ICE as an organization must be destroyed and it's members who will not defect should be tried and convicted for participation in a fascist coup as well as a myriad of crimes against civil liberties. And until such time as can be achieved the people united should subject them to every torment and horror and mischief that they are able; and should in all ways impede the function of their duties. Preferably by peaceful means but through violence if necessary.

ICE can have

No rest

No safety

And only mercy upon defection or defeat.
