mailed money but when doing that you have a chance of someone stealing the money in the mail and waiting for payment forever and for Sl I wasn't getting paid the right amount for the art so I had to stop it and stay with paypal only.

Yes I have many characters but there mine I can draw them all I want without anyones elses permission ^^

I do not give permission to use them in mods or art without my knowledge.If its gift art its ok but i rarely get that.do not use them in any NSFW art.all my ocs are pg unless i change my mind or do it myself.i spent alot of time or money on the ocs/characters i own.i bring this up because in the last few months i had someone claim they made a ref of a oc of mine and trying to sell commission on Instagram and now someone made a mod for some game that looks so similar to a dragon of mine,don't just use my ocs design for anything,if the colors were changed and stuff i wouldn't care so much.
