I dont really anticipate anybody will read this or bid up on them but theres an autobuy as well for all four slots. If someone autobuys or bids on all 4 characters and wins each one, then they can choose the background place and the game items on the table.

Quick Update

I know I havent been as active as I have needed to be lately. I DO have a full time job aside from art. Things have been crazy since the ceiling collapsed in August. I am not yet fully recovered, but I assure you things will be more in order come time for the new year. I am planning to reboot all of my pages and shops, be more active, reopen my commission queue, and hopefully start back up as an actual business. This means instead of it being a side hobby, i will be keeping track of things and raising prices to accomodate taxes.
Since I have been so stressed, I decided to finally take a vacation this past weekend. If any of you were there, you may have seen me at MFF either wandering around or in Artist Alley on Sunday!! THAT was a big surprise. Although I only sold a sketch, it was my first sketch sold and I got some work done on commissions in the mean time. Hopefully I gota few watchers from the experience since I plan to do big things in 2017.
I think mff really remotivated me and refreshed me. It was sort of the vacation I have been really needing. Im hoping now to get on a good art roll again before the holidays get too crazy. Im tackling my queue head on.
I want to give a big special thank you to all of you that have been so patient and supportive of me along this tough road. I have the best followers ♡

**UPDATE** GoFundMe and Art
Posted 9 years agoIf you have been keeping up, you know that my apt ceiling collapsed this past week and the apts as well as my insurance company have both been less than helpful. Ive slept in the hot car with my hedgehog, on the floor, etc.
So the manager said the cleaning crew was supposed to come Friday but they didnt. I got an estimate on having all of my affected electronics cleaned out (because of all the insulation) and he said it would be about $1,000. My insurance deductible is $500 and I was barely making it by before this. My roommate is trying harder to get out of the lease now as well. She already moved her cat out. ;w;
The electronics people are coming monday and the furniture will finally be cleaned on tuesday so I will have a bed again, but be laying in a lot of bills and debt as well as trying to figure out where I am going to live and how I will afford the place or even moving costs.
I need help asap and I am offering traditional badges for donations to either my paypal or my gofundme. Every single dollar counts even if thats all you can donate.

All commissions are on hold!
The ceiling of my apt building collapsed tonight. I was lucky to have been woken up by the sound of the cracking.
We grabbed our pets just in time to move a foot out of the way of the giant piece that fell. Insulation was everywhere. We were coughing and scared.
Its 5:50 am and we just now found a place to stay the night with my roommies cat and my hedgehog.
The manager apparently was up north and didnt want to deal with it tonight so he has maintenance there overnight to clean up the debris.
We werent offered a hotel or anything. This is all so upsetting.
Im so sorry everybody. Especially those of you that might be allergic to insulation. Im going to clean everything up as best I can. I also dont know how long that will take either before I can get back to work.
Ill keep everyone updated. Again sorry for the inconvenience and if anyone can help in any way (cleanup, donations, legal, whatever) then id be truly truly grateful.

Welp.. Its time.
Posted 9 years agoI waited a long time to admit this and go public about my situation because I felt that it was too personal. I have a lot of pride and thought id lose some dignity. I thought I could demolish my queue, work, attend my college classes, reopen, and earn my way out of this mess. Things have gotten worse though.
I admit that I cant do it alone. I need some help.
This is my series of unfortunate events:
Brother gets violent and I started living in my car.
Coworkers rent a room but their cat destroyed all of my things and when I complained they threatened to change the locks.
Moved in with a friend and then my gf moved in after a car accident.
Gf gets a job in town but a tornado demolished the building and her car.
Friend bails on the lease in a 2 bed apt 2 days before rent was due after I told him I couldnt cover him til he got paid / went to the bank.
We couldnt really afford rent there AND basic needs so we started aquiring debt in a credit card.
Finally lease was up so we moved into a 1 bedroom to save money, but then my car broke down and I had to spend all of my tax money and checks on new car and repairs.. Debt gaining interest.
My cat started to pee on stuff leaving us to throw away lots of materials, clothes, documents, computer parts, etc.
Had to give my cat to a new family because of expenses.
Then there was a period of depression where I couldnt work on anything and when I felt okay, my gf was depressed and didnt want to do art stuff.
We fought a lot, worked a lot, had classes and homework.. So queue was not shrinking.
As we started to finish things wed take another commission because things were so tight.
Credit card bill maxed out and the car I bought with tax money crapped out beyond repair.
Gf and I broke up right before Christmas and was beyond depressed.
We had to resign the lease together because of our shared debt.
She quit helping with art and I took everything over.
I failed a 1 out of 2 classes this past semester because I couldnt afford my meds, was depressed, had no time with working and commission stuff.
And now... Here I am, halfway through my list already, but struggling more than ever. I am working my regular job when hours are available and still not ready to reopen for new income. In my depression a friend got me a new pet, a hedgehog. Ive been able to take care of him til now. Hes gotten too big for his wheel and needs a new one for his back, he needs oatmeal bath for his dry skin as he loses quills, and he is almost out of food. The credit card is still maxed out at $3,500. I am $75 short on rent this month too. I have like 10 finished items I cant afford to ship to anyone either. Lastly but least important in my opinion is me. I have lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks because we are on the last of our food in the house. I somehow dont qualify for food stamps. Ive tried, believe me. My roommate / ex cant help because her 3rd car since weve been together blew the engine and she had to pay for towing, a new car, etc.
Please dont think that I am posting this to get out of doing your stuff. I am merely saying that I am dealing with life so yes it has and might take me a while, but I am going to finish it and get it to you somehow.
If anyone is willing to donate or pledge or something.. It would be greatly appreciated and go towards a good cause. (food, healthy pet, bills, shelter, debt)

Im going to hold a kickoff contest that will end when I get caught up on my patreon gifts and recent etsy orders / ccommissions. All you have to do is follow the rules and be watching me. I was approached with a chance to do con art for our local con for next year!!
IM SCREAMING AND CRYING!
This is the awesomest thing ever! There are so many ideas and ways I could go with this. The theme is Olympics and there are 3 guest of honor plus the 1 mascot. If anyone has ideas for me.. dont be shy. Im going to work so hard and make everyone proud!
In the meantime, im closing to commissions unless they are bigger ones. I cant spare much time right now on $5 stuff. I have a lot on my plate suddenly.

This is the awesomest thing ever! There are so many ideas and ways I could go with this. The theme is Olympics and there are 3 guest of honor plus the 1 mascot. If anyone has ideas for me.. dont be shy. Im going to work so hard and make everyone proud!
In the meantime, im closing to commissions unless they are bigger ones. I cant spare much time right now on $5 stuff. I have a lot on my plate suddenly.
