Hey all, I know I've been pretty MIA for a long time now but I'm still here! I've been drawing like crazy the past few months, I've just been lazy about uploading stuff anywhere. However I plan to rectify that soon!

That being said, I'm afraid that I've come to ask for some help; I am a little bit short, mom's out of a job until December, and Pop only gets so much a month. So I am opening commissions and they'll be done ASAP while I'm finishing up my existing one. My current price sheet is hella old, but just go poking through my gallery to check out my style & if you have any ideas of what you would like, just shoot me a note and we'll go from there.

Hey all, I know I haven't been on here very much. In a long time. Outside of posting my art that is lol BUT I thought I would just give the whole 5 of you that actually interact with me an update.

Long story short, I had a mammogram and ultrasound last month, and with the ultrasound they found a small mass in my right breast. I had it biopsied yesterday, and today they called me with the results.

It is not cancer. However, I am at a very high risk for developing cancer in the future. So, I am to have a consultation with a breast surgeon on the 17th, and then we will go from there. On top of that, I have been having fairly consistent menstrual problems and my doctor is referring me to a specialist.

So this month is gonna be LOADS of fun 😂

Other than that, I'm alright. We're alright. We survived Covid and moving; we're either broken or just out of commission to do anything overly strenuous, but we're alright. Financially broke as well, but making it.

Right now I just really want to shower but can't until tomorrow because iNCISION.

And that's really it, I think. For now anyway.

Like I know [ sub ][ /sub ] makes text small, but I'm talking even smaller than that. I used to know how but I can't for the life of me remember ._.

Well it's been a while since my last journal!

Not that anybody reads them. Is anyone even still here? This place seems super dead! It's not the only place though, it seems like things on dA, Inkbunny, & Weasyl have slowed down, too. Or it's just me XD

Aaaaaanyways, I hope you all have stayed safe during this cray cray year! We've managed to hang in there so far. Things have been really weird without Pops around. It's hard to believe that he's been gone for almost a year now. It still feels so unreal. Other than that though, things haven't changed too much for me. I was an introverted homebody even before the apocalypse happened, so staying home and not going anywhere was cake for me! It did suck being out of work for three months though. But I've been back since about mid-June so all is well on that front! And now I kind of have a second job on top of that one; I keep my nephew throughout the week! So I'm pretty wiped out by like 5 pm lol Keeping a 4 year old entertained all day is hard sometimes!

I hope to continue on with my art roll. I did pretty good last month, not so much this month though, but there's still time! I still plan on finishing the Drawlloween & Artober challenges that I was doing, even though it's not October anymore.

And at some point I hope to get back to writing!

One day.

I don't know if you guys remember me talking about it before or not, but Pops had been battling cancer.

Yesterday morning he lost his battle with it, and left us.

It's been a very rough two days. I've tried my best to be there for my mom and everyone else, but it's been hard. I feel like yesterday lasted several years and we're all just now getting to wind down from it. I myself am just exhausted, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

The most important thing though, is that he's no longer suffering. He's finally at peace. We won't ever be at peace with it ourselves, but over time it'll get easier.

It's a long shot, but I'm coming to you guys. We're a bit short on funds this month (hell we are every month but we manage) and I'm coming here for assistance.
