We're finally ready to start getting things underway, and with that comes the need to get the word out to everyone and get them pulled in and interested! So with that in mind, we're going to be holding an advertising contest.
The rules are fairly simple and straightforward.
1. Post a journal about us/featuring us.
2. Comment to this post with a link to the journal.
3. That's it!
This contest is for individuals who do not have an Ahilian yet. No one who has an Ahilian may enter the contest (although they are more than welcome to advertise!). Your journal gets you a ticket into a raffle for a semi-custom Ahilian. In two weeks (July 27th) we will hold a drawing via random.org with all of the ticket numbers, wherein the winner will be chosen.

Help me out?
General | Posted 13 years ago(link to my ChipIn page: http://helpmeoutofthedarkages.chipi.....al-revolution)
To make this as short as possible, I am trying to raise money to get a new computer. I am currently going to school to get a certificate for game art, and I work part time making art for people. It is my goal to eventually be able to have my art be my primary income, but as it stands right now, I am limited in both my digital art as well as practicing or working on work for school due to my very old computer.
With 1GB of RAM, people usually react by asking me "How is it still running?" or "Do you have hamsters in there running it?" My plan was to try to set aside $20 a month to buy one, but by the end of the month, I usually don't always have a spare $20 laying around. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and because I prefer to work for my money, I am going to pick five people randomly for sketches, and one person for a finished piece, once the ChipIn event is over.
Notes about the prizes:
-The amount of money donated will not improve or lessen your chances of winning a prize.
-I will assign each e-mail with a number and put it into a random number generator. (Limited to one prize per e-mail)
-All pieces of art will be limited to one subject (one character, one pet, etc.)
-For the finished piece prize, no characters with overly complex markings.
