I've had it a lot lately where people are wanting me to get art with them or play xxxxxxxxx game with them or play on game consoles with them and like............I don't think any of you all understand how financially stretched thin I am tbh. Every two weeks I get paid, and out of a 650$-700$ check, I get 50$ to my name. Now, mind you, each month I save 25$ of that to go to my bean's patreon, but in the end, I have 75$. Now then, how much does a new game cost?

64.59$, after CA's 8.5% sales tax. Ahhhh, but wait, you want me to play on console? That's 10$ for a month, 30$ for 3, 59$ for a year my dude. So I can't do that for ya.

You want a pic? Art is 30-50$ per character, and I want to tip at least 15-20% if I can man, so that's hardly a go, very rarely will I be free for that.

Also, looks like my computers broken, but repairs are 100-200$ from a professional, and a replacement is around 800-1200$ so hellllll no son, that ain't happening.

Like, people think I'm joking when they say I should play a game and I respond "Hahaha you should buy it for me then" because honestly, there's not really a way I'm going to be able to afford that game, or that pic, or that subscription, and I'm kinda bitterly lashing out at the fact that others have so much money that doesn't get syphoned from them.

The big kicker here is that I have to deal with my mom's medical bills right now. "Hahaha Tean still lives with his mom lmao" Yeah I do, and guess what? My hometown is not kind to a college age kid. It isn't easy to find a decent place to rent, everywhere here is gentrified with astronomical prices. So I saved up enough to do a down payment on a house with my mom.

And furthermore, I care for her. Fibromyalgia, Asthma, Arthritis, Heart Palpitations, Bad Joints on top of that arthritis, Weak Immune System, Sleep Problems. My mother is 11o% not a healthy person. She NEEDS someone that helps take care of her. She cannot really work, she can hardly afford her meds, god forbid if she loses insurance.

I'm an extremely stressed person. So I'm sorry if I said we should get pics and stuff and it doesn't happen. I'm sorry if I said I'll play xxxxxxxxx game with you, but I never have it or a sub. But me staying alive, with a roof over my head, heat, water, electricity, and food are a bit more important.

I want to try and write a saucy choose your own adventure styled story yoyo! For that though, I need a medium that easily allows input and such. I've currently thought of two ways to possibly run this, so vote for your fave one yes! This experiment will be tried on Sunday

Who'd be interested in a Skill for a Skill Art trade?

Now, when I say skill for skill, I mean that I trade my skill as an author, for your skill as an artist. The art of writing for....well, the art of art!

Most of my stories are nsfw content, ranging from 3-5 pages in length, taking around 5-8 hours to write (I try to be detailed and that can drain me a little), but tbh I suffer from the artists curse and rather heavily devalue my work. Tbh, I'd be happy to just get like a refined sketch with color on it, I wouldn't really be asking for a ton of detail unless you felt that my writing was valued for that.

Now how would I handle it? I'd really leave that up to y'all, but my preferred method would likely be me writing your side first, you relieving it, and then determining the value of worth for the writing before starting your side.

I'd rather you not work until you receive my part of the trade, mainly because I feel your skill is a bit more valuable than mine. You should be able to work on commissionsome and personal stuff so on before havin' to worry about something that hasn't come through to you yet.
