Oh my goodness, Artfight was so much fun and I think I was able to make some folks happy <3
I pushed myself n my computer pretty hard and ended up drawing over 50 characters this month. I also did my biggest piece to date, a massive Steven Universe OC scene with 24 characters (will be posted here eventually).

My laptop is now acting up on me though n making it to where I can only work on things for roughly 30 mins at a time before it needs a break. Its still working atleast so art can still be done but its caused me to slow down alot. All I can really do is baby it n hope it'll hang in there.
Might use this as an excuse to mess around with traditional pieces more, but we shall see. ^^

Here recently it feels like life stuff is constantly dragging me down (though when isn't it, haha). So, I wanna try to do my best to do this art thing right and hope that I can make at least something money wise to try to help.

I've been trying different websites, but I'm still struggling with figuring out where exactly to post with all of the art theft, AI ect ect. that has been going on lately. That is a big reason I've started doing watermarks on posted pieces. I'll keep playing with em though and hopefully I can get it figured out.

If anyone who reads this does the art thing as well, I'd appreciate any opinions or advice on how I can do better. I've never been great with marketing as I worry about annoying or bothering folks, but I love doing art and truly want to do things well. I'm still slowly trying to get myself to draw more often and learning new techniques n such. If you have any helpful websites or youtube videos for learning different art stuff feel free to share as well. :3

Hi there,

I don't know if anyone actually watches my art close enough to wonder, but since I've been slow on posting I figured I'd throw out a lil update. I'm still alive n kicking and I'm working on art best I can when I can. I've struggled with depression n a constant roller coaster of emotions for most of my life but at the end of June it just hit me really hard for some reason (all the AI art stuff n political drama n such recently probably didn't help..). I eventually pulled myself out of the funk just to be hit with some mean body pains. Once those faded, I was hopeful to work on art more again. I was hit with bad luck instead, a bad tooth of mine ended up getting infected and had to be pulled. Defiantly been one thing after another xwx. I'm always tired anyway but gosh it's been so much the past month.
I'm getting back into the swing of things, n mainly working on owed art currently. I have many ideas and projects I want to do more with as well. Hopefully I'll be able to post more often, and things will stay calm. My lil one's about to start school back up again soon though so I doubt it, haha.
I really don't like to complain when things go wrong, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to put something out there just incase someone's curious. *shrugs*

TLDR: Been quiet cuz of big sad and pain. I'm ok now and hope to do more art when I can.
