It's been pretty rough over here too, but I feel super lucky to be able to work from home so I still have my job and everything at least. It's a little lonely and honestly money is pretty tight, but I think I'm doing well considering. Everything has been A LOT but I'm getting back on track.

Typhoon 🌀
It sure is that season again haha... We're used to having a lot of typhoons here, but it seems like the one that's currently approaching Japan is pretty hardcore. All we can really do is wait and hope we get through it in one piece but I can't deny this one is looking particularly scary. Fingers crossed 😭 Could potentially cause art delays etc. Mainly praying that water and power stays alive as much as possible... It's worrying bc the last one was tiny in comparison to this one and it left millions of peeps without power and many ended up dying of heat stroke because of it. Thankfully it's at least a bit cooler now so hopefully that won't be as big an issue at least. SORRY FOR RAMBLING... WEH... Can't help but be a little anxious.

Hi !!! Thought I'd write a little update.

I went on vacation for a few weeks and it was super nice!! I visited Europe to escape Japan's hell summer. lol
That said we had a p big typhoon last night and though I don't think there were many serious incidents, trains have all stopped and trees and powerlines etc are down. So we are just kinda at home today wondering when we can get to work.

BUT YEAH I'm back home in Japan and back to work. Been working for hardblush a bunch along with commissions and doujin and stuff!!! After this batch I want to switch to doing commissions in stream only for a while. Hopefully that will mean we can interact more and get lots of art done fast, together!! :D

Sorry for being a bit quiet lately. Unfortunately I've injured my arm and can't draw well for a little bit. >< I have work all day and afterwards its just... PAIN. I've been to doctor etc and I think it's improving but still argh so frustrating. I need to see a doctor again but it's about a month until I get my new insurance card and it's all just... Really expensive until then. TT___TT BUT HEY!! I am doing all I can to get healthy fast. I don't know what to do with myself the whole time when I can't draw and stuff omg... Everything requires ARM/HAND... CRIES...

Because of that, commissions will be a bit delayed. Thanks so much for your patience! I'm really not sure how long it will be but fingers crossed I'll recover quickly! Sorry for slight delays
I finished school which is great and I am working full time now.

It's been going well but I just can't sleep. T_T I've had trouble sleeping my whole life, but recently just.. Ugh. I've committed to a REALLY strict routine (specific wake/sleep hours, exercise, diet, NO NAPS etc) and it's been about 7 months now but I still just can't fall or stay asleep. I'm so exhausted!! I'm so salty at everyone who's been like ''o its bc u nap'' or ''u just need to exercise'' BLAH BLAH LOL I've been soooo disciplined and still. Jeez!! I just wanna rest and Live!!! As soon as new insurance goes through I guess I'll see a doctor again (though sleeping pills have never affected me either haha..) It's just been hard to concentrate and be Efficient with this level of sleep deprivation. WEH.

I'm finally finishing school (thank fuck omg its been the worst LOL) this week. I've been really busy with work and other fun bureaucracy things. I haven't had much time at home at all. Things are finally calming down now, I think.

I've also started offering Japanese language help and it seems as though people have been benefiting from it! So I think I might try to make it A Thing LOL. I can help with your homework, general questions, explain whatever grammar, exam (JLPT, EJU..) prep/info... Even conversation practice if you want. Any level from complete beginner to advanced are welcome! As for qualifications I have JLPT N1 and work at a Japanese company in Japan.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope you had a fantastic start to the year!
I've been spending the holidays with my friends and I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful family here.. T_T

Hi everyone!! Sorry I've had to take a break for a week or so...

I've caught a really terrible case of the flu. Honestly I am really struggling right now sobssss my body just won't seem to recover. The tropical summer weather isn't helping either. I tried to go outside yesterday just for a slow walk to the shops but it made everything worse and I'm sicker than ever. OTL I feel like I'm dying
