(: It helped me consider a lot of things and I think I have decided that I would indeed like to move to Germany when I can afford to. I realised I'd be able to get a pet and stuff too if I moved omg * O* I really want to! So, I need to earn 1400 GBP to pay off my loan from the bank, so that's my first goal I suppose! Once that is sorted, I can stay with my parents in Germany for a few weeks until I get an apartment. I'm really excited! <3 I'LL BE ABLE TO GET A LITTLE DOG AAAHHH. AAAHH!!! <3

I want to move back to Germany.

I've lived in England for several years now and I can't deny that I totally love it.
However, whenever I go back to Germany to see my immediate family, I just realise how much I miss it. It's just hard to afford as well. MAN. SO DIFFICULT.
Pros for Germany:
- I generally prefer it
- Better food
- Better job opportunities where I want to be
- Near immediate and German half of my family, could visit weekly (I only visit yearly now)
- Forest
- Boyfriend (hopefully) moving to area from the US soon
- Weather. Perfect four seasons, perfect for me. Makes my mental health a lot better. (Where I live in England is 9 months gray drizzle and I can't stand it. It doesn't even rain properly)
Pros for England:
- Cheaper for my current situation
- Large living space very cheap (renting from family, but this also means it's not completely my space. It's their holiday home, not MY home)
- Easy to get my medication
- Beach
- Super easy access to London
- Many friends and grandmother/aunt/cousins in the country
- Better at English (I'm fluent in both languages but grew up with mostly English so it's a lot easier for me to speak and write especially).
Gosh... What do I do... Now I'm finishing university I really feel like I want to move back right now. I'm thinking I'll probably stay in England another year because my roommate still has a year of uni and we get along really well and have fun together.
I really would like to come back to Germany and get an apartment but I don't know if I can afford it. I have A LOT OF THINGS in my place in England and moving it would be a pain in the arse and require space in my new place. I have way too much stuff. Gonna try and sell lots soon ahhhh.... I could temporarily stay at my parents' house until I find somewhere in Germany, and I'm sure they would let me leave some stuff in England too.
SORRY FOR RAMBLING I'm just sitting here in Germany being sad as hell that I have to go back to lonely gray England again in less than a week. CRIES.
DAMNN IT'S SO HARD. WHAT DO I DOOOO... I would still visit England loads but I just somehow feel really comfortable in Germany.
I guess money is the biggest issue. I need to save a bunch but I have some debts to pay off still so it's like arrghhh. ARGHH.
I JUST WANNA GO BACK TO GERMANY. I want a cute apartment in Oberursel area by the forest and u-bahn.

I've had big issues with my PayPal suddenly. My bank somehow told PayPal that I don't have sufficient funds, and it's been reversing a ton of payments I've made. I have no idea why it's doing this, and it seems my bank doesn't know either.
HUGE apologies to anyone who has for some reason had a payment I made to them reversed. ): I am working super hard to fix this. I'm so sorry. It's your money, not mine, and it's shitty that they are taking money from people who have earned it, rather than sorting it with me.
In the mean time, I'm going to take a bunch of painting commissions to fill up my PayPal with money so I can pay what I owe via PayPal. I'm getting used to my tablet and now painting at the SPEED OF LIGHT GRRR. SO. PAINTING COMMISSIONS.

HOLIDAY DURRRRR

I'm at the airport right now! I'm not going on a proper holiday haha, just going to see my family in Germany over Easter. Still gotta work! :P LATER TODAY I WILL HAVE MY NEW TABLET HRR.
This morning has sucked a ton though. I only have a few minutes of free internet here so I'm spending it being Angry. LOL.
I got a new phone (Xperia Z1 Compact) in February and it's been totally perfect and shown no signs of problems whatsoever. Then, I was just browsing twitter on the coach earlier and the screen went black and that was it. I've tried charging, pressing any buttons.. Nothing. I've treated it well and it was totally fine! Gahhh. It's like every piece of technology I touch turns to shit. This really sucks for me. Most of my online activity, work and family contact, chat, etc is via my phone. I dunno what I'm gonna do honestly. Hopefully I can somehow get it working again. Man.

