Posted 11 years agoWell, besides the usual, traffic from the highway to the hotel, it's been pretty simple... mostly...
Hehe, but since the little hickup with the room, which has been fixed, I'm now at the con, and after a decent night sleep, hehe I missed the white noise machine, totally drowns out people's snoring. I am now ready for the con. Debating on what to wear, but I have a few ideas for the first day.
Oh yeah, If your here, I do have my new US number this time, it's 586-216-9220 and will only be active till monday. Feel free to text and if I can meet up, I will. ^.^ I do turn it off for the night, so if you dont get a response after a while, it either means I am in suit, or sleeping.
Hope to see some of you here, and have fun.
For those not able to attend, I will try to get some pictures to share, and Happy Holidays if I don't see you sooner.

I still kept my reigh in the fursuit games, and my team won. ^.^ And as always, I danced in the dance competition. Did I win? No, as if. Never stand a chance, but I don't dance to win, I do it for the fun and the entertainment for everyone who watches!

Posted 11 years agoYup, I'm home.. tired... soaking wet cause it's raining where I live.. *noms on some food* god I miss Canadian tasting food, *noms some more* though the thing I miss the most... is my friends from AC. ;.; I miss you all.
Wednesday when i showed up, I was tired as hell... but managed to meet up with my roommates and slept well.
Thrusday, got registered, took in some of the sights around town, like The Exchange, a wonderful old game store, I got me some fun GBA games, and a few PS2 games that I miss. I had to be all hush hush on thursday, due to a special roommate was coming, hehe, made me promise not to tell my other roommates about it.
Friday, I picked up some stuff I pre-ordered, walked around the Dealers Den, purchased a few badges, some locks, and a new laptop bag. ^.^ I suited a bit, Yes, I will upload as soon as I can. When I can.
Saturday, well, I suited again, and attended a Dr Who panel. it was Bloody fantastic! *gigglesnickers* And and!!!!! I won 3rd place for the costume contest. You'll see what I was wearing to win, hehe, soon. Once I get it transfered on this comp.
Sunday, I had to say goodbye early to one friend, due to he had work on monday. Still enjoyed my time, and spending time.
This morning, Monday, everyone left before I woke up, so I knew that was going to happen, said goodbye to my remaining friends, and then took off for home.
And now... *flops* ZzzzzZzzzzzz

Posted 11 years agoYup, just got in, a little tired... my nose is sore, I think I got a cold. >.< Eek. Well, I had an amazing time, minus a few moments I wish never happened, but you know what, take the good with the bad right??
I would do shout outs, but... god, I'd be here all day, so I'll keep that short, I love and enjoyed everyone I hung out with, for whatever reasons, I loved chatting for hours and meeting some new people, some I knew only online and now I know them irl. Squeee!
Now, I do need a little help guys... I ordered a peice of artwork on the sunday, from someone in the artists alley, I don't remember what her name was, cause well, I was running around in suit, but I do remember 2 things, one, she was asking people to buy art to help her sister who has cancer, the second thing, she finished a peice of art for Alley Cat Jack, who I checked on fa... I can't find him, and if I did, he didn't put anything up on a new pic, not has he posted anything in a year.
Any help would be appreciated it. Sadly, this is the second time I've ordered art from an artists alley, and never got it. >.< oh well.

Posted 12 years agoWell, lets see if I can get through this...
Thrusday was hell.. ish. Hehe, well, the traffic for the last 2 and a half hours really pissed me off, hehe, especially a porche that was dead in the turning lane, so I had to go forwards, then almost illegally turn right at the light, someone pointed it out to me, and I was like, hell, I didnt have a choice, if the guy moved his car, i could have.
Friday was an alright day, I had a lot of fun with most of my friends, the ones who actually visited, and whatnot, though i will not be ordering pizza from Gino's again, money grubbing bastards. Heheh, I had a lovely time with shouhei and rose that day.
Saturday, I hung out with my friend snickerdoodle, I got her a gift, a little ty cheetah plushie, it was my way of thank her. I also spend the day with Crash as well, and had some fun for the 'death march' though outside was cold but fun
Sunday, I was feeling ill, and I appreciate everyone who was helpful that day, hehe had a decent dinner that night at the Outback stakehouse that night, which was alright.

hehe, why is it... everytime I come back, I always have a story.

Thrusday was hell.. ish. Hehe, well, the traffic for the last 2 and a half hours really pissed me off, hehe, especially a porche that was dead in the turning lane, so I had to go forwards, then almost illegally turn right at the light, someone pointed it out to me, and I was like, hell, I didnt have a choice, if the guy moved his car, i could have.
Friday was an alright day, I had a lot of fun with most of my friends, the ones who actually visited, and whatnot, though i will not be ordering pizza from Gino's again, money grubbing bastards. Heheh, I had a lovely time with shouhei and rose that day.
Saturday, I hung out with my friend snickerdoodle, I got her a gift, a little ty cheetah plushie, it was my way of thank her. I also spend the day with Crash as well, and had some fun for the 'death march' though outside was cold but fun
Sunday, I was feeling ill, and I appreciate everyone who was helpful that day, hehe had a decent dinner that night at the Outback stakehouse that night, which was alright.

Condition Recap
Posted 12 years agoWell, besides the set-back of being slightly stressed for family reasons, (I've told the ones who needed to know, and I plan to talk to someone about it as well, as she will have the best insight on it), it was a lot of fun, Friday, the Furries in tiara's was fun, but they didn't have the hola hoop, kinda wish I had gotten one earlier, but I figured they might have had one.
Saturday was a lot of fun, besides the no eating all day, yeah, I know, bad husky, rawr. But, it was a lot of fun, the fursuit games, team Bazinga, ^.^ Hehe. Later that night, it was the dance competition, and yes, no chance of winning, but the heck with that, I dance to make people laugh, smile, and have a good time. How dare some people try to down me, by saying things like, Ahh, why bother dancing, you know you can't beat them. (yes, someone did say that to me, and I refuse to speak to HIM ever again, you know who you are, and you can kiss my heart marking BUTT!) I love dancing, and I know eventually, I wont be able to, so I plan to whenever I can.
Sunday was great for a wind-down. Just an overall fun and great con, I think I enjoyed it more than last year.
^.^ Oh, I can't remember everyone who stopped me sat night, sunday, and monday morning, saying they enjoyed seeing me dance, but I truely appreciate the comments. I truely dance for you guys, and more for myself.

Back from AC

Well, the days were fun, I suited off and on when I was feeling up to it. ^.^ Yeah I burned myself out a few times and I knew better but meh, I did it my way.
Showed up wednesday at a decent time, relaxed.
Thursday got registered... then relaxed, suited a bit.
Friday, wow... got my preorder badge, (will upload once I find my scanner) then I ordered some more and shoped around. I got fuzzy legarto cuffs! ^.^ they match Etna.
Saturday, suited a bit, played some games, suited some more, had a lovely dinner party in our room, and then well, relaxed (somewhat) that night.
Sunday, picked up the remainder badges, (once I get the pics, I will upload) had an interesting dinner at the tonic, then suited, then crashed...
Today, Monday, I left, met some old friends, then took off. On the way home, it rained, and... NO LIE, the highway was flooded.. I paniced, but made it through, I feel really twitchy due to it. considering not to long ago it was under water from the flood.
Home now... and about to unpack then crash for the night.
Love you all, I miss all my new friends old friends, and the ones who gropped my butt saying I was a pretty skunk.
