I've got about 3 ish months before Mica gets here and I still haven't been able to find a place. That's why I haven't been posting much. This is stressful. Ugh! -___-

Other than trying to find a new place, I've been doing alright. Mica's movements are getting more pronounced and I'm getting bigger lol

I know it's been like years, I've been thinking about coming back, but I'm unsure when and what I will be doing. Right now I have no tablet anyways.

Anyways, for those who miss me and have been waiting for an update..

I am at least 6 weeks along!

Anyways, that's what has been going on with me :)

As you guys known, I was "rented" out for a while by a commissioner. Everything was going great, then I started getting really busy. We talked about it, I thought I would be able to still get his art done, but take a little longer. We became friends (Or so I thought) and he bought me my dream tablet for drawing his art and such. I have a screenshot that showed he told me it was a gift. After I got busier (I am a dog trainer in real life) I told him that I couldn't do his art and I offered a refund of what he paid for so far (Which was a lot). He told me no, he just wanted the tablets back (one was broken, the first one he sent, the other one was the working one). I told him ok, but I can't send them until I got money. He sent me money for one, so I was able to send it. He had to send this through his fiance's paypal account because he was doing something with Ebay that made them close his accounts. Because of the Ebay thing, Paypal for whatever reason took back some of the money that he had sent a couple of months ago (Pryor to the tablet issue) and he paid me back because it was in the red and it was his fault that that happened. So back to the future, instead of sending me the money to send back the other tablet (the broken one), he decided that because he sent the other money months ago that he didn't need to (I have skype conversations talking about the money that was taken because his paypal was closed) and I told him no that he needed to pay for this because that's what he told me he would do and if not, then the broken tablet wouldn't show for a long while because I was flat broke. After a while, he sends the money to send the tablet back and I send it.
Fast forward a couple of weeks, I get an email telling me that they requested their money back. The reason that Paypal received was that they tried contacting me and received no response and that I sent boxes of ROCKS. Why in hell would I cart two boxes weighing the same weight (around 20/30 lbs) full of rocks and have them sent off??? So I made a reply saying that I have receipts for the tablets and that they are lying and I just received an email saying that they favor the buyer (This guy).

This guy is a complete backstabber and liar. Yes, I fully admit I took on WAY too much as a project, HOWEVER! We had discussed and discussed actions that can can resolve this and we both said that sending the tablets back would be suffice enough because he had a buyer for the tablet. Then after this, I get this treatment. It's not ok and I wanted to tell people about this.

The guy that I am talking about is a user named ASL. If you don't do something right or "Backstab" him or disagree with any of his views, he pulls this. He has also admitted to me that he's pulled shit like this with other people too. The downfall of our "Friendship" was when I told him my pegan friend wouldn't talk to him because he was a Satanist when he wanted to talk to her about wicca and such. When she refused, he flipped out and ever since then, he changed.

Be careful with this guy. He is not someone I would recommend anyone getting commissions from. He ruined many people's reputation simply for a disagreement, I wouldn't be surprised if he's talked bad about me with other people. I am just beyond furious that he pulled this. I was going to keep quiet about our ordeal, but since he screwed me over with paypal by saying I sent ROCKS, that is too far. Beware guys.

As many of you already heard, the little ball of fluff named Winter passed on last night.
I feel like writing this, not to re-tell all of you, but for me as sort of a record/diary because I had been updating her status for a while and I would like this to be one also. Plus I was posting from my phone so I didn't say a lot about it..

Last night at about 10:30 ish, I went and prepared Winter's medication like I always did at that time. I went in there and saw her laying there. Which wasn't too much of a surprise, she sleeps too like other animals. But when I nelt down by the tub and looked at her more closely, she looked like she was dead. I picked her up, and she was barely moving. She didn't even move any muscle what-so-ever except one eyelid to look at me. I placed her on my lap and started crying immediately and called Jas in.

I told him that she is barely hanging in there, barely breathing and he hugged me tight and said "We tried our best" and I just couldn't stop crying. I held her for a good half an hour, petting her, telling her how much I loved her. But she wouldn't close her eye as I was doing this. She was looking up at me the whole time.

After a little bit, I layed her back into her tub withmy shirt as a pillow and another towel as a blanket, as she was freezing to the touch. One of our friends texted saying that if we wanted, that she could send healing energy to Winter again. I asked her to send energy that would ease any pain that Winter may have had. Shortly after, she passed on.