Well hopefully my tablet will be wonderful and not break for no reason. I look forward to getting it all set up and start arting away asap later today. <3

Man, so, as I wrote last week I ordered a new tablet, hooray! It was supposed to arrive last wednesday and I just thought it was delayed because of the Lufthansa strikes in Germany, but...
This morning it was returned to Wacom because they messed up LOL AND IT TOOK THEM SO LONG TO NOTICE GDI. So annoying!
So there will be a slight delay in big commissions. I'm really sorry. I can't get my tablet until I go to Germany next Thursday.
BUTTTTTT I will still be doodling and submitting art. I just don't have pressure sensitivity or anything right now. DURRRRRRRR.

Update + Anxiety/Motivation

Thank you for the help in my previous journal! I got a good amount of money together, and my mother agreed to lend me money for a new tablet. (: I'm super grateful for your help, and also my family for always being so supportive. Hopefully I'll receive it super soon so I can get to work big time. I'm really excited and motivated to draw lots. :D
But damn, also like...
Since I was mega ill I was unable to leave the house for over a week (other than being in hospital). Even though I've been better for a few days, I still haven't been able to push myself to go out. The longer I wait, the harder it gets! Though I get really nervous most of the time, I do really like going out and socialising but damn. I can't get motivated enough. I plan to go ''tomorrow'' every day, and when the time comes and it just seems overwhelming and I feel like I don't have enough time (though I DEFINITELY do). Or I just don't feel like it somehow. And then I feel really terrible in the evenings again when I've done it again.
Man, so difficult! It's especially hard now because it's university holidays and most of my friends aren't around. I'm def gonna force myself out tomorrow to post lots of art to people who have bought traditional stuff. Perhaps I can even make it to university and pick up my prescriptions! Gonna do it! I'm starting to get better again. I feel like I've been hit by a truck still, but I'm able to get up and drink and just. Oh my god. I'm so relieved.
Thank you SO much for all your support over the past days. In all honesty, I was worried for my life and living alone having a hard time getting ahold of doctors and all that stuff made it all a crazy nightmare week. Man. Thankfully I did get an ambulance and very kind doctors to help in the end, so all has ended well.
I'm so, so, so grateful for all of your comments and messages. I will take the time to reply to them all. Thank you so much!
Also have been catching up on replying on notes finally too. Do let me know if I haven't replied to you!! Hopefully I will be able to recover fast now and get back on commissions and such.

General | Posted 11 years agoHello again! Thank you all for the lovely comments on my previous journal. You're all so kind!
I ended up waiting for the doctor to call and he was very kind and helpful. I felt a lot better after talking to him. I went to hospital for some IV fluids to rehydrate me, but chose to go home again as lying in my own bed just felt less stressful. I got a lovely friend to pick up some coke and apple juice from the grocery store. She's my saviour haha! I've got a terrible fever and the pain is bad, but I managed to keep some sugar and liquid down, along with some paracetamol.
So now I'm just resting and hoping it will be over asap. Very sick, but I'm doing a little better.
Jeez, what a scare! I was seriously worried for my life for a little while. Damn! I hope I can get some sleep soon. And maybe I'll even be able to keep my regular meds down. Though I am scared of the evening... Always makes things worse again.

I've been hit with an extreme stomach virus. My whole body hurts so much I can't even lift my arms. Nothing makes it more comfortable. If I just swallow a tiny sip of water I vomit it up again. The pain is unbearable.
It's been over 12 hours now and I can't keep a drop of water down. I'm getting very dehydrated. I called emergency out of hours doctor because I feel like I'm dying. They told me because I'm contagious they'd prefer me not to go to hospital and that I should call my doctor when they open in the morning. I survived the night but it's extremely bad. My whole body is drying up and cramping. I called the doctor's office finally and they were very unhelpful. I'm getting a call from a doctor in an hour and a half. That feels like an absolute eternity. I'm so sick. If they can't help me fast I'm going to have to call an ambulance and go to hospital. At this point I wish I'd done that in the first place rather than waiting.
So for now I'm just waiting and being sick and typing stuff on my phone. I feel so sick. I'm getting very worried. I don't know what to do. Attempting to keep sipping water and coconut water, but I can't keep anything down.