I wrapped her in one of my tank tops and put her in a box and we looked for a place to bury her. Though, there aren't a lot of places that we could, so we went across the street behind the empty house for sale and dug a whole and put her there.

At least now we know that she is in a better place and is out of pain. I can honestly say that I tried to save the little one. She was my favorite out of the two ferrets (no offense to Bandit lol) because when you would kiss her mouth, she would kiss you back and when you let her out of the cage, she would start play biting your toes and pounce on them to catch them.

Rest in Peace Winter. May you be happy where you are at and just know that your mommy and daddy loved you very much.

Winter just passed on. She went peacefully. Thanks to every one and their support throughout this whole thing.

Winter the ferret has finally given up... we tried our best but it was too much for her.. if she's still alive by morning I'm taking her in so she can cross the rainbow bridge...

Only this time, it's not so great of news. The new behavior that she has been exhibiting has all the vets baffled and confused as to what else is happening within the tiny ferret's body. They have done all within their practice that they could for Winter and it looked like it was working. But she has, like I stated, started a new bezaar behavior.

The behavior I'm talking about is whenever she starts to eat and up until she is finished and after, she will squeak in pain, contort her body, bite her stomach and legs, but still try to eat the food.

They referred me over to a ferret specialist in Beaverton, so I will give him a call tomorrow to see what prices we are looking at, what we may be in for, or that we just might not have any choices.

So we are going to wait a little before making the decision. Will let you know how it goes.

The vet said she is getting a whole lot better. The only thing that they are concerned with is that she lost a lot of weight. But we think it's becuase she is a lot more active now and is eating canned cat food. So now I mix in Ferret vita or something like that and it has a high calorie content, so this should help her.
The only other concern that I have about her is that during and after she eats, she starts squeeking and then attacking things and her stomach. I believe that there is something wrong with her stomach and it's causing her much pain everytime she eats. I told the vet this after only witnissing this once, and we were both hoping that it was just cuz she felt good eating. But now I am seeing that it's most likely something more.

The vet was certainly right. We are not out of the woods yet with Winter. Next time I go in Saturday if it doesn't get worse by then, I am bringing some food to demonstrate what I am talking about. Let's hope it really is nothing.

My new addition to my family is a little baby snake named Sylvia. She is about 18 inches long. Today when I get home and clean the ten gallon tank, I will be feeding her for the first time :) I was also told she is going to be shedding soon.

I paid $120 for her. She came with a 40 gallon tank, 20 gallons bigger than what they originally told me she would be coming in, she has substrate in the tank, but that will be needing to be cleaned out soon and put new stuff in. Came with a couple fake cacti and a large rock and a small water dish.

Gonna be upgrading her decor and bigger dishes.

The only thing that bugs me is that it seemed like they weren't doing everything properly for a snake like her has to have to be a healthy snake.
Like the humidity needs to be about 80%. There wasn't a humidity gauge or anything.
One side of the tank needs to be about 90 degrees, but she didn't come with any lamps. Though they said she had an under tank heater, but it didn't stick anymore and they forgot to give it to me. So I figured that was a huge hazard anyways because they are supposed to stick to the tank anyways.
I stuck at least one of the lights that I had gotten with the ten gallon tank set up, but put a moist towel on the majority of the tank to keep some heat in and at least make it a little humid in there until I get all the proper products.

They say they have more snakes and it makes me wonder if they are also getting the proper care. I don't know. I just found this a bit disconcerting, but she will get everything she needs here soon! :3

Other than that, she is a mover, she is so active and she is just adorable ^^

Took her to the vet and they said she's doing so much better. The only thing is she's lost weight. She's 14 ounces. So she's still on her meds and now I have to get a paste sir ferrets with high calories content. Lol

We are taking Winter in to the vet tomorrow morning for a check up. She has gotten so much better it's made my mate and I so happy. She is literally spitting some of the medicine into my face cuz she doesn't like the taste and is mad at me for making her take them haha

Still eating out of a bowl. Tried dry food mixed with wet, but she hasn't tried eating that yet. Water still is having some difficulty. It also doesnt help that she now associates the syringe with medicine and is now basically rejecting the water syringe in fear of something nasty tasting lmao

Well, anyways, I will let you all know tomorrow when I get back what other updates there are for Winter. :3

My cat that I was gonna put down this week died sometime last night.. at least he's he's not miserable anymore even though he acted like a kitten being at 14 years.

Thank you Fritz for being a wonderful cat even if you were a pain in my ass lol my first baby. I love you ..
